I liked this place. This restaurant was on the NY list of restaurants but they did not reward the specials for this location. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food was excellent! Enough to share. My friend and I shared the portion of truffles fries, Mac and cheese bites and sliders. It was a nice experience but a little pricey and there was no happy hour.

Loved this place. Came in on a Friday night with a reservation. The drinks were fine. My partner really enjoyed the spicy habanero drink. The food was amazing too. The Restaurant week was on when we stopped by so we tried their three course menu. The options were great and we really loved each course!

Lillie's was enticing because I love Christmas and this place is decked out for the Holiday season. I heard for Halloween they are also decorated accordingly. The drinks were great and festive out you can order a regular cocktail. Come for the festive vibes and drinks. Very chill and laid back.

Make sure you make a reservation unless you’re okay to wait forever. Got the sangria and the chicken pot pie and both were good, the pot pie maybe a little runny but flavor was great, wish I had ordered a side because it wasn’t super filling but I didn’t leave hungry at all. It was crazy busy but that’s to be expected this close to Christmas. Service was okay, slow but super friendly. Food came pretty quick considering but busy it was. My table was right by the door so poke me were pushing past me and stopped to take pictures at my table so it was a bit much and the door got a bit cold. I would totally come back at a less busy time.

We made reservations because the last two times we went it was pretty crowded. The Christmas decorations are so pretty! They always decorate nicely. The food is pretty good. It’s a bit pricey but honestly I liked it. It was louder than I expected so I took one star off but other than that everything was great!

You come here for the atmosphere, which is incredible around Christmas. I assume there are other seasons that this is decorated for, but it’s really beautiful. The cocktails are below average and the food looks just fine. The service also is fairly slow, but again, you’re here for the atmosphere which is really pretty. Great for families.

We stopped in after a show and one of us has severe allergies. The staff was reassuring that there would be no cross contamination making us feel comfortable dining there. The food, decor, ambiance and staff were all fantastic. I'd definitely go back and try other dishes on the menu.

Came here for dinner, and was really looking forward to it. I tried the roasted buffalo cauliflower, shepherd’s pie, and a latte. The cauliflower was good but a bit too tangy for my taste, though if you love buffalo I’m sure you’ll enjoy this. It was pretty cold outside so I was excited to have the shepherd’s pie, but unfortunately the meat in it was burned. There were some bits that were edible but quite a few bits were burned black -and that ruined it for me. If that hadn’t been the case I did enjoy the taste and would have liked it a lot. Latte was good. Service was average and forgettable. Idk if they’re understaffed but the server def wasn’t around or as available. That said the interior and vibes are immaculate. The decor in itself is worth the experience at least once. The food I would not return for.

Cute place with a nice theme but PACKED with people. The food and drinks were ok, the service could definitely improve. We waited a long time for the little things like utensils. I Advise anyone to make a reservation, it’s easier to get in.

We made a reservation for afternoon tea but when we got there they said they were only doing holiday brunch. It would have been nice be notified of the change before we got there. The menu was small and the food was only ok. The Christmas decorations were cool but it was packed with people and very loud.

The Christmas set up was amazing and worth the experience. We were sadly unable to get the full experience as we weee asked to order off the brunch menu and both drink options selected were not available as well as both dessert options were not available. If the restaurant is offering a limited menu, they should be sufficiently stocked

Absolutely terrible experience. We went to Lillie’s on Christmas Eve and it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The security guy was incredibly rude and disrespectful — completely unprofessional and unnecessary. This place is wildly overrated. The food was awful, the service was even worse, and we waited over an hour just to get our food. When we asked for dessert, we were told the kitchen was already closed — after all that waiting. Unacceptable. My chicken was dry, bland, and poorly cooked. There was zero flavor. The only thing this place has going for it is the ambience, which clearly exists to distract from the terrible food and service. I honestly don’t understand how a restaurant like this survives in NYC with so many genuinely good options nearby. Definitely not worth your time or money.

A terrible excuse for a business. Came with a group of 8 with a 2 hour reservation. It took forever for someone to come and ask if we needed anything. Then the service was extremely slow. The drinks themselves tasted good. The food was average, definitely not worth the price. The real issues arose at the end of the evening. I asked for a drink. They got the order wrong then proceeded to say we could it for free. I didn’t drink it because that’s not what I wanted and I had a feeling they would try something. Waited 30 mins and still no new drink. When I called over the waiter she proceeded to act like I didn’t ask for the new drink and she said I could have it for free. Just straight up lied. She took the drink back. THEN before my correct drink came out the said it’s been two hours and they need the table back. I reminded them of the drink that should have been out 45 minutes ago. I received the drink another 5-10 mins after that and they reminded us of then time. THEN they couldn’t split the bill by item (fine that’s whatever slew should’ve asked before ordering). It was a simple 7 person split and somehow they messed that up too and one person didn’t pay. This is just an incompetent establishment. The music was SOOOO loud. We couldn’t hear each-other at all. Food portions were small and subpar. Never going back or suggesting this place. Just terrible. If you see a short Hispanic woman with dark hair at the front as a greeter I’d leave. If there’s any issues with your order she’ll just gaslight you and make it seem like its was on you. The only redeeming quality was the atmosphere.
