Flavor Taste is a fantastic deli spot in New York! I ordered the protein omelet and it was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was cooked perfectly. The place was also very clean and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. Highly recommended!
Good breakfast. Reasonable prices for breakfast and coffee. Tallboy cans of beer are expensive, $10.18 plus tax. Friendly and helpful staff.
Wonderful place with a lot of different options. Anything from smoothies and Açaí bowls to burgers. A fantastic Caesar salad. Super nice people. Great place to go close to the One World Trade Center.
It's a deli with superb food. My wife and I celebrated our 40th anniversary in NYC, and this was our goto breakfast. The omelets and rolls were great. We also had their paninis (tuna and Monterey chicken) , delicious. What was really nice was they played or favorite radio station KLOVE. The place was immaculate and had a fresh bright, comfortableness to it, as much as a breakfast place can have
This place is amazing. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious (get the #5 with extra banana peppers and thank me later). The coffee is great and they have a huge selection of drinks and snacks. Service is good too - don’t waste your money at expensive places, go to Flavor Taste.
Flavor Taste was our go-to breakfast spot while staying at a nearby hotel. Their bagel sandwiches and coffee were consistently excellent. They also have a solid selection of packaged food and drinks. In addition, the staff is friendly, and it's an inviting space.
Delicious food, great service and it has everything you need when the hotel wants to scam you out of your money. Forget room service and overpriced diners in that area this is the place to go.
Great 24Hr diner. Lots of options. Fresh ingredients, customisable menu. Thanks for the early morning bfast burrito, team 😋
I stopped by this place on Greenwich and was really impressed! I grabbed a fresh juice and a panini both were delicious. The juice was super refreshing and tasted like it was made right on the spot, and the panini was packed with flavor and perfectly toasted. Great spot if you’re looking for something quick, healthy, and tasty. Highly recommend!
We were looking for a place to get lunch down in midtown manhattan. We chose this place and were extremely satisfied with the food and prices .
Clean and shiny deli with amazing sandwiches! Everything is fresh, delicious, and made with care. Definitely one of the best spots in town!
Great food. Fast service recommend to anyone visiting the area!
This place was great! Fresh made juices and smoothies, also delicious options. The service was amazing!
Great 24/7 spot with just about everything you can think of. The staff is super friendly, its very clean and well kept, and they have seating too.
Excellent deli in the area. Exactly what we needed. They have everything. Super clean and the food is amazing.
Great service healthy food and open 24hrs detox juice and smoothies are amazing don’t pass this place up.
Best manager there I have ever seen
My wife and I are visiting NYC for the 2nd time during a total blizzard. We were hungry after a long day plowing through the snow and everything was canceling and closing but George’s was open right nearby our hotel. The cashier was incredibly friendly and inviting. He helped us navigate their menu which is a traditional diner with breakfast served all day. We ordered the hamburger deluxe style, Cobb salad with extra veggies, and the Mediterranean omelette with the cheese on the side. All three came out great. They gave us good portions on the main dishes and the price was right. Their service was quick too. The coleslaw portion is very small with the hamburger and ask for extra ketchup if you like a good amount with your fries for a to go order. They have a good amount of seating down and upstairs.
This was a great location near our hotel. We were lucky to get there before the crowd. We appreciated how efficient they divide parties in booths to give people privacy. My husband was happy with his burger and my son was excited to have his own pizza. The crab cake was made with kani instead of crab lumps, so I was a little disappointed by that. The service was great though -- from the host, to the people behind the bakery to our server. Everyone was amazing!
WOW soooo good. I was craving an omelet for lunch and it was fantastic. See pic for their potatoes as I wasn’t sure what they would be-one of the best meals in NYC. Huge menu and authentic food. Cute diner. We went on a weekday late afternoon after seeing Ground Zero and service was speedy.
New York Diner with something for everyone. We had a couple of sandwiches from the deli, two hamburgers, one order of spaghetti, and one gyro wrap! Service was quick and it was the perfect meal after spending the morning and early afternoon touring the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island. We walked to location passing the famous bull in front of the NY stock exchange on Wall Street. After a late lunch we walked over to the 9/11 memorial. Great place!
I visited George's several times during my recent trips to NYC, and honestly, it never disappointed. It's a great little spot, perfect for breakfast or lunch—simple, consistent, and exactly what you'd want from a place you're happy to keep returning to. Staff were friendly, the food was always good, and I genuinely looked forward to going back each time. Definitely recommend George's if you're in the area.
An amazing nook in the heart of Manhattan with great food and good prices. Lots of choices including all-day breakfast made it easy for the whole fam to find what they wanted. It was so good, we went across town a second day just for this. Both visits, we were seated immediately and we're not rushed. A relaxing change in a busy city.
We had a hearty and delicious breakfast here around 9am on a weekday. The place was slightly pack but not over-crowded. Most of my friends enjoyed their meal. I would recommend the Eggs Benedict, that was perfectly done. Restaurant is clean and there’s a hostess that guided us to our table. The servers and order taking person is different - probably the manager. The cappuccino tasted slightly diluted for our taste. Otherwise it’s all good. Gratuity was included in the final bill.

Visited for breakfast. Bit of a wait for a table, which I suppose is a good sign. Good menu and we all enjoyed what we had. Staff all very busy.
Such a welcoming staff! Our waiter was so kind to my daughter. Clean, efficient, and SO delicious. Highly recommend a cup of their piping hot coffee and fluffy pancakes. Can't wait to come back.

The menu was a lot, and it was hard to pick so many options. I opted for pancakes. They had a texture similar to Disney's Mickey waffles, my absolute favorite! What I enjoyed the most was that they weren’t overly sweet, and the fresh fruit was delicious. The coffee was great, and so was my scramble egg. My husband ordered the Mediterranean kabobs, and the meat was incredibly flavorful. I wasn’t a fan of the rice, but overall, the dish was still delicious. If you get seated upstairs, be mindful the stairs are quite narrow, but overall, it’s a great spot for a family Sunday brunch.
Basic delicious breakfast. Nothing fancy. Fast service. Food arrived quickly, and hot. No issues with anything. No complaints. Would return if in the area

Great diner like environment. Food was great and portions were large! Service was great especially since they were so busy.

So! Not San Diego by any stretch of the imagination! I’ll apologize for this review but if you know a real Quesadilla, you know what you are looking for. The place is great and staff is awesome. The quesadillas, not so much… I’ve had cardboard that tastes better. Eatable, yes. Enjoyable, definitely not. SoCal kid speaking here. If you have not been to San Diego, then this is great!
Tried a few dishes here — the Spanish omelette and the old‑fashioned French toast, priced at $16 and $10, but the taste didn’t quite match the price point. I also tried a wrap, which was decent. The tables felt a bit cramped, and finding chewing gum stuck under the table was a really unpleasant experience. I ordered a coffee as well, but it wasn’t great. Overall, I’ve had much better brunch experiences at other places.
Food was good, about a 4/5. Be aware that they charge extra for almost everything, so the bill adds up fast. The place itself is pretty small and compact, which adds to how rushed everything feels. Service was not great. Most of the waiters spoke Spanish and had trouble understanding or answering questions, and one waiter was straight up rude. It’s a very busy spot and they clearly want you in and out. We were repeatedly asked if we were done while we still had food in front of us and were actively eating, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. Nice looking place with decent food, but the service and overall experience was ok I guess .
Was able to sit right away outside. The menu like others have said has alot. I mean a lot. It takes a bit to look through it all. The Philly cheesteak was not good at all. Lots of fatty hard chunks. Grilled cheese was simple. We did order the same time as the gentleman next to us. His food came out immediately and our order didnt show up until he was finished eating and paid. Didnt get refills, almost like we were forgotten about cause of our seats. I would not go here again

Food was fine but we ordered two $7 yogurt bowls ($5.50 + toppings) and they tried to charge us $14+ each. After showing the server the menu, they argued by pointing to some other thing that we did not order--and hadn't even seen--on the menu. I've never had that happen anywhere else. Attached is the photo of the two receipts. Don't get up charged for small yogurt portion.
George’s has the classic NYC diner atmosphere down pat - old school vibes and genuinely friendly staff who make you feel welcome. The everything bagel sandwich with egg whites, cheese, and vegetables was well-prepared and tasty. However, the pricing is simply outrageous. $30.65 for a basic egg sandwich and coffee is beyond reasonable, even by Manhattan standards. While I appreciate the quality and service, paying $35+ with tip for what should be a $12-15 breakfast is hard to swallow. George’s may have the nostalgic charm, but unless you’re comfortable with premium prices for standard diner fare, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for your breakfast fix. Bottom line: Great atmosphere and service, but the inflated prices make it impossible to recommend.
Not recommended for people who want to have tastes 🫠✨ The food is perfectly without any taste 🙃 The gluten free pancake is only the dry pancake, I thought I can choose something on it. Yeah, for the price of anyother pancake 🙃🤪 In the end my boyfriend went to pay and they offered if 15, 18 or 22% tip. He could not say non of them 🙃 Expensive, bad food, but they brought the food and drinks fast 🙃
I ordered an omelet with chicken, spinach, mushroom and hash brown on the side. At the end I received ham, beef and pepper and potatoes on the side. When I come back, they said I’m supposed to check what I received. Loony. On top of that, the food was tasteless and I had stomach pain after that. Please avoid.
Not sure how this place has 5 stars. It’s awful. Don’t let the nice looking store fool you. Terrible, slow and rude service. I asked for the turkey avocado sandwich. Guy says they’re out of turkey. I can see several different types of turkey right in the deli case, but okay. Then he says pick something else on the menu. I said why don’t you tell me what you have because I clearly can’t pick right. So he goes chicken quesadilla. I said okay fine. The menu says it comes with chips. I ask him what kind. He goes what? I said what kind of chips does it come with? He goes it doesn’t come with chips. I said it says right on the menu it does. The chicken was very dry, not fresh at all and not good tasting. Also way overpriced. Don’t go here!
This place is a disgrace to a real New Yorker… only people they’re catching is tourists. Never in my life living in NYC from birth have I had a bacon egg and cheese that bad.. it had ONE piece of bacon cut in half. I’m actually writing this and laughing. Insaneeeeeee. And you pay 1.25 extra for the bacon. 😂. And this pound cake, please look at this slice of pound cake that cost almost as much as the sandwich. I literally thought I was being pranked. Just go to champs
