Extreme Pizza absolutely knocked it out of the park for us! Not only was the food delicious, but the customer service was next-level amazing. Huge shoutout to the manager, Scott, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. My boyfriend’s son wasn’t a fan of the wings he ordered, and without hesitation, Scott happily swapped them out for free—no fuss, just genuine care and kindness. On top of that, there was a small mix-up with our order (we had ordered the Zip Line Swirls and got breadsticks instead), and they didn’t just fix it—they hooked us up by letting us keep an order of breadsticks as well. Total win! It’s rare these days to find a place that not only serves great food but also treats customers with this level of generosity and respect. The vibes were positive, the staff was friendly, and Scott truly made our night. We’ll definitely be back and recommending Extreme Pizza to everyone we know. This is how customer service should be done! 🍕🔥👏

Hands down our FAVORITE Pizza place! The crust is a mixture of soft and crispy, perfect! The over the top toppings, are loaded. We only purchase from the Novato, CA location for the past 10 years. The service is outstanding. Never had any problems. Their sandwiches, salads and pizzas are delicious. We love all the specialized pizzas and you can have it your way as well. Right now we are hooked on the Poultrygeist pizza, Mammoth pizza, Railroad Grade pizza and the Paia Pie. You can't go wrong with any one of them.

The screaming tomato pizza here is delicious and the staff is always really nice. I normally prefer thick crust but theirs is more on the thin side and I don't even care. I drive all the way across town past a bunch of other pizza places to get here. They sell pizza by the slice so it's great for people that want different things or people like me that are coming from out of town and have no way to store leftovers. A "slice" is pretty big so it comes cut in half and is like 2 slices of a large pizza. They do offer whole pizzas too if that's your preference. I usually dine in here and it doesn't take too long to get my food. When I've ordered to-go my food was ready when promised and when I'm dining in I regularly see people picking up orders and it seems like their food is ready when they arrive so it seems like they're consistent with reasonable wait times.

PAIA PIE 🍕 did not disappoint! Yum! 😋 nice crew and Shep, the owner is fantastic. Celebrated a big milestone for years in operation too. Hoping to grab their lunch deal in the future, such great options if you are either looking for a big or small lunch order. Much more than just pizza. They are equipped to cater and do big orders too (and even, last minute!).

They did not disappoint with the Pandora's Box pizza... my husband and I went there twice in a single weekend. The 1st time we got half & half, the 2nd time I got my own pizza

This place is so delicious it knocks my socks off everytime! As someone with dietary restrictions it can be hard finding options. The owner here works tirelessly to ensure that there are multiple options for anyone for anything they may need. Knowledgeable and sweet and you can bet I'll be back every chance I get!

I just happened to see the store when I was shopping nearby, and decided to google whether they had vegan options. Sure enough, they have a ton of veg pizzas! Signed up for the app and ordered in my car, pizza was ready in 20 mins exactly as they said it would be. The staff was incredibly helpful and told me virtually anything there could be veganized! They even carry veg chick’n nuggets that can be added to any pizza or salad. The vibe was just fantastic, it was such a pleasant surprise. I am a customer for LIFE!

This Extreme Pozza is the best. The owner & employees are always friendly, the pizza is amazing (somehow better than all other extreme pizza locations I’ve had IMO). They even have a locally made hot sauce in many different flavors to add spice to your pizza. Check them out if you’re in the area!

Not every Extreme is made the same. This location is wonderful and the staff very friendly. Previous history with extreme wasn’t great but so glad I gave this location a shot.

The only place in town that my picky husband and I can get one pizza that satisfies both of our taste buds! They will easily do half and half pizzas even with their specialty pizzas and customize to your preference! I feel like they pay extra attention to detail and use quality ingredients. The Ghost Wave pizza is a personal favorite, with the Yard Sale pizza(substitute tangy ranch for the red sauce…you’re welcome) a close second. The salads are also very good and fresh ingredients!

Scott made my first time experience at extreme pizza AMAZING!! Scott's passion at customer service, knowledge of the menu selections were outstanding!!! I couldn't decide, Scott recommended one of his favorites, " up the creek " I couldn't resist an it was Great!!!! I'm from Southern California and extreme pizza is definitely a stop when traveling up North, because of Scott!! The pizzas yummy too!!

I don't eat a lot of pizza, but when the mood strikes, Extreme pizza is the only place I go. The specialty pizzas are fantastic. By far, The Shredder is one of the most delicious pies I've ever had. Top notch!
