My order was done right and speedy ... i think Carrls Jr. Has the BEST BURGERS in Southern California it beats All fast food restaurants and gives lots a run for there money. You must pair with fridge zucchini 100% recommend Carl's Jr .

Surprisingly good juicy burger, I ordered the super star and it's usually a bit overcooked in other places, but this place got it right! Super friendly staff and the area is not much to look at but it's quiet enough to enjoy your meal.
Finally a Carl's Jr that doesn't try to cheat the drive thru times by making you wait somewhere else even when nobody is behind you. That's a big pet peeve of mine for no reason at all really... it's just annoying.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially when I had issues using the app.was able to sort things out and was able to get my food. I highly recommend you avoid using the app

I usually don't eat here very much but I recently stopped in for breakfast and I had a pleasant experience.
I am not a big fan of fast food but my daughter wanted chicken stars and criss cut fries so we ventured out on her mission. To my suprise the foid was hot fresh and the service was great considering I never left the car. I also did not feel sick after. HUGE PLUS!
Decent food and service but sometimes I get bacon so hard it hurts my teeth. Also the advertisements hide the .99 to specials which I don't like. I have to get very close to see the .99 cents and I ended up paying more than I want to.
food was hot fully cooked, and my chicken steps were perfectly golden brown, five thru was great, and my wake fries were good too, just the right amount of crunch. prefect service, which is rare in the fast food industry.

Great food but slow service. After setting at table for some time. Had to go back up to counter to find employees not working. Then when we asked about order then they got up and finish putting our order together.
For fast food, it was good. Jalapeno poppers were better than jack in the box. The crispy fried chicken tenders were great. They didn't have ranch dressing.

Like why is there never no ranch at this location ?? Can’t even order fried zucchini / chicken stars with ranch … always offered bbq sauce but never no ranch I go to other locations and there is never an issue but I perfer this one cuz it’s close to home and the people r friendly . The experience was wholesome and reminiscent of old school Americana as you can get nowadays at a budget price. With all of the changes going around, it was nice to feel like I was going back to a perceived notion of stability from the past (this coming from a first generation American). I know it wasn't 'real', yet it felt real and to me felt like the better illusion of all the lies currently being perpetuated in our society. More than anything, it felt like a reprieve from it all. The customer service was fast but not rushed and the staff didn't feel like their lives depended in speed. The friendliness was cordial and simple, so I didn't get the impression they were trying to be my best friend or that crazy ex- that other corporations have been aiming for lately (obsessive relationships are a thing of the past, i say). Also, the Carl's Jr. reminded me of Italy. In Italy there is a REALLY cool franchise named 'American Graffiti'. It is a way cool experience where they try to recreate the 1950's , and to my taste offer one of the best experiences in nostalgia. In Italy! (go figure another nation would evoke Americana better than native chains.) Carl's Jr. felt like the fast food version of American Graffiti.
This one goes out to the man, the myth, the legend - Caesar in the drive-thru. In a day and age where it would be completely understandable to "phone it in" while working fast food, this guy is audibly pleased to be here every time I go, and I go fairly often. To be clear, this whole crew has a great attitude, and I've never had an order messed up. But there aren't many people who are so involved in engaging customers that they're paying regular attention to the tone of their voice (especially without training.)

Took a long time to get my order. Priority goes to drive thru. Lesson learned!! Food was very hot and tasty. Owner was there. He was extremely hands on guy and very friendly.

Omgoodness! I finally ate inside of a restaurant and it felt sooo good. The whole restaurant was spotless with separated seating. And it was just nice to kick back and listen to good music they always play and eat dinner out!! Oh and I forgot to mention This Carl's, the food is ALWAYS amazing! Super fresh and yummy! 😁🥰

I have come to this Carl's Jr a few times. The cashiers are usually friendly and take your order fast. Nice evening Manager and it's normally empty so you don't have to worry of not finding empty tables.
The Beyond Famous Plant-Based Burger was great! Haven't been to a Carl's Jr in the last 3 years. They now offer more selections. It's walking distance from my new place of work so I'll be spending some lunch breaks here, for sure.
The hours are great especially after shopping at stores that close late. I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich, but there was a mix-up and they gave me the Chicken Club instead. It was delicious, though.

One of the few fast food places that allows inside dining. Ever since they allowed EBT things are a lot more inviting to the customer basis on sepulveda so very pleased with the improvements Carl's Jr has made to this dining establishment
The staff at this location are great. They really go beyond servicing their customers. I'd give 5 stars if they weren't clumsy in giving the right order to the right individual. Just a warning though, some people will try to steal your food at the counter. I've also gotten someone else's order on accident.
The deal for the Burger specials going on right now is very good. Best bet is to ask for the deals that they have. They really do feed your hungry. Fries are a bit pricey but better quality then competitors.

The workers always seem like they are forced almost to come into work. The service is almost always super slow. The drive thru takes forever. When you ask for something small to be done like getting a shake blended a little more then usual they make it such a big deal. They limit how many sauces you can get and management isnt always the best either
The staff is nice but they let people that like to look for trouble when you go eat with you're family they kick them out but they don't live is anoying but the girls that work here are awesome and polite thanks girls and for the cookers nice work.
This Carl's Jr is rarely crowded and has good service. There's always plenty of dining room space and the staff maintain a clean and presentable dining room and restrooms.
Ask for a large drink they give you a more than half a cup of ice inside. (Felt like I was at starbucks) then i ask for easy ice another day. Come to find they watered it down so much. You just never can win with these guys...
This location is just okay. The food is as to be expected basic fast food my issue is for fresh food it isn't hot enough. There are lots of homeless people in and around this location. The staff isn't overly friendly or helpful. If I am in the area and the craving hits, I will stop by here again.
Employees are clueless, I had a coupon, they couldn’t figure out how to apply it so i couldn’t use it. Then “Kesh” doubled charged me and took him a long while to figure out to to give me a refund.

Unfortunately my experience with Carl's Jr at this location was unsatisfactory. To start with, we had to wait in line for more than 10 minutes because there was only one employee behind the counter taking care of walk-ins, drive-thru, delivering food to the dining area, and making coffee. The second problem was that they overcharged me, and when I confronted them, they paid me some money but not enough to make up the overcharge. The third problem was I had asked for lettuce wrap, and one of the sandwiches came with bread; so, I had to go back and wait until they gave me the right order. The fourth problem was I asked for ranch dressing and and I was told that they only had ketchup and mustard. I think next time I may choose a different location or an entirely different restaurant.
Drive thru attitude!!! No customer service whatsoever !! They took the food back…can’t eat in an environment like that😡🤬🤬🤬
The workers that take orders or are in customer service all look like they don't want to be there and they don't have ranch. They turn off soda machines so you have to ask for them to turn then on

Terrible customer service! Asked a question about value menue and burger price the attitude that came with the reaponce told me they where just trying to get they drive through score up which I understand but that's no way to respond to your customers. Then I asked for a hot dog with no mustard. The hot dog showed on the screen but not the request for no mustard so I deleted it to her and she (NORMA) cut me of yelling "WHAT ELSE!" that's when I continued with my order asking her to tell me what comes on the hot dog and when she told me I told her she could have told me that instead of yelling at me. When we got to the window her boss Carmed defended her behavior as if its acceptable to treat their customers that way. I'm reporting store #2389. This is unacceptable.

I have one thing to say..."you better watch out!"...I got a burger from here and a couple of hours later, I got sick..when I called the manager, "Felipe"..he yelled at me and told me I have "no proof" that I got sick from their food..strange reaction from an innocent person, if you ask me. When I said I would call the health department, he yelled even louder...told me I could do whatever I wanted because this was a free country...anyway...weird reaction to a customer complaint...jus sayin'
I had to tell the drive through guy ( Obviously over worked) about condiments & missing part of my order? Then he brought me a 3/4 full open cup milk shake? I asked was is the cup not full? Why is the top open like this? Said its measured out that way? No sauce for my chicken stripes. Poor kid, not his fault. Management to blame 110%. Home watching T.V while this kid get all the verbal lashing.
Well first off the lobby hours say they close at 12am but that’s not true so into the drive thru we go. Asked for 2 super star specials and the lady at the intercom asked if we wanted cheese, so we agree to the cheese on the burgers. We get the burgers and there’s no cheese. So we paid extra for cheese she asked if we wanted and didn’t get it.
Don't ever eat here u will get sick.... Trust me.... I was there 7/1/23 and I order a famous start and when I got home the bag was dripping from the bottom... Took the burger out .. it looked like they dipped the burger in water buns and everything.... Jennifer why would u serve food like that... That so disgusting... Horrible experience ever!!! Lucky you got one star if it was up to me you would of gotten none!! Too many things happened in this visit!! First we only went there because it was a school fundraiser for my daughters school Plummer Elementary (09/20/2017) The first bad experience was they forgot one of my three small fries and approaching the what they informed me was the Store manager and basically been called a liar and gave me my small fries with attitude. I was ok no big deal pay no attention to her. Then my daughter wanted ranch so I told her to go asked for it that I'll keep an eye on her, well when my daughter came back she told me and I quote "mamma the lady gave me attitude and she even rolled her eyes." I was speechless I was don't pay attention let it go. I countinue having dinner when my mom asked me to tell her what was the total of her meal so she can give me her part, I checked my wallet when i notice they had given me the wrong change I was ok that's it. So I approached once again the store manager and informed her that I was short $10 dollars and so on and so on. She was basically calling me a liar once again!! She said she had to count the registers and I was surprise how fast she did 5 minutes to count all of them, and still had the nerve to tell me that her registers weren't over and I don't know what else!! I was I don't care I want my money, point been after arguing with her for over 15 minutes she finally gave me my money but had the worst customer Service ever!!! So "Maria" store manager from this Carl's Jr. If your reading this know that you shouldn't give any attitude to any customer especially a 10 yr old little girl!! And know the principle was informed of this whole incident and you be lucky if next year they have that event at your location!! Also don't call your customers liars!! One last thing if you don't like your job then quit!!
I just went to carls on Sepulveda and plummer This location is out of everything I ask No popper ,cristcuts fries I ask for a big Angus burger they out no ranch this is the worst experience I had

A Western Bacon gave me food poisoning on Super Bowl Sunday. Eat at your own risk...
Terrible meal at this location. Carl’s Western Bacon Cheeseburger and Chicken Sandwich were very small and less than half it’s size and no sauce of any of the sandwiches. Would NEVER eat at this location again. Plus they way over charged me. 19.76 for 4 hamburgers. Guy at the counter ripped me off.

Had to wait a little over 10 minutes just to order food in the lobby, I’ve been here multiple times and there is always only 1 person working the drive thru and front counter but I would only have to wait about 3 minutes max. I don’t know if the guy working around 12:40pm is new but he took over 3 drive thru orders before taking my order and had asked if I was helped yet even tho I’ve been standing there the whole time. I would assume that it was one of the cooks that ended up helping him out with giving out the drive thru orders but I guess wasn’t cross trained enough to take an order. I was the last person in the line and instead of clearing the line they had me wait for over 10 minutes. I suggested that maybe they should hire more people and he responded that it wasn’t his decision. I didn’t say it was his fault, I just made an observation from coming to this location.
This restaurant must be closed. It never has anything to sell. Some people come at night to buy something and it's closed. According to the 24-hour store, I know it's a franchise. This is a bad reputation for Carls Jr. Corporation.
Literally went the next day (it’s my neighborhood Carl’s Jr) and I can only assume the short blonde lady is a manager because she was wearing a blue button up polo shirt (different from the crew tees) and she had to lie to my face that that location doesn’t carry Cholula sauce when I had gotten it the day before, when I submitted a complaint the first time, and every other time before that I have eaten there. There was no reason nor gain to lie saying that they don’t carry it when I’m a consistent customer and know that they do, all she had to say was that they don’t have it that day or they ran out but to lie is unnecessary. I explained that I got it the day before and she continued saying with an attitude that they don’t carry that sauce. That type of intimidating attitude shouldn’t be presented with that type of position. It’s making me rethink where I should go to eat. Never had a problem until these two people showed up at the time that I go to eat lunch.
My experience lately has been very unhappy the new manager, (I don't know his name) always looks mad. But the new cashier Melany has really bad customer service, she's very rude and always looks upset. I asked her a question today, she looked at me with this evil stair, it look like she wanted to cursed me out. Ever since Maria the old manger left that store. It hasn't been the same. I will not be going back to that Carls Jr. It's very upsetting because that's the only Carl's Jr close to my route where I go have lunch. Now I have to find somewhere else to have lunch. Please bring back Maria
I just went to the drive thru and I ordered a 6 piece Jalapeñopopper and got like 3 pieces of the Star nuggets that been sitting there all cold I tried calling the store and got no answer and im too tired to go back to the stupid location never again and I spent 20$ and got 1 sauce for everything. Ridiculous
This place is absolutely terrible, the customer service was horrible. Nobody even answered me at the drive-through. This is been the second time I’ve given this place a try, and every single time these people don’t know how to act or take care of customers it’s becoming the normal around here now they just don’t know how to run businesses.
I came for a replacement because the night prior I ordered food here and they forgot some items. I called the number for an issue with the order and there was no answer or way to leave a message. The service was great the first night but when I showed up for the replacement they were swamped. I waited 30 minutes for my food replacement and then the person in the picture was yelling and screaming at me. She then said I'm not giving you your food anymore and I'm going to call the cops. All because I wanted a replacement for food I never received. This person pictured and the young lady there had no kindness, no customer service, and never apologized or gave me my food. I hope her picture goes viral for the lack of manners and just plain rudeness. She was a terrible and irritable person.

Just got home and witnessed my waffle fries were missing. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches one with swiss cheese and one regular and the fries. Truly a saddening day.

These people frowned at me after I asked for a barbecue after spending 40 bucks at their locations. Didn’t end there, he filled up our large drinks with ice at half cup, making the drink essentially become medium drinks. Oh and they took a long time.
I've been eating carls jr since I was a child and let me tell you I've been to many locations over 100 in Los Angeles easily. This location is by far the worst absolutely unacceptable disgusting location I've been too. First off I go in to get my food to be slowly attended to after ordering i go and wait for my food in the dining area there's this old ripped carpet on the floor cigarette stains burns on the tables and booths.everything is old and run down and smells worst than most bars with a smell of bleach and fabuloso to blast the dingy smell of the old un vacuumed carpet that should have been replaced with adequate flooring I'd say 30 years ago. So now I'm nauseous just from the scent and honestly lost appetite. While my order took almost 15 minutes to come out. I get my food and jam because there's no way I feel okay eating there inhaling that stench. Food was ordered with the extra guacamole which I payed for and it was not at all guacamole it tasted like a watered down mix up of old avocado that was clear green liquid with onions and a hint of fabuloso mixed in there. I'm never putting out bad reviews because most places are up to standards but this spot go inside have a feel of the atmosphere you be the judge.
My father and I, both ordering a famous cheeseburger. I asked for no lettuce and pickles. They threw my famous together with barely a tomato cheese on half the side and an ice cold burger. My father received a hot famous cheeseburger. When I asked Jimmy, who was running the front at Carl’s Jr., if I could get an extra tomato and my hamburger can be hot. He handed me two tomatoes and threw my hamburger in the microwave to nook it. Very disappointed it was one of the worst hamburgers I’ve ever had. This Carl’s Jr. was one of my first jobs and I was always proud of it. I have to say this Carl’s Jr. has gone way downhill and the service and food was horrible. To put my hamburger in a microwave to heat, it is unacceptable.
Very upset repeated my self 2 times no tomatoes no pickles i got a big piece of tomatoes called the store in north hills 4 times no one answered Hello So i only received a call saying sorry and that they will talk to the staff. Thats it umm ok Not even an offer to replace my burger I dont think i will be going back
Really not good at all... Pretty much what you'd expect from a Carl's Jr. The only thing going for it is that the place is relatively clean. But the service and the food doesn't make this place worth coming to, and it's been like this for years now. Also weirdos come in all the time, they can't really do much about it, but it doesn't help.
