I was late to pick up my order. The guy at the Informed me that my fries have gotten stale. Instead of letting me walk away with my order. He remade fresh fries, right then and there. No questions asked. It was getting late and the fact he insisted shows me the integrity of this service. He needs a raise ASAP!

There are a lot of fast food joints around here, but this is the only place I'll make a special trip for. The burgers seem very fresh compared to the limp soggy jobs at Donald's. The crispy chicken is especially good.

Overall the service in this location was quite good, the people there were friendly and the food itself was actually quite delicious... Overall a great experience and at the end the lady at the front called me THE KING and gave me a crown 👑!!!.... She was so nice, and personally it made my day/ morning....

I have to add.. I was stuck in the parking here with a dead battery.. the manager (young female) was so nice.. she allowed the young man working behind the counter to come out and give my car a jump start. That was exceptional. Most places would not do that because of liability issues but I had been there all day with a dead cell phone (hence. The dead car battery) and I was desperate.. kudos to the management and the employees of this particular place.. it is hard to find people willing to help. I always stop here on the way back from the casino. I love this place. And charbroiled is the way to go. They probably get a lot of tourist travelers due to its locale but I would go out of my way just to come to this B.K. as opposed to a closer location just because they have been extremely nice here and their parking lot always has plenty of parking (and it's more on the private side) for those peeps who don't want to be bothered by poor souls like me stuck on the parking lot with dead batteries.

I don't normally write reviews for fast food joints but this is the best burger king 👑 I've ever been too. For some reason the food just hits here. The king chicken sandwich thing is so juicy for no reason. It's $4 dollars and honestly better than a lot of chicken sandwiches I had. But only at this location

Can take of a quick line and recently the food has been fresh. Use the app, the deals are infinitely better, you can edit the order and best of all, you won't hold up the line. Christ, people are seemingly taking finals when ordering in a busy line. I don't mean to be impatient, but it's all pretty simple. Get the app, get a family's worth of food for $5, and never have a mistake again. Anyways, people seem happy working, it's easy to park or drive thru, and it's reasonable stuff.

Food was great. but was taken back by the rude female hispanic manager. she said she could only take one coupon # through the drive thru, and wouldn’t take another in a separate order. I had to get out and take another order inside, while she hid behind the counter.

Can't expect much or have high standards with fast food/ cheap food. . If you go to this location I recommend MAKING sure your food is HOT. Other than that it's just like any other fast food joint. Average.

Most awful experience I had twice in a day, new cashier at drive thru window didnt know what she was doing, doesnt understand english or spanish, charges orders wrong and dont take care of costumers properly.

Why you still having rude people working? The Hispanic Female is most the time at nights is really rude, I was ordering my food at drive thru and she stoped talking to us like for 3-5 minutes and we did start to said Hello? Can you hear me? And she started to YELLING US like if we can’t wait. I mean if you need time just tell us and we can understand, just don’t leave me talking alone. Also isn’t the first time, if she doesn’t like her job just don WORK, sometimes we have a bad day too and we only want to eat.

Be careful they put French fries on your order without asking and play dumb when you call them on it.
