What an incredible meal. Came here for a special dinner date this weekend and we were blown away by the food. The halibut I had off the specials menu was out of this world and I loved the risotto it came with (please add this dish to the regular menu!!! I'm dreaming about having it again). The taquito app was crafted so beautifully. Everything was plated so colorfully. My boyfriend said his steak was cooked to perfection and some of the best he's ever had. I think a bonus was our cocktails. I loved the way they are named (reminding me of home) and they were quite tasty too. Last but not least, the donuts are all the hype and left us so satisfied. If I could give doma more stars I would. Kol Hakavod!
You may be wondering if it's worth it. I am here to tell you that yes, it is. The food is incredibly flavorful and unique. Would not changed a thing.
Absolutely amazing experience! The steaks were cooked to perfection tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use high quality cuts of meat. The sides were delicious, especially the spinach and grilled vegetables.
Absolutely delicious restaurant! Everything on the menu is solid. Very nice ambience. Services always great! Doma have a great spot
I went to this restaurant for an anniversary dinner with my fiancé, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely impeccable... everyone was attentive and kind. The atmosphere was beautiful and inviting, and you could truly taste the love and care in every dish. Our experience wouldn’t have been top tier without our server, Jeffrey. He went above and beyond, taking his time to explain the menu, cocktails, and popular dishes. His professionalism and warmth made the experience extra special. We can’t wait to go back!
Had a great experience here! We sat in the quieter Herzog wine room, which had a warm, classic ambience-slightly old-school but very elegant. The food was excellent- every dish packed bold, powerful flavors in the best way. Appetizers were delicious, steaks were cooked perfectly, and the service was truly top-notch. Highly recommend!
bsolutely love Doma Land and Sea! Every time I come here, I’m blown away by the fresh food and the incredible flavors. From appetizers to desserts, everything tastes amazing. The service is top-notch — super attentive and friendly. The vibe is unbeatable with great music that sets the perfect mood, and the cocktails are expertly crafted. Whether you're out for a special night or just craving something delicious, Doma never disappoints. Highly recommend!
Great kosher steakhouse and sushi restaurant in Cedarhurst, NY. The fish tacos starter was very good, spicy too. The mahi mahi was cooked to perfection, though. The Delmonicco Argentinian steak was great, and the sauces that accompanied it were amazing too. It was a little bit overcooked for what I would’ve wanted (ordered medium, but not too much pink in the center), but still tasted outstanding. The sushi was super fresh and tasted great too. Overall highly recommend this restaurant.
We live in the area and have been here quite a few times. The food is always good. Some dishes are better than others and the steaks are usually going to be at the top tier of any kosher restaurant in the world--literally. However, you are going to pay for all of this--the location, the quality and the exclusivity. It is not a quiet restaurant but I enjoy that environment. I don't want a restaurant that sounds like a library. On a Tuesday night in July, this place was hopping. I like that. If you are visiting from out of town, there is a synagogue in the same parking lot with minyanim every 15 minutes. A huge value add that Les Marais and Reserve Cut don't offer. Go fancy on the sushi and basic on the meat--get the ribeye.
Just a fantastic dining experience. The food was delicious, I don’t even know what we got, we just pulled a bunch of appetizers from the menu and I got the Diane steak KH which was cooked perfectly. Not too expensive for the product and the food is unbelievable. Great experience all around, highly recommend. 10/10.
It was my first time. Beautiful restaurant I went for a birthday party. Was a great time. The food is delicious and a lot of great variety... It's on the more pricey side Recommend going for dates and professional dinners. I like the sushi 🍣 came out very quick and the steaks were awesome The desert was also delicious I wish they had the cotton candy to try it out A must try and a new favorite.
Everything we had was delicious... Drinks, Apps, mains, sides, dessert... Everything. Wait staff was helpful and attentive. Decor was both upscale and comfortable. My only complaint was that it got very noisy after 8pm but that's just because they were busy and everyone was having a great time.
Doma Restaurant Land and Sea delivers an excellent dining experience that bridges surf and turf. The steak frites was seared crust and tender, and deliciously peppered accompanied by crispy golden fries. The fire dragon sushi roll brings exciting flavor complexity with its spicy kick balanced by fresh fish and creative toppings, while the chop chop salad offers a refreshing, well-composed mix of crisp vegetables and zesty dressing that cleanses the palate between richer bites. The restaurant’s ability to execute both land and sea dishes with equal finesse makes it a superb choice for diners who want variety without compromising on quality.
Had a really nice time. The place is extremely busy and not a very intimate experience. Tables are close together and a bit crowded. The food was very good and fresh! The ceviche was very good, tuna tower thing and the little tacos would def order again. The steak, most expensive item we ordered, was very mediocre.
Went last night with my wife to celebrate our ten year anniversary. The food was perfect, including the sushi which isn't shown in pictures. The meal was worth every penny (for the current market the prices are actually on the lower side of very high end kosher restaurants, in many places steaks start at $80 and there are a large amount of $40-$50 options which was great to see). The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because for $100+ per person, the tables in the front area are packed too close together. If I'm spending $300 for two people I don't want to feel like I have to keep my voice super low unless I want the people next to me hearing the entire conversation.
The Amazing: The cuisine is par excellence. The freshness of the fish and availability of various tuna grades isn't something you find in other kosher restaurants. The service staff is extremely well informed and very friends. The fact that they age their own beef gives them quite the edge. The desserts, while nothing special, are beautiful and very delicious. The okay: The ambience is a mixed bag; it's a beautiful restaurant, but quite loud.
So I came to eat, was at lunchtime so they had a prefixed venue and not everything was available. The service was amazing. The place looked really nice. But after hearing people always say how great it is, I really thought it was going to be better. I ordered the soup that was chicken with lentils, not really crazy about the flavor, there was a herb or spice that trew it of can't put my finger on what it was. The delmonaco steak is nothing special, I have had better ones, and truthfully, to put fries and not have mashpotatoes that go better with a stake and make it more high-end. I tried my friends' lambchops, I found them to be salty and nothing special. The deserts it's nice that they had Pistachio and also got the donut , but if I had to chose this from the venue and didn't come with the prefixed lunch, I wouldn't have ordered desert. I also ordered an appetizer from the regular menu, I ordered the barbacoa tacos for 26$ the are 3 really tiny tacos, tranches in a over salted BBQ sauce, which of course after on bite I let them know and they took off our bill. To the owner if you read this, go to fuego in florida and try what barbacoa tacos are, barbacoa is not cheap pulled beef, real barbacoa is made incide a hole in the ground (if you ever go to Mexico, go to Shuky Kosher, and get the real barbacoa, so you see you are doing things wrong), also barbacoa isnt a facy way to call bbq, and barbacoa is lamb. for what your serving just put pulled beef tacos like everyone else and lower the price cause the meat itself was not good at all Truthfully, I was disappointed in the food altogether. But the people that work for you are super nice and you have a nice looking place to eat. Bill was about $140 before tax and tip for 2 people. For lunch. Would I come again to eat. Unfortunately no. (FYI the donuts come with 2, I asked to number served only one)
