Walked in to BXL on a rainy day and was so happy we did! Absolutely amazing house BXL beer, our server Alfonso was great, and the food was incredible. Whether you're looking for a place to have a good beer, eat some fantastic food, or watch a futbol match, or do all 3 at once, this is your place! My wife and I shared the lamb sausage sandwich and fries and chicken wings and we could not have been more pleased! The menu had a wide selection and I think no matter what we ordered we would have been impressed!

Great beer selection and atmosphere. Frites aren’t necessarily Flemish style and they are delicious. La Chouffe and Tripel Karmeliet for beers, no questions asked, these folks know their stuff.

Nice cute bar. Went in here for a drink and a quick snack before our show started. Greeted by a friendly server who went above and beyond to give us our order in a timely manner. I had the margarita (think it was strawberry) and my friend had the passion drink. The frites were amazing and that mayo was out of this world. Will definitely be back again

Came for their unlimited mussels on a Monday with my family, and we enjoyed every single choice! Service is amazing, the servers are not only knowledgeable but are quick and attentive, and got rid of our mussel shells when our bowls were full. Can't wait to be back!

Great time with my friends at this restaurant. The hostess was very pleasant, made us feel like home. Our server was amazing, very friendly, always smiling, he seems to enjoy what he does. The mussels were fantastic. I liked the atmosphere in this restaurant, really good vibes.

Loved this Belgian bar/restaurant! A little gem in the heart of midtown with the friendliest staff, a great beer selection and delicious food that is served in generous portions. Comfy outdoor seating is available, bar seating and a dining area indoors. I was surprised by how many tables there were in the dining area when I walked back...it appears deceptively small due to its cozy charm. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a delicious burger with brie and an enormous serving of muscles in white sauce. Seriously the biggest serving of muscles I've ever seen in a restaurant. Both served with French fries with ketchup and mayo...my fave. The bartender was great and he and another worker (maybe they are owners) often spoke in fluent French which made me feel like this place was authentically Bemgian.

Yesterday We went to BXL for Happy Hour (4:30) but were told there is no happy hour menu or discounts. Our main interest was the mussels, Which we ordered with Thai style sauce. Excellent flavors and plump mussels! Atmosphere very cozy pub.

Very important. If you are getting the steak frittes make sure medium rare. I got medium well 👎. If not you will be eating a spare tire. The french onion soup was ehhhhh mediocre!! The moules are delicious and the beer selection is cool if u like belgian. I got the triple ipa duvel and was ok and pricy. Like the bar atmosphere and probably great to catch a soccer game.

Let me start by saying that the food was pretty good and flavourful but the service on the other hand was really bad. One of the server was obviously drunk and wasn’t paying attention to the customer. Took him more than 10 mins to take our empty plate. At the end we ask for the bill and after 15 mins we still haven’t received our bill another server had to give it to us cause the first one obviously forgot and was to busy talking and taking shot with his friends.

They charged us for a meal we didn’t get!’I asked for a beyond burger with cheese and they were out so I ordered the gnocchi. They not only charged us for the burger they charged us for the cheese as well!. Someone else in my party paid for the bill so they didn’t look at the receipt until they got home.
