Bisou Wine Bar (Pera Soho) is praised for its atmosphere, friendly service (especially Safa), and delicious food. The Espresso Martini and mezze sampler are highly recommended. Some found the service slow or drinks watered down, and some dishes were hit or miss.

Mediterranean gem in SoHo that offers a stylish setting and friendly, attentive service. The fried calamari is some of the best I’ve had and the octopus is remarkably fresh. Both the steak frites and the ocean-fresh snapper filet were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The baklava provided the ideal sweet finish to an overall delicious dining experience. It’s a must visit for anyone seeking great service and high quality seafood.
The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy, making the restaurant very pleasant. The service was wonderful. I found the food to be more aromatic than flavorful.
Pera Soho is a beautifully executed dining experience that masterfully blends modern design with bold Mediterranean flavors, and its lamb dish is a perfect example of what makes this place special. The lamb is tender, richly seasoned, and complemented by bright, aromatic sides that elevate every bite. From the warm service to the thoughtfully crafted cocktails and shareable plates, the restaurant strikes a great balance between lively energy and refined comfort, making it an ideal spot for both special occasions and relaxed dinners with parents
Delicious! We ate inside by the windows in the tables with the velvet super confy chairs. We had the meatballs with Feta cheese, the octopus with fingerling potatoes, and the fish with pesto and faba beans. One of the best meals we ever had, and we are foodies. Great service too. My husband had a Negroni, Peach Smash and a blood orange martini, all Pretty good. For dessert we had the Fig Flan, delicious!!! Overall, we had a delicious dinner in a relaxing ambience after a long and hot shopping afternoon in Soho.
Really empty for a Sunday brunch at noon, but it started to fill up by 2 pm. I liked the food here, though it wasn’t anything that special either. The mezze dip sampler is worth ordering, along with the pita and the chips. We got the grilled chicken salad which tasted great and was better than I expected. I also had the fries with the burger (and aioli/mayo); everything was satisfying.
i think this is such a hidden gem!!! we made a reservation day of and was able to change it like 3 times. outdoor dining here is so cute and noise level is perf. decent drink and food selection, would def come back especially for last minute plans
Came for happy hour really liked the Turkish apricot margaritas. We had the meatballs and eggplant dip quite yummy.
The Espresso Martini was phenomenal, the best I have ever tasted! This place was great and I will definitely be coming back. If you come, try the Espresso Martini!!
The restaurant was very busy on Saturday evening. Thank you for fitting us in the garden section. Service was quick. Delicious food. I had the phyllo rolls with feta and kasseri cheese with a side of Crispy Brussel Sprouts both were delicious. Highly recommend.
Classy dining with very pleasant and professional staff. The restaurant has a nice set up and the food is good. The drinks were good too.

Came here for drinks and appetizers with a girlfriend. The mezze sampler was very tasty! So was the watermelon feta salad (beware the teensy adorable jalapeños, they pack a punch!!). The rum and cherry julep and the blood orange margarita were refreshing. Bathroom is very clean. Service was great, no complaints. We sat on the comfy chairs right by the opened door (technically indoors) beneath the fan to beat the heat. Really cute ambiance, I’d like to come back for an actual dinner/meal soon!

Nice atmosphere in the outdoor seating and friendly service (Safa was great!). I'd recommend the sirloin Shashlik for main and kofte for appetizers.
Pera Soho is exceptional! The service and atmosphere are both perfect - attentive staff and a beautifully designed space. The food is very good as well. This is a top-notch dining experience that delivers on every level. Highly recommend!
Pera Soho is already a SoHo gem, but the Espresso Martini elevates the entire visit to another level. Forget overly sweet versions, this cocktail is a masterclass in balance, built on a rich, freshly pulled espresso shot that gives it an invigorating depth and a beautiful, thick crema that lasts. More than the impeccable drink quality, the bartender's performance was outstanding; they were not only skilled in shaking up liquid perfection but also incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely attentive, making us feel truly looked after. It’s the perfect, sophisticated blend of energy and elegance, and a must-try for any cocktail enthusiast in NYC.

I passed by on a Saturday for a drink at the bar, and the bartender was amazing. The Coffee Martini was great! I stayed at the bar for an hour because the atmosphere we relaxing and friendly, away from the noise of Soho. I was alone and felt welcomed and valued. Highly recommend this place.
We hosted a birthday lunch for teenagers this weekend, and despite several last-minute challenges—cancellations, transit delays, and a late cake delivery—the staff at Pera Soho went above and beyond to ensure our celebration was perfect. They were incredibly accommodating and gracious, helping put everyone at ease and getting our party back on track without missing a beat. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was outstanding, and the service was truly exceptional. We're so grateful for their professionalism and kindness during what could have been a stressful situation. Highly recommend!
Happy Hour is great! Get there before 6:30. The scallops for entree was disappointing. Not filling. It was four large scallops and a cream, no side dish. I thought it would like polenta but rather a dipping sauce. I was still hungry and awkwardly ate from my friends plate as well as this didn’t feel complete. The decor indoor and outdoor of this place is great. Very beautiful and spacious.
We came here for a work event so we ordered a bunch of dishes to share. The food was a hit or miss but overall it was good! The dips were a twist of authentic dishes: carrot hummus, eggplant but heavy on the yogurt, beets, I wasn’t a huge fan. I enjoyed the cucumber salad and the brussel sprouts. For my entree I got the steak frites and it was good and flavorful. For dessert we had baklava and it was the perfect ending. The outdoor section is also very nice to dine and well decorated. I didn’t feel like I was in NYC!
Came here with a group of 11—big family outing. We ordered a variety of dishes: the branzino, sirloin, lamb, chicken fingers, burgers, calamari, and hummus. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the food—it was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The vibe is laid-back and relaxed, making it a great spot to bring the family. The service was excellent throughout, and despite ordering quite a lot, everything came at a very reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a good meal with family or a group. We left happy—and full!

Came here with some girlfriends to celebrate a birthday and catch up. This place was recommended to us by one of the friend who stated the place was "alot" better the previous time she visited. She did not eat her food this time and we were all fairly disappointed with our drinks that felt watered down. The Brussels sprouts might have been the highlight of the meal for me. The calamari was decent but i did not expect there to be sausage in it.
The service and vibe is great. The food isn’t as expected but workable. Great location is the hit! We ordered the alcohol and some appetizer. The meatball as appetizer is spot on! They said Salmon is excellent!
I was hunting for a drink, and this place seemed cool with live music. But, the guy at the front desk was a total ice queen – felt more like a bouncer than a receptionist! My cocktail was awful, and $16 for a glass of white wine in a water glass?! Seriously? Some of the other servers were nice, but mine wasn't great. They really need some better service training; this place *could* be amazing.
I had high hopes for Pera SoHo, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to expectations. The food itself was good, but the service left a lot to be desired. Our waiter kept disappearing for long periods, making it difficult to get basic attention. The seating arrangement was also uncomfortable—tables and chairs were packed so tightly that we were practically elbow to elbow with other diners. But the most frustrating part was the clear disparity in service. A couple who arrived after my fiancée and me was immediately offered champagne, an appetizer, and even a coat check service—none of which were extended to us or other non-white guests. That kind of inconsistency was hard to ignore and left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the experience wasn’t. Given the poor service and uncomfortable atmosphere, I don’t see myself coming back to this place.

We gathered around 6:45 pm on Tuesday. We were seated right away, which was a plus. I ordered a grilled dish that was flavorful, but the portion felt small for the price. Food was good but not amazing. Cocktails were okay, not bad, just not standout. Service was polite, though it felt a little rushed toward the end of the meal.
* I would not recommend * Inside is not properly ventilated; it was very hot and humid, moreso than outside! * In larger parties, we would expect more attentive service, but unfortunately had to wait some time to have our orders taken * Only the baba ganoush was worthwhile on the dip sampler * “Whole fish” branzino was forgettable & regrettable
