Tried to make this not public but there was no straightforward way to contact through the site. This is the second time it's happened, can a manager or someone from corporate train people on how to mix a Sonic Blast please? Look at it, more than half of it is just straight ice cream. Also I don't know if things have changed in the last 10-15 years, but they definitely used to have whipped cream and a cherry and also both times they did neither and insisted that they use whipped cream on shakes, not Sonic Blasts. It sounds nitpicky, but if you're charging like $5 for a small then at least make it correctly and not make your customers feel like they're being scammed. This alone will keep me from spending more than $2 on anything from a Sonic again. Also there was no one else in the drive thru or anywhere else at the time of our visit, so it's not like they had a rush to deal with in making these.

Unfortunately, because I live in the area, this is the closest one to me. What I know for SURE is that their customer service is almost non existent. They are extremely rude .

**UPDATE: I've given this location so many chances but it just keeps disappointing. Unless you've got 30+ minutes to waste waiting, don't bother. I thought ordering ahead on the app would help shorten my wait time, bit it doesn't. They really need more than one person as carhop, especially around lunchtime. Time to find a new location or another fast food chain. *Update: Ordered two fountain drinks on the app and had to wait over 15 minutes after arriving to receive my drinks. There wasn't an over abundance of guests to explain such a long delay. While waiting I watched as two employees retrieved a dog in the parking lot and brought it to the front of the restaurant. Very disappointing to witness when patrons are waiting. Pressed the red button and never received a response. Someone that had just started her shift saw me waiting and asked if I needed help and I'm very grateful to her. She even had them send my daughter and I a couple cups of ice cream as an apology. Frozen lemonade is my FAVORITE! Can't beat the price for Happy Hour drinks either. Staff is nice enough and serve in an average amount of time.

11 am on Sunday only 3 cars and stilled waited 20+ mins for a chicken basket, peppers, and cheese sticks. They could not even get my drink right. No ice how hard is that. also came one day when it was raining and they refused to serve me. This place is total garbage and should not even be allowed open as a franchise.

This location is permanently closed, no idea who is allegedly confirming the business hours because it's clear from the outside there are no tables or anything inside. Wasted time and gas, real unhappy with Sonic rn.

Never received my order. This is the second time it's happened and I don't like to leave negative reviews. Unfortunately I have to escalate this now because even phone calls were unanswered and I lost money 2 times.

What is wrong with your employees? Why would you put a hot dog with toppings In a bag standing straight up so now the toppings are all over the place and everything. And then the employee was not that nice. I'm sorry you don't like your job. Go get another one if you don't like your job but I don't understand why you have to treat other people the way you do because you're miserable

I placed an order online and it was totally wrong. In addition, it took a long time for my order to be delivered even though there was no line in the drive and was only one other car waiting at a stall. I ordered a 4 count mozzarella cheese sticks, Jr breakfast burrito and a medium diet dr pepper. I didn't receive my drink. I received a small and once I drove off I realized I had received 3 orders of cheese sticks. Never will stop here again.

Probably the worst sonic I've ever ordered from. Food took almost an hour, double burgers were only one patty, the slushie was the wrong flavor and the blast was only half filled in the cup. Go to another location.

People working here didn’t seem to have a care in the world. I imagine they just poured the tots I ordered into the bag with the spoonful of grease they were fried in. The cup the tots came in had STANDING oil in the bottom. Grease all in my car and all over my clothes.

I was told to come to the front door after ordering online was not great because all the other sonics bring the food to you at the speaker box but it would not alow me to arive in the app so i go to the door and these 2 the spanish guy and the black dude in the back I was waving at them and they just ignored me when I waved to them the Spanish dude just flung his arm and ignored the black dude thought it was cute doing a little dance and also ignored me finally the lady that told me to come to the front door finally came 5 minuits later and it took them 10 minuits to make my food definitely the worst sonic I've ever been to never coming back here. again the food was not hot so it either sat there or they did not make it fresh total of 15 minuit wait before i got my food .... the adress of this location is 5195 w 34th st, houston, tx 77092

I really got a breakfast sandwich with half the sausage on it and old tater tots . The few times I’ve come in the morning the older Hispanic lady is always so rude like she doesn’t want to take my order. How would she feel if her order was like this.
