Very nice folks, the young man was so kind n made my salad just the way i ask even if it was different. The lady there talked n teased it was just a nice experience n this time of covid n folks on edge.
Super fast and friendly service even on a Saturday they were understaffed. Fresh food!

I drive trucks, I’ve traveled all 48 states, I’m a vegetarian so subway is a common restaurant I eat from daily. This subway has to be in my top 10 for the GREAT SERVICE and I haven’t ate my food yet, but even if it’s bad, the GREAT SERVICE WILL MAKE UP FOR IT(I’m sure the food will be great also) #TheChamp

I've never had a problem at the Utica subway. The staff is always helpful and waits on you ASAP. The only problem I can think of is during the summer they sometimes run out of some of the types of bread and since this is a farming community we sometimes don't get around to eating until 8 or 9 at the earliest. They might try to keep bread on hand a little more.
Even though they didn't have the bread i wanted the food was still good. Epically considering the time it was when i got there. Even though it was almost closing time everything was good.
fast and polite staff. very polite young people on the weekends. this is also the ONLY subway i've ever been to that actually cuts the foot longs in half. its a miracle and i love not having to finish cutting my sandwich when i get home or having to rip it apart.
Fast friendly service by two teenage females. Not use to thus, other establishments with teenage workers could learn a lot from these young ladies and what added to it being so surprising was that the place got super busy all at once and they did not skip a beat. Koodos to you both.
Was having the worst day at work ever, I got back to Utica exhausted and hungery...couldnt even think. I asked the Lady with the lip ring to just make whatever she thought was good. BEST CHOICE EVER!!!! I would've never ordered ir but it was amazing sandwich. Here I am 4 days later ordering it again!! EXCELLENT FRIENDLY SERVICES!!!!
I came into the restraunt at 15 minutes till closing time and was greeted merrily. They went on to serve me quickly and efficiently exercising patience as I was on the phone taking an order from my son. Everything was clean and in order and they didn't treat me like I was intruding in their last moments being at work. Thank you!
I love when we're in the middle of nowhere (basically) & come across a Subway... Fresh soft bread and friendly staff. You can't beat that

The food is always fresh and good. The one thing that upsets me is when they advertise their specials this Subway does not participate.

The employees were nice but didn't cut the bacon up to put on my pizza until I asked. I thought they were supposed to automatically cut bacon up for pizzas.
Staff is always friendly. Agree with other comments the meat ratio is far less then many other local subway.

The 2 employees were not working in a smooth flow, orders got mixed up and backed up quickly. They both apologized over and over about learning the new register(that's to be expected at times). Overall the food was good but a little cold.
The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was better than the last few subways I've been to. That being said, there was no chicken in my daughter's grilled chicken sandwich and no bacon on mine, my husband and my son's sub. But even without the chicken and bacon it still tasted better than the last 2 subways my family has visited.

Went to get free sub,I ordered the turkey and girlfriend got BMT! Well I told Haley to ring up separate, but didn't!! My girl got a $5 something sub and got hers free and they took my points and charged me $8.19 for my free sub, which should have bn separate and free!
When does this place actually close??? Your hours state 8pm but this place is never opened until then and has refunded my money on multiple occasions because they have closed "early". An employee has advised me that if they are slow they will close early. I find this to be extremely unprofessional as your hours clearly state a closing time with no proper disclosure of the possibility of closing early. Please update your website accordingly so your customers are aware of your true hours of operation.
Food is good, service depends on who is behind the counter. This particular location does not honor coupons or sales, and therefore it is more expensive than it should be. When asked about why they do not honor coupons to give some excuse about corporate not honoring the coupons.

This Subway has the worst service ever! The girls there are so incredibly rude! We will no longer stop there! It's a shame to have a subway within a couple miles, but they are so incredible disrespectful!
Older lady attitude not pleasant as it should be due to her age. Her whole energy was agitation
Not once have they had an online order ready at the right time and always forget the pizza on the order for some reason.
Not sure what's going on. The posted hours say they're open till 10 o'clock but for some reason for the last two months their closed before 9 o'clock.
Whole wheat bread was sooooo hard that it was impossible to eat. The female employee was very Rudd swearing that it was my fault because I had her heat the bread before putting anything on it. Saying the bread was made that day. It was old nasty bread. The new one the other girl made to replace it wasn't much better. My quess is she lied & didn't make the new bread as she was supposed to earlier that day.
Will never go to this subway again. The employees are more concerned with talking with each other rather than trying to provide any resemblance of timely service. My last visit (approx a week ago), the female behind the counter had quite the attitude. On top of that, as she is making my sandwich, shows me a rash that is breaking out on her wrist...She also put absolutely no effort into making my sandwich. She basically just threw meat and cheese on and wherever it landed was fine with her. Do not goto this subway unless you want to lose your appetite and waste 20-30 min of your life.
It would be really nice if the store hours were correctly posted. I have wasted multiple trips to get dinner to find the store closed well over an hour earlier than the posted time online and on the store window.
Never ever order online. No one in this establishment can properly read a order. 3 times I have placed a order online to be ready. Every time the order is completely wrong. How hard can it be to read a online order. Retraining and Management change is a need here.
Bro I got a water cup and man… I got some coke inside of it and this dude pulled a chair and was like”I will call the police if you don’t pay for this cup” and me and my homie looked at him like “it’s not that serious we will just pay man.”
The subs were horrible. Bread looked old and like it had been smashed . See pics. It was crumbly on top and chewy inside. Worst subs ever. Don't bother with churro. Cold, chewy and tasted old.Called to complain and was reassured bread was made that morning. This was @ 7pm.

Prices are outrageous. Tiny pizzas up to $6.49 a piece and a Footlong sub is $7.49. I’m not paying $20 for 2 tiny pizzas and a sub. Not to mention that doesn’t even come with a drink or chips. Also this location never participates in any of the subway deals so you can never get money off anything. What a joke
The girls working there the night we stopped would rather hold a conversation with their friends than actually help the line they had accumulated. Waited 15 minutes for service and decided to leave and on the way out got a sassy and sarcastic "bye" super rude and irritated.
One of the two staff people didn't wear a mask, she also didn't wear gloves and certainly didn't wash her hands after touching the counter, her face, and the food. Before we left without ordering, two other families came in, with several people not wearing masks. It's obviously known you don't have to wear one here. No social distancing in the lobby either. This is why licking county's covid numbers keep going up.
This Subway does not take coupons or any other forms of discounts. They do not honor veterans on Veterans day. We avoid this Subway for that reason. Other Subways has the decency to honor veterans and also to accept coupons.
Ordered a to go online e order I got there before my order was started watched the lady prepair the order she did not follow the directions on the order so I let her know and she was plain out rude and said I can read. Then started following the order. I said ok no reason to be rude she just gave me a dirty look.
The older lady who is the manager is constantly rude everytime I go in. I just came in and ordered 3 subs, 2 6in and 1 ft long, she gave me 3 6in subs and one was completely wrong. When I tried to say something she said "I already made it" and then I asked for light lettus. And this lady threw and I mean slammed a handful of lettus on my sub. She needa attitude check.

I ordered a veggie sub, and she barely put any veggies on it. When I called her out for being stingy, she claimed that Subway only allows a certain amount—yet when I offered to pay for more, she admitted veggies are free. So which is it? To top it off, she forgot my jalapeños, and I had to go back up to get them. The dishonesty and poor customer service were unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.
I ordered 3 different subs/wrap (online). I brought our food home and had to navigate through all sandwiches to figure out who's is who's sandwich. On top of not labeling the subs, which we all know there are labels/stickers, they sent me out the door without napkins and straws for.our drinks! I ordered Curbside but went inside because I was running a few minutes late. I didn't even think to check because they had my order ready. When I called.all I got was (flatly) sorry for your inconvenience!! I even left a TIP!! (Online) I spent $40 at your restaurant, the least you could have done was.all 3 things you DIDNT DO!!!! I'll take my business elsewhere!!!
