Drinks are delicious and have a lot of variety! Their staff Zack is very helpful and accommodating! Very proactive in asking if there’s any changes I want to be done with my drink. Will definitely come back!

I highly recommend this place, I had a delicious breakfast here, I present to you what I ate, a Beef Rhapsody sandwich with Jasmine Ice tea, the sandwich is a little spicy 4/10 is how spicy it is, and the tea is delicious, you can come because it is delicious!!

Unique menu, good quality and friendly people! Drinks, food and sweet treats (Even tho it may sound like food or frozen Joghurt the Avocado Joghurt is very well drinkable and amazing, would recommend.) My personal favorite spot for drinks in NYC

Bright, well-lit spot for unusual Asian boba / tea concoctions with more dairy than most boba shops would ever offer. If you're not lactose-intolerant, give the Banana Avocado Yogurt a shot, so you can load up on potassium, probiotics AND healthy fats. Hey, there are worse things to slurp...

I was pleasantly surprised at how my drinks from Love Mi were. I've been twice and have tried the red bean yoghurt and the mango yoghurt drinks, which were both delicious. For the mango drink, they do have actual mango bits inside. I have always found mangoes outside east/SE asia to be not very sweet, but in this case I think the sweetness of the yoghurt balanced it out perfectly (I got the 30% sugar level). Price point is a bit on the high side, but then again so is every boba/boba-adjacent store nowadays haha. The store is cute (perhaps overly so ...) and generally service was quick after we ordered. They also have a food menu that seems interesting (although not sure if I'd try anything myself for now). Would recommend!

It's an okay store. I thought the combo with the bahn mi was with any tea drink there was no specification I only got to pick between peach drink or the jasmine lemon tea drink. Overall total up to $35 plus $3 tip for the meal 2 sandwich and drink combo. They almost forgot my other half too 😭 Wouldn't say its worth it honestly but the bahn mi was pretty good. There's defintely better alternatives elsewhere place is quite expensive.

The workers seem nice and polite. However, they have combos advertised as any drink on the menu but that is not the case. Once ordering, they told me I can only pick between two drinks. It was either peach oolong or jasmine tea. This was completely contrary to what is on the menu. No apology or explanation. I ordered this combo the first time I came and got any drink I picked. So this was an unpleasant surprise. The customer ahead of me also had a prolonged payment problem so I was stuck waiting on line before I could even order. The sandwich was bigger portion than the last time I ordered it as I only got the half sandwich. This time they gave me the whole thing. However, the meat portion of the banh mi is very underwhelming. There are much better banh mi in any other viet places. Combo cost me $15 and it's just not worth it. I found it all very frustrating to be honest. Everytime I passed by this store, there aren't that many customers and I guess now I know why. This was my 2nd time coming here and it's going to be my last.

Going to add to the recent pile-on - this skimpy cumin beef sandwich (this is the side with more filling) is just not worth $14, especially when you can go right next door for one of the city's best roujiamou for only $8. Also not the banh mi I ordered at first but I get that things go out of stock.

My friend and I came here for dessert or a sweet treat after dinner and was underwhelmed. Their menu has a good selection of drinks, desserts, as well as savory foods (such as banh mi and pressed sandwiches). My friend and I decided to try their fruit yogurt bowl and we were very disappointed. The yogurt bowl had barely any yogurt. It was just a layer of fruit and clear crystal boba with a thin layer of yogurt on top, and topped off with raisins. All of that was $11. My friend was really disappointed, and so was I. Overall, I would not come back here and if I do I will definitely be getting something else.

This restaurant has easily got to be one of the most frustrating bubble tea shops I’ve ever visited. They open an hour before they start serving food; and stop serving food one hour before they close, but they don’t have this written or communicated anywhere and wait until you walk into the restaurant to inform you of these arbitrary rules. If that’s not bad enough, their menu is out of stuff for days and days at a time, and it feels like it’s just a stroke of luck as to whether you can actually get one of the hot foods or not on a random day, which is a shame, because the Cumin Beef Sandwich is fairly good. Overall, just a poorly run bubble tea shop with poor communication to customers.
