Delicious and cozy! We had brunch on Sunday and were thrilled with our starters and pasta’s. They were small but packed a great amount of flavor . The tables were tight and the restaurant is very busy but the service team was very welcoming, had great knowledge of the foods and wines offered and the experience was terrific. We will definitely return.
The Rezdora pasta tasting menu was definitely underwhelming to me no standouts at all complete waste however ordering from the a la carte menu definitely made up for it and truly blew me away. My favourites were the gnocco fritto for appetizer and the Cappelletti Verdi with roasted and sautéed leeks which is the best pasta dish I ever had. For dessert the olive oil cake was phenomenal absolute standout.
Possibly the best dining experience I’ve had in New York after 3+ years, everything was just perfect. The food, the ambiance, the people, the pacing, everything was so seamless and as someone who lived in Europe for many years the quality of the food is exceptional for New York. I am in awe of the team and what they have created, special shoutout to Hannah and Joselyn who took incredible care of us. Oh and the olive oil cake, best I’ve ever had!
We flew all the way from Australia to NYC and the first meal we wanted to have was at the amazing Rezdora. It did not disappoint… in fact it was even better than I could have imagined! The staff were polite, professional and polished. The food was delicious and legitimately was the best way to begin our stay in NYC. Absolutely brilliant and we will definitely be back if we can. 11/10!
My husband scored us a reservation to Rezdôra as a Christmas present so that we could finally experience our first Michelin star restaurant, and what a place to start at! First, I really appreciated that we could enjoy a fine dining experience without it feeling pretentious. The vibe was relaxed, and our server was so friendly. He helped answer any questions we had, and we definitely didn’t leave hungry. We stated with a Parmesan tasting, then went into the pasta tasting, which was timed well between courses. Though they were smaller portions, we were happy to experience a variety of their offerings, especially with it being our first time! We split a steak entree as well, which was cooked perfectly. We were glad to have the extra protein to feel fully satisfied. We split the tiramisu for dessert, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had! Truly a memorable meal and a treat for date night in the city. We would definitely make another trip from CT to experience Rezdôra again!
2md time to this consistently good restaurant. Strong attention to detail from the wine program and food to the decor and service. Accessible pricing for really outstanding pasta. Celebrating a birthday and the staff made it special without a lot of flash. Remains a top of list dining choice.
My lover & I dined here for my birthday December 7th and what a find this was!! We had the most delicious, perfectly portioned tasting course with delicious wine pairings. Our bartender/server was wonderful as were all staff. Every bite was more delicious than the next and I am still dreaming of the olive oil cake! Omgosh and the bread!! Everything was heavenly. Thank you for making my 54th fabulous!
Tonight we dined at @rezdoranyc a Michelin star restaurant, and I must say this is the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to. We did the tasting menu with wine pairings and it was out of this world delicious. Everything was hand made and prepared to perfection. If you are ever in NYC, I highly recommend going here. Be sure to book far in advance as it fills up quick. #rezdora #italianfood #michelinstar #michelinguide #nycrestaurant
Did we eat all our pasta before remembering to take a picture? Absolutely. But honestly—it was that good. Rezdora takes pasta to a whole new level I didn’t even know existed. Everything was so fresh, flavorful, and authentically Italian—it truly lives up to the hype. We ordered the Uovo Raviolo di Nino Bergese and the Spaghetti allo Scoglio, and both were perfection—cooked perfectly al dente with such balanced, rich flavors. We also tried the Cipollini, which I can’t recommend enough if you love onions. The only photos we managed to take were of our cocktails and dessert—and those didn’t disappoint either. The gelatos were the perfect ending, and the cocktails were so good it was hard to stop at one. Now I fully understand the hype. Rezdora is absolutely worth the effort to get a reservation—the whole experience is pure bliss.
This is a small and intimate size restaurant. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The ratio of staff to customers create a very high service level. The best place in Manhattan! The food was expertly prepared and perfect in both presentation and taste. It is just like being in Rome! This was 5 star quality food in preparation, presentations, authenticity and taste. By the time we finished our meal there was a line at the door. We highly recommend this restaurant!
We had an amazing experience at brunch. We were a party of six and ordered a wide variety of dishes to share. Sadly, some of their famous dishes aren’t included in the brunch menu, such as “Grandma Walking Through Forest in Emilia.” They have very vide selections of wines and very balanced cocktails , we tried one of their skin contact wines , mezcal espresso martini and blanc Negroni, my favorite was their Negroni, the out of the menu espresso martini was amazing as well. For appetizers, we had the Mortazza and Insalata Estiva con Cantalupo. For pastas, we ordered: • Verde on Verde on Verde • Uovo Raviolo • Mezzelune con Tonno Affumicato • Modenese Vacationing in Rome From the mains, we tried the Steak and Eggs (Carne e Uova), Frittata del Bosco, and the showstopper Bistecca per Due — a 30 oz, 60-day dry-aged bone-in ribeye. The steak comes with two sides; we chose the Warm Seasonal Greens and Carote Quattro Modi. The cantaloupe salad was refreshing and summery, while the Mortazza was delicious, served with focaccia that was both crispy and fluffy. All the pastas were excellent, but our favorite by far was the Uovo Raviolo — a perfectly cooked egg with cheese inside, topped with black truffles and served with brown butter and mushrooms. It was beautifully balanced, and we could have easily eaten a few more of them. The Verde on Verde on Verde was bright and fresh, like a very unique pesto, though a touch under-salted. The Modenese Vacationing in Rome reminded us of a refined carbonara, and it was outstanding. Our least favorite was the smoked tuna pasta, which felt a bit one-note, though still well executed and tasty. The absolute star of the entire brunch was the dry-aged ribeye. Cooked to perfection, with mushrooms and a salt rub that gave it incredible depth and texture, it was easily one of the best bone-in ribeyes I’ve ever had. The Steak and Eggs, however, was a bit of a letdown — the portion felt small, and the steak itself wasn’t as flavorful or tender. For the dessert we ordered the olive oil cake and the pistachios four ways and both dessert were really tasty. Overall, unlike some reviews mentioning that the food is too salty, we found most dishes perfectly seasoned, with one or two even slightly under-seasoned. The service was excellent — attentive yet relaxed — and the pacing of the courses felt well spaced out. Portions lean small, but the quality and flavor more than make up for it. I was between 4 and 5 stars for this review but the dry aged steak was so good , that I had to give it the 5 stars.
Had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Rezdôra! The staff was excellent — attentive and warm — and really made the evening feel special. The food was fantastic, beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious (even if portions were on the smaller side). The wine selection was also excellent and paired perfectly with the meal. A truly memorable night, and I’d highly recommend it for any special occasion.

This was a solid 4 for me but was anticipating a 5 before we ate here. Small lively restaurant. Tables very close together and while the music choices were great the volume was a little too high. The amuse bouche was delicious light crunchy pastry will a delicious filling. We started with the affettati mista and it was very good and a large portion definitely shareable for at least 2 people. We then moved on to the pasta tasting which we were very excited for but ultimately were a little disappointed. First course was a pasta with broth and for us the pasta was too al dente and one guest at our table really likes al dente. The broth was delicious and the service, pouring the broth at the table, was lovely but we were disappointed with the cook of the actual pasta. Garganelli was traditional and very good. Red sauce and ziti can’t go wrong there and for us the pasta cook was good. The gnudi was soft a little chewy and everything you want from this dish. Sauce was delicious and not overpowered by the truffle. Tagliolini was again very good and cooked well for the way we like pasta. The final course was unfortunately our least favorite. The cook on this was even more under than the first course and way to al dente for us. The tastings are small but by the time you are done you have had a solid meal and don’t need more. Interestingly we were chatting with people sitting next to us who have been here several times and he asked how we liked the pasta noting that he likes the hard cook but his spouse thought it was not cooked enough so this is up to personal taste but for us a miss. Overall I may come back to try other options but the pasta cook was really a thing for us.
Rezdora is wonderful, and I’d absolutely recommend it for an elevated Italian dining experience. The space itself is charming and intimate, with roughly 15 tables, and things like coat and bag check are always a bonus in my book. As for the food, there wasn’t a single dish I wouldn’t recommend. Everything ranged from good to excellent. The spaghetti allo scoglio and gramigna giallo e verde were the clear standouts. The rest of the menu was solid and well-executed, though not really groundbreaking. I have minor nitpicks about certain dishes but that’s about it. So, does it deserve its Michelin star worth setting an alarm to snag a reservation? Debatable… but it’s undeniably a great meal.
Overall a fun experience but probably not somewhere I’d return. Service and atmosphere were amazing. Walked in without a reservation on a Tuesday night and was met with nothing but kindness which continued while we waited for a table. Very modern atmosphere and noise level was good. The food is where it fell short to me. While I enjoyed the variety of dishes, nothing stuck out to me about the flavors…or certainly not at the price point. So I wouldn’t recommend to somebody else for that reason
I really enjoyed my meal here! The gramigna giallo and the gnocco fritto were the stars of the show. The verde on verde on verde felt undersalted and missing a more complexity in flavor leading it to be underwhelming? maybe needed lemon, a spice, more pesto? the service and atmosphere were great
the place is pretty and well decorated! loved the vibes! for the food, i enjoyed the appetizer is really a good start! their pasta is also good but its quite small but its ok:) but unfortunately i don’t really enjoy the entree because it’s come out 20+ minutes after our pastas even we asked for it to be served right away after the pasta but sadly the waiter said that can’t and we need to wait. and again sadly my steak comes not warm and so do the fish, we a little bit hurry and hungry so we just eat it and still enjoy it, but will be more nicer if it’s warm/hot and shorter wait time:) however is still a nice restaurant if you will spend an hour total for your meal. 7/10!^^
very cozy restaurant. the pasta dishes are definitely on the small side. Our favorites were their famous raviolo with black truffle and the pasta with the fennel sausage (forgot the name). We did also get the red shrimp pasta which on its own is good but together with those other two plates it just wasnt a good pairing as the red shrimp pasta has a really strong shrimp flavor. we were sat up in the loft area and it was nice in terms of having lots of space around the table but I was also getting bumped fairly often by the servers attending to the table to our righthand side which became annoying after a while. we had a long wait for our dessert wine glass which the server thoughtfully decided to take the charge off of our bill for, which we were thankful for. Overall the service was very attentive and eager. The olive oil cake dessert is really nice as it comes with olive oil ice cream on the side and the cake itself comes out as a nice warm temperature. I would come back for the black truffle raviolo and the olive oil cake dessert, but not sure if would return for anything else.
Had an overall pleasant experience at Rezdora on a Sunday evening. Atmosphere is quite cozy and intimate but still casual. All of the dishes we ordered, while good, had the same issue: they were all on the saltier side. The burrata reale was excellent (maitake mushroom is a must), but every so often there would be a bite of way too much salt. Same thing with the tilefish: it was cooked fantastically, but it was too heavy on the salt. For pasta, we ordered Grandma Walking Through Forest in Emilia (incredibly unique, with literal bursts of leek flavor) and the Cappelletti (can't go wrong with beef cheeks and truffle). I wanted to love them, but as many have indicated, the pasta was undercooked to our liking. Perhaps it's just how they do it? But again, the bigger issue is that even the pasta was too salty. The gelati was excellent, though, as the pistachio and salted caramel were a welcome end to our meal. Also a fun fact, but you get Italian lessons through the speakers in the bathroom!

Bad, bland tasting, undercooked, overpriced pasta..lot of rules..no sitting down until whole party there, no getting a drink a bar, for walkins only..
Rezdora was an experience and I would strongly recommend it. The standout was definitely the Nonna Walking Through the Forest, 100 percent recommend. The desserts were incredible and absolutely worth ordering. The service was also incredible and very welcoming. I do not often comment on service, but it felt like everyone at the restaurant was on the same team and moving together. The endive salad was very good as well. Now a few things to avoid. The mushroom pasta was maybe one of the worst things I have ever put in my mouth. It was horrendous, just one black clump of noodles stuck together. Do not order this. The Gramigna Giallo e Verde was quite good, but the portion was weak, and I wish there had been a little more, especially with that yummy sausage in it. Finally, the toasted bread was very weak, an excuse for garlic bread. Bread with just some olive oil is honestly a ripoff and could have been better presented. The Gnocco Fritto with prosciutto di Parma, mortadella, and guanciale was honestly just salty and lacked flavor. It felt incomplete.
Did the pasta tasting, and it was unfortunately underwhelming. For the price it was not worth it. A La carte is definitely the way to go here, but even then you’d have to order at least 4 dishes to leave without feeling hungry an hour later. All high quality ingredients but honestly I can’t say the food here is much better or even is better than say Corto in Jersey City. Service though is absolutely impeccable, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The space itself feels cramped , tables are maybe a couple inches apart , it feels like your on a communal table then your own. I’d definitely come back to try À la carte next time.

Pretty below average food close to bad. Starters are actually bad if you consider them starters as they are basically bread with prosciutto, pastas are okay but main dishes are literally SO BAD. Service is quite bad as in all most of this places with “hype”, we had a steak that was completely burnt as you see in the picture and they waitress first said she was on the dinner shift so she couldnt help us and then another one came saying is supposed to be burnt and to taste as coal. We decided not to ask for any dessert or coffee and went somewhere else instead

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in NY. I was expecting so much more that it really disapointed me. Servers were not paying attention at all. The appetizer came really quick (and was good), but the main courses took 45 minutes (30 after the appetizer). The pasta was al dente, BUT, the anolini dough was to thick, and raw on the edges. The filling tasty, but not enough, same with the sauce. I even had to ask for salt because the dish was tasteless. Pasta cooked without any salt also. The Waiter was refusing to grate cheese, even though asking twice. The lobster pasta had 5 tiny pieces of lobster and it was gummy. Sauces not emulsified with the pasta. On top of it all, I had to ask 2 times how long would it take for the main dishes. And it took 45 min to get these, which is not a great pasta. The music was really loud and had nothing to do with the ambience. After asking for the check, I told the waiter I was really surprised that nobody even asked how the food was, and he simple replied "tap your card here". Really rude. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend, and I'm really sad we had this expierence because I was really looking forward to try this restaurant.
