The young lady was extremely friendly and personable. I had to keep running to the car because my husband had questions ( he is wheelchair bound). This young lady came to the car and answered all of his questions and even took his order and I finished my order inside. When the order was ready she brought it out to our car. Excellent service I will return

Best Burgers in Oakland. I've been coming here for over 30 years and not once have I ever had a bad or negative experience. Food is always on point, always freshly made, and done in a timely manner.

We got the golden melt and chili bowl. It was pretty damn good, exceeding our expectations. Definitely stopping by again after the zoo.

New Ownership does not subtract food flavor which to my taste buds are (still) in good standing with what I was used to growing up in this area with a lil' som'thin' Fresh thrown in ✨👌🏿 Just yesterday Sunday I ordered a Cheese steak, that was No Mistake 👍🏿 My Sandwich was (is) a Winner 🏆💪🏽

For years I have been coming to Ben's Burgers, I always thoroughly enjoy my double bacon cheese with fries. To be frank, their menu is delicious, and the inclusion of a few Japanese food items makes it even more appealing.

The milkshake was one of the best I've had. The burger tasted great and the fries were fries. I will try the chilli cheese fries next time and I'm going to get the cookies and cream milkshake every time I go if it's always that good. My next trip will be for a double cheese burger with bacon though. The cheese burger with bacon was really good by itself. All in all, I'm contemplating making it a regular stop for atleast the milkshake and maybe burger if I'm coming from south bay on my way home from work from now on.

Ordered a chili dog a little bit ago, and it was DELICIOUS!! At first I thought it was a bit too much cheese, but it was 👌 and I gobbled it up with a quickness. Very clean, pleasant and good service. Am very happy I took the chance. Oh, good prices too!!

I always get their mango smoothie!! It is made fresh and it's so creamy and thick!! I got the large size, and the price isn't too bad!! My stomach was happy 😊

Food is tasty and filling. Different than it used to be - no booths, no arcade games, no ice cream - but it's a reasonable price for something better than fast food, and they have good milkshakes too. (And breakfast burritos). I like the tuna melt and the onion rings.

Staff is very nice. Food is really good but the milkshakes is where it's at. Parking is convenient and wait time is not long. Might wanna tell em to make your fries crispy though cause they are usually under cooked. Besides that the place is great.

It was a fresh, well put together cheeseburger, not big and heavy, greasy, or sloppy like other burgers out there. I didn't feel guilty about eating this. It came with fries included. The fries were nice and hot. Wait time was a bit longer than expected, but the end result was a delicious meal. The restaurant and kitchen appeared to be very clean. Staff was friendly and kept me updated on how much longer the wait would be.

I ate their chicken burger, and I was surprised that it was deep fried chicken. Still tasted good regardless. The fries was piping hot and crispy. They have asian dishes such as ramen, which is kind of odd for a burger joint.

Name on the receipt is different from the name on the sign, there's just a very weird vibe here. It's also dirty with trash everywhere. If they had good food you could overlook the lack of ambiance, but the mediocre food coupled with a run down overall feeling means I'm not coming back and I'm moving on in my search for a good burger in Oakland. Ben's is dirty, cheap, very poor value and overrated.
