Be careful if you're using your app and make an order that it does not default to your home Carl's. The manager helped us make an order but didn't check which restaurant the order was being prepared for. After we made the order I realized that the manager had not checked the location of the restaurant and it was ordered for our home restaurant 4 hours away. We tried to cancel the order but the app was not working after several tries. I asked her what we should do and she suggested I call my hometown restaurant in Canyon Country, California. I called the hometown restaurant and they refused to help. That manager refused to cancel my order. She told me I had to call "them" without specifying who "them" was. Then she hung up on me before the issue was resolved. My card was charged. Using the app I wrote to Carl's headquarters and explained the situation. Within a couple of days they refunded my order and apologized for the poor performance and behavior of the manager in Canyon Country.

Unexpected surprise! Wanted a quick bite to eat before heading to Yosemite. Cashier was friendly and brought our food to our table. Burger and chicken fingers were hot and as good as you can expect for fast food. Building was a bit old so need renovation. But food and service Deserve a solid 5 star rating.

Nice burgers and fries. Clean facility and bathrooms... kids play area a good bonus.

Tried their beyond burger, it was served incredibly fast and was surprisingly tasty, service was good and experience was overall good as well

Best Carl's Junior I've ever been! They did not asked if we wanted the 1/2 lb burgers or the smaller ones (which we thought they would ask us otherwise they would set the smaller ones as default). Nevertheless, service was good and burgers were very good! Also, we had to wait to get our burgers, which is great since that means they were making them on the way and not only heating them as other places do.

Great customer service! There were two young guys working the front. It was the busiest time of the evening, the last hour before closing the dining area. The two guys were taking orders from the drive-thru, helping customers at the front counter, filling orders, calling order numbers and doing it all with efficiency, patience, courtesy, and a smile. Great service! ⭐ What could have earned better ratings: FOOD- our burgers were not prepared the way we had asked; it was right on the receipt. One person had allergies to onions which we'd asked for none; and another had jalapenos which we did not ask for. Management- the door hours displayed dining room was open til 1200 AM. The doors, once locked, after closing time, wouldn't close properly when guests exited. This caused the young guys working the front to step away from tending to guests in order to keep shutting the front door. Thank you to ALL in customer service positions. 🙏🏽👍🏽❤️

I want to say, the two person-skeleton crew, were on top of it all handling the drive thru and the dine in customers. What I was not pleased with was the quality of the classic chicken sandwich. The chicken was hot but the texture was rubbery, plastic. It was for sure Not Natural chicken. I was disappointed. The fries were super hot but nothing spectacular on flavor. Meh

The chicken was hot but the texture was rubbery, plastic. It was for sure Not Natural chicken. I was disappointed. The fries were super hot but nothing spectacular on flavor. Meh

I get home, which I live less than 2 miles from this establishment... my girlfriend opened her order of chicken strips, which looked like they had been reheated and burnt and practically unedible... and the fries cold and nasty... this is unacceptable for a food chain of this caliber... be better Oakhurst carls jr!

I ordered the Barbeque Grilled Chicken sandwich and it was so salty that I could not eat it. I took it up to the assistant manager and let her know. There was no offer to replace it or reimburse my order. To me that is poor customer service. Food is so expense today I would have expected better.

I wanted to buy the Buy 1 Get 1 for $1 for the Single Big Carl, but the staff only allowed us to get the offer if we bought the Double and we paid the $1 for the Single. It was not as advertised on the TV and the window banner. When we asked about the offer, the staff answered it in the super unfriendly manner. No smiles, no greetings, etc. at all. I had to wait for a few minutes before they greeted me even there was no one in the store. Worst fast food experience so far.
