I don't normally go out to lunch, but I stopped in this location because I had cash on me. The young man said he was new to the job, but he was very respectful. He even politely corrected his supervisor when they messed up my order. So 10/10 for his professionalism. However, the supervisor came in from outside, and from what I could see just threw on a pair of gloves without washing her hands to make my food. Another employee also started arguing with said supervisor about an incident of getting "thrown under the bus" by her. Definitely not appropriate in front of a customer. I was excited to get a chance to go out to lunch, but am very disappointed in my visit with the people who should know better.

Standard taco bell, service was slow but my order was right. Generally speaking and average fast food joint. We always have to check our order before leaving. Several times it has been wrong. Classic Taco Bell flavor nothing new.

This is a $7 nacho deluxe. Its missing items and there is almost no cheese or meat. If you're reading this, close the app and goto one of the mexican restaurants in town. You'll get much better food for the same price or less.

Taco Bell what is going on? Everytime I order a side of the jalapeno sauce and never get it, I even pay for it and I never do... I got a chicken quesadilla and what is this... 4 piece of small chicken and some cheese and very little sauce. Its all in the middle of the quesadilla and wasn't made right. This is not how quesadillas are made. This is ridiculous. I have a pic of I can post it to show you. The quesadilla on your photos on your business does not look like the quesadilla I got. It's all in the middle and I have so much plain tortilla left over I can't even eat it cause there was so little of ingredients. Someone made this half ass and it's ridiculous. Plus it's not even cut and never got my extra sauce I paid for.

This has by far been my worst experience at a Taco Bell. I mean no wonder they are hiring. not only did I wait almost 50 minutes for my order, the food was cold by the time I got it. The worker on the line took 3-5 minutes for every item in every single order. I watched as they made my Crunchwraps only to be abandoned on the side while they took even longer preparing what I believe to be some of the easiest menu items. They even had to unwrap my taco supremes because they somehow forgot that they already come with tomatoes on them! Everything was cold, the employee took far too long to make everything, not once did a manger intervene to help the employee on line or even instruct them to pick up the pace. I genuinely hope that the employees see this review and understand that there needs to be a change.

This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to which is saying a lot! The first time I ever went there the food was cold and they didn’t even put cheese on my Nacho BellGrande. Usually, I will go somewhere closer to Columbus if we’re coming from Downtown or the Heath location. The second (and last) time we ordered DoorDash dash and it took 1.5 hours for the food. Never again!!!

Walked in, spent 15 minutes being ignored on front counter and walked out. I’m not sure what your problem is in this restaurant but your whole afternoon team on Tuesday September 30th probably doesn’t deserve jobs. Only person actively helping people is drive thru guy

i've worked in food service my whole life and if i could give zero stars i would!!! staff is unbelievably bad at their job and messes up orders every. single. time. Management is pathetic and doesn't hold staff accountable. Management is also bad at resolving issues. NEVER EVER GET FROM HERE. i will be driving to the hebron location which is 20 minutes away if i want taco bell again.

worst experience I’ve ever had, I ordered my breakfast at around 10:40 then got to the Taco Bell at 11:0 one and they refused to give me my food or a refund. they then told me I could get a refund on the app, but said they didn’t know how and expected me to know how. Like that makes sense. if I could write a place in negative stars, I would rate this one -5.

The 21st Street location has the WORST employees who are (with the exception of a young man that was working 6/6/25 at around 8:00) absolutely worthless. The woman who was claiming to be a manager was doing nothing but standing around. The 4 people working were literially all standing around doing nothing while 1 man in training was trying, for what that was worth. While there we saw several people walk out due to the rude treatment and horribly long wait times. We waited over half an hour and somehow they didn't know about the order? No. We watched other customers walk in with incorrect orders. Door Dashers waslking out from being ignored and means never being completed. The topper? Watching one of the employees CHASE A CUSTOMER OUT WHILE SCREAMING AT HER. This location should just close. The "workers" don't seem to care about keeping up with business, that is for sure. Even our 12 year old knew better than to act like that at work.

We waited 45 minutes and they didn’t even save our order so when we got to the window the girl told us no one took our order even though it popped up on the screen, we got 4 bean and rice burritos and so at the window we had to wait for them to make our food and here’s what we got, we had to throw away the food we waited 45 minutes for because by the time we got home and opened the bag it was literally inedible, it was somehow dry and greasy at the same time it looked like they dropped kicked it and sent it to the Sahara and when it came back they made it go through a divorce, I’ve never felt more disrespected in my life
