Jeff and his staff have been supplying all my bagel needs for 20 years! I wouldn't think to go anywhere else in Queens for my bagels. Google is asking for an update. Nothing has changed! (Over 25 years now!) They also do egg sandwiches!

The bagel-place of my childhood. Unsurpassed by anything in Manhattan, and pretty much my favorite bagels in the whole city, including Nassau County! Nice folks, to be sure, and the bagels - crisp and dense and chewy - they’re the tops!

Delicious breakfast options. I love these bagels. So good. The coffee is delicious too. Parking stinks though, prepare to walk awhile to get there or bring someone to drive around while you run in.

Local owned and ran, top of the line, Genuine NYC bagels. Never a day I walk in there and dont smile once! Awesome customer service, and like any place I have a favorite! (Usually early mornings, Hint Hint) cream cheese is the best and they dont skimp on it! Defiantley get your moneys worth.

I like to come here before work since they open so early. The bagels are fresh and delicious and the service is always friendly.

Bagels were very good. Very pleased with the taste and texture. Usually goto utopia bagels but this is equally as good and no crazy lines!! Staff was very pleasant too.

This shop has been here since at least the late 50s (with of course several different owners) all baking done on premises the old fashioned way. great bagels and jeff (the owner) is a good guy.

Many regulars come here to grab their breakfast before catching the bus to work. And the service is relatively quick and prices are affordable. I’d love to come here and try their other selection.

This place has some very good deals on bagels and I decided to give it a try. Ordered an everything bagel toasted with lox spread. I must say the clerk behind the counter slapped on a good amount of spread and the salt in the everything bagel gave a nice salty flavor for each bite.

Our family had been buying begals from them for 16 years,once every week Yes! And their quality is always very fresh and delicious, no matter which begal you choose,you will not get disappointed, I used to go with my children when they were young but now they go there by themselves, it become family tradition lol. Pizza begal comes out really great on this begal. Try it you will love it.

I live in the neighborhood so I come quite often. Bagels have never disappointed, cream cheese is good too, although sometimes I do get skimped a bit..and other times it’s perfect. Never have had too much though. Egg salad is good. My only gripe is I wish that I didn’t have to wait in the super long line for pickup orders. I’m not sure what would happen if I tried to skip ahead and quite frankly I don’t feel like trying and then getting the public stinkeye, so on days when I’m in a rush I can’t rely on being able to pickup my breakfast fast if there’s a long line. I only come if I have more time to spare waiting.

I had a wonderful experience. There was a short line of customers ahead of me, but they worked really fast and got the job done. Not only did the team of 2 work quickly, but my order was correct and was delicious. I ordered an Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese and Lox.

Order two dozen bagels... no free Bagel??! Or No free cofee? I won't be back there's better but the bagels are good I recommend the honey wheat

This storefront bagel shop has been around as long as I can remember, and clearly they're doing something right. I've had coworkers swear that these are best bagels they've ever eaten, and that's high praise from a bunch of cynical New Yorkers. This is not a place to sit down and chat over a cup of coffee, but if you're looking to get bagels for co-workers, for a weekend brunch, or just for breakfast, you can't do any better.

This store is within walking distance of my apartment and is one of my favorites anywhere. Bagels are always fresh and delicious with a wide variety available. Service is always quick and friendly. Prices are good.

I walked in this morning to grab bagels and not a single person waiting was wearing a mask in that tiny, crowded shop so I walked back out. I don’t need a dozen bagels with a side of covid, thanks. Way to enforce those mask mandates!

Older gentleman behind the counter have a very nasty attitude. Not sure if he's the owner or just an employee. He needs to change his attitude toward his customers. If it wasn't for the tasty bagles I would give no star rating.

All young kids who know nothing about anything , terrible service. One day you get alot of cream cheese next day you get nothing but price stays the same .Really gone down hill with the young group I'm done ,no more Saturday bagels and Lox , utopia I'm back

Absolutely awful! The wait is so long. The eggs taste old! The bacon has an awful grease taste like it's been sitting all day. It's overpriced and just awful 😖

There’s nothing more aggravating than having your order messed up and with missing items. I walked in and asked for 3 eggs scrambled with cheese on a croissant. I order from here all the time. This isn’t the amount of 3 eggs. There’s also no cheese. Was charged $6 for this. The Hispanic lady at the counter was so rude. Walked away from me while ordering so I guess that’s why the cheese was missing. The place was empty. It was not loud. So there is no reason to be messing up a sandwich. I saw a bunch of reviews saying this place has gone bad and I completely agree.

I hope the charge was actually voided so I don’t have to return. I will not be spending my hard earned money at the Bagel Shoppe! I will be going to Utopia Bagels in the future.
