Best Jersey mikes I have been to. This was the first Jersey Mike's I went to great customer service. Always friendly, always nice. I will travel far just to come to this jersey Mike's, because out of all of them, I have tried this was the first one and the best one and they care about their customers

Everyone here is always fantastic! The shop is always clean, and even when there is a long wait, it moves along pretty quickly. I'm writing this review specifically for Cody. I have been here several times while he's working, and I have to say, if I owned this branch I would be so grateful to have him as an employee and representative of my business. He is always upbeat, friendly, accommodating, and just a pleasure to interact with! I'm not sure if a manager reads this or not, but if so please let him know what a great job he does!

This is the best Jersey Mike's in all of Ventura County, for sure. Even when they are busy, the staff is super friendly and they are always working very hard. I usually come to pick up for delivery and the order is ready most of the time. Food is always fresh and the prices are good. Forget the Jersey Mike's on Janss Rd. Come here and you will always feel welcomed and appreciated! Thank you for being the best Jersey Mike's!

The staff here is top notch. In my 35 years of life, I have never encountered a better sandwich shop staff. They make my fiance and myself feel welcome everytime we come in.

This sandwiches are great. The meat is always fresh and tasty is sandwiches a big and feeling. Do I wear a mask and sometimes double Mass whenever I go out I'm not if this you're actually requires one and as far as you know wiping down surfaces or keeping dividers none of that is taken into consideration. Subway has a greater selection seems to take care more and do they don't have Philly cheesesteak some of this sandwiches rival Jersey Mike's.

Staff was very friendly. I arrived at dinner time. Unfortunately; there were 8 customers and only 2 workers, so the process was slow. This was not at all the staffs fault. They were doing great, but you could tell it was stressing them a little with only two of them having to prepare a long line of hungry people.

Usually great, but this past Friday, not so much. We went in on the later side, the gut made the sandwiches without asking if we wanted anything on them. Just rolled them up and that was it. One came with blue cheese, but the moment I ordered it I specifically stated ranch instead of blue cheese. When he rolled them up I stated I wanted to add certain veggies and he told me they already come with specific toppings. When I asked about the blue cheese/ranch, he said I never said that, although he repeated it back as he was getting the bread. So I asked he put veggies on the the others, and he then commented "I guess I'll have to make you a new sandwich with *Ranch* too." I get he's a young kid, and probably didn't want to be working on a Friday night, but even if I was wrong in everything I said, the attitude was nor appreciated. Hopefully, it was a one-time thing. My daughter and I love grabbing sandwiches and heading to the park for a picnic or for movie night, everyone here is usually great. It's actually my first bad experience, so I'm going to give an extra star for service.

This is the 2nd time in a month she is there and I get soggy sandwich since it sits while she gives out every else order, I try letting her know can I get my food it's right there. Next time I see her won't go in.

Crowded. Didn't do what I said. I said just turkey, lettuce, and tomatoes. They did their standard sandwich with mayo and provolone.

While the #17 was good, no complaints. There needs to be a balance between preparing phone orders and servicing the customer that drives to your location, parks, and enters your place, and wait for phone orders to be prepared before their order is even taken. And yet there was a line of people waiting to come in an pick up their phone orders. While it is not the employees' fault, they were all working hard, this is a management controllable issue that must be addressed. Improve the process so there is a good balance so people with short lunch periods can get it and out like they should be able to do. I have been to several Jersey's and, all but one, were not well organized. They had a well defined and controlled process! Need to figure it out, I am out!

On this specific day, between 6:30PM and 7:15PM - I called them 26 times, and the phone range 15 times before going to an empty voice mail. Zero Stars for Service. Instead of hiring someone to handle peak hours or a phone center to handle all calls and route them to the proper Mike's location - the staff does not answer the phone and sends me the message that they do not care. In my book, this is abysmal service and I will never order or eat at this (and maybe any other) Jersey Mike sub shops.

Worst jersey mikes, today i picked up my order and everything was disgusting, soggy and did not have the EXTRA ingredients that i PAID extra for, i asked for portabello mushrooms and extra cheese and white bread, when i got there it has been over 25 minutes from ordering online and guess what? They did not have it done and the older lady had a nasty attitude, so i had to sit and wait for it to be ready, once im home i notice its the wrong bread, i was right in front of them so why did they not tell me there was no white bread, i cant eat rosemary for reasons. I need a full refund cause this is not the first or second time this happens it is ridiculous at this point. I try contacting online and it does nothing, no email works.

Worst jersey mikes, today i picked up my order and everything was disgusting, soggy and did not have the EXTRA ingredients that i PAID extra for, i asked for portabello mushrooms and extra cheese and white bread, when i got there it has been over 25 minutes from ordering online and guess what? They did not have it done and the older lady had a nasty attitude, so i had to sit and wait for it to be ready, once im home i notice its the wrong bread, i was right in front of them so why did they not tell me there was no white bread, i cant eat rosemary for reasons. I need a full refund cause this is not the first or second time this happens it is ridiculous at this point. I try contacting online and it does nothing, no email works.

My husband just returned with a sandwich made by a young man who did a very poor job. He Put the meat on in rolled up clumps. Sandwich so that when I opened the package when he got home it just everything just rolled out of the bun. My husband had ordered a number 7 Mike's way which is our favorite... but not tonight.... Until tonight's visit we have really enjoyed your sandwiches!

On line order. Got home and discovered my wheat bread sandwich was not wheat but white bread, the no lettuce order was double lettuce with no spicy mustard as order? How can get that so wrong? I guess I need to open the order before taking home if I go again.

Worse customer service ever i been going there very often but today I went there i had a very bad experience these girls with bad attitudes it seems like they don't wanna work very rude my order got all messed up I did get what I ordered they should be nice to their customers

When you place new tea in the container you have to throw out the old tea and clean the container. This last time there I could smell it at the beverage center before I even poured the tea. This is a no brainer. My ice tea is very important with my sandwich. I would hate to go to another location because that’s my only complaint. Thank you!
