This Pizza Hut just reopened after a remodel and there's only one other in the US like it, so we thought we'd check it out. It has moved more toward fast food, which is something we didn't like. However, the staff was great. One young lady dealt marvelously with a gentleman who asked an excessive number of sometimes condescending questions. Finding people with excellent customer service is near to impossible anymore. Food was good.

Pizza was delicious per my kids. However, I received the wrong salad and no dressing. Ordered the Ziesty Italian with Light Italian. I received a basic Salad with no dressing. I am sure it was an accident, since we order from Pizza Hut frequently. Would be nice to have the correct salad tho... :(

Foods good, love the stuffed crust! Daily deals. Only downside is the 4.99 delivery fee, of which the driver gets nothing! Boo Pizza Hut. When you charge that much you are cutting into the tip and that’s just not right.

I was getting delivery. They were very rude. They hung up with me twice. I had to call back like four times.

**12-13-25 update: A generic email and a poorly executed apology with no resolution! Only a phone number to the store where David north never goes to according to employees. Photo included** **According to Ohio Law and the FTC they have to accept a return if you do not receive your entire order. It is your choice to either have a credit or refund. That being said on 12-12-25 @ 9pm the shift manager stated that he could only give me a credit since they did not deliver part of my order. My order was missing 4 items! I will not longer order from Pizza Hut. I will be contacting the BBB, FTC, and my bank regarding this issue. I have tried to contact the district manager numerous times before about similar situations and they refuse to respond and make it right. Pizza Hut is a horrible company who does both care about State and Federal Laws with horrible customer service. No wonder their sales and profits have plummeted in the last 5 years. I normally order from. EAST OF CHICAGO in Lexington and have had zero issues and we order twice a month. I only order from Pizza Hut maybe 3 times a year because my son likes them but that will no longer be a factor and I refuse to order from Pizza Hut ever again!** They constantly get orders wrong, missing items. Won't refund missing items or replace wrong orders. Even contacted the corporate office.

Order pizza last night asked to be cut in squares that's didn't happen. The pizza was so bad I tried to eat 2 slices and had to throw it away it was so bad. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut.

Worst establishment I’ve ever experienced. They mess up your order, act like it’s a nuisance to fix their mistake then proceed to mess the order up AGAIN. Wasted my time driving back, let the other half of my food get cold then get home to see they didn’t even put sauce on the pizza and added extra cheese to try to hide the fact they put no sauce on it. All the manager said was “well I remade it for you” but didn’t even remake it correctly???

I ordered 12 bone-in wings and a pepperoni and sausage pizza. My pizza was overcooked, but the wings were delicious. I tried calling the store about my concern and a team member answered the phone and then put me on hold. To make a story short I never talked to the Manager, I keep calling and same team member said I got you ma’am. And Still never spoke to a manager. This place is in Mansfield, Ohio on Lexington Avenue. Just unprofessional and customer service suck. You all need to be retrained.

Ordered a custom pizza and It turned out to be razor thin With excessively thick crust no white sauce Even though that's what I ordered. And? The cheesy breadsticks we're completely mangled.And when I finally got them somewhat situated, they weren't even cut properly I understand some of these mistakes but seriously. You can't use a pizza cutter properly. I normally love pizza hut, but I'll never use this location again

I would give it no stars if possible. The crust was the thinnest I've ever had and it was a normal stuffed crust pizza order... It was awful and I paid $25 for it!! Never again. Lesson learned. Too bad cuz last time was great. But as you can see... Sad pathetic pizza. I was on shock.

Ordered a small cheese, medium Pepperoni an order of BBQ wings, and an order of Garlic Parmesan Total cost over $60.00 No Sauce on either pizza. Taste terrible and service poor. do you have to ask for sauce? Is there an extra charge. Is $60 the going rate for a medium and a small pizza?

I'm starting to feel like they actually personally hate me because our order is never right. This time ordered a meat lovers and a cheese (only) and this is what I get. We've gotten a meatless meatlovers, had them give away our pizza to others, forget to make half our order, pour balsamic vinegar all over it once, reversed the crusts on our orders (pan←→hand tossed), and there is more but I can't remember them right now
