It was a cute little shop in a mall there was one worker and she was very kind and started a conversation we ordered a chocolate avalanche with no coffee and it was incredible I was hesitant about trying it so she got me a sample which was very kind I would 100% recommend

I am not a coffee drinker but the people working there are so kind and proffesional that I like to pass by every chance I get and try different drinks each time. Keep up the great attitude 👍

Bought the Snowman cookie. Decided not to get coffee. Was not too busy and the staff was quick to serve.

Standard mall coffee, better off going to Peets around the corner.

I really like the drinks here, which is why I am sad that they turned me away at 6:45p when they close at 7p. Traffic is rough and gas is ‘spensive. Show a brother some love and make a couple more drinks for me n wifey… nahh they wanna get outta there. Come earlier!

I hate to leave a bad review for a small business but hours are incorrect closed Sunday

This place never really had it going on. I have been going in here for years and years, and it was always the same, old tired people watching the money in your wallet and never looking in your eyes trying to make a connection. Matter of fact, they try to minimize the contact they make with you in order to shuffle your through the register. This is the way of yesternomics, and anyone cogent will not disagree. I know our culture over celebrates underachievement, but people deserve the truth in a truth starved society, even if only for the fact they just once don't want to be lied to. I would have given this place one star had it not been for the corporate standards Gloria Jeans franchisees must comply with. But the people that have been here the longest are simply "retail exhausted" and the minimum in customer service interactions they can provide to get to your money and get to the next nickel and dime they do. It's as if the old 'you'll take what we give you' standard of business culture were present, and these people never chose to step into the future in just about any way. Wish I could say better, but I don't want to lie to you. You will get a decent cup of coffee here, and even a blended drink, but don't expect to be seen as anything other than money for their small, retail register. The LC

I have great memories of this place in the days of social smiley baristas for my mood dependent choice of a latte or a mocha. It was a great way to start my day back then. Now... with the mall barrening up, this place has fallen victim to the changes for the worse: prices are higher and the staff is more talking amongst each other.
