The only downside is that they close a bit early, just before sunset, which can be a bummer if you're hoping to relax and watch the sun go down. Still, it's a lovely place to visit during the day and take in the beach vibes.

Perry’s is such a great beach bar! Only place in Venice & Santa Monica you can actually lounge on the beach 😎 The outdoor bar has delicious margaritas & painkillers, a must-try for a relaxing ambiance!

Perry's Café & Beach Rentals on 2400 Santa Monica is a prime beachfront spot that offers an impressive view. The highlight of my visit was definitely the mahi tacos, which were absolutely delicious. The blend of flavors and fresh ingredients in the tacos was a delightful surprise. However, I must admit that the waiting time was a bit longer than expected, clocking in at around 15 minutes. While the ocean view and ambiance made the wait more bearable, it's worth noting for those looking for a quick meal. On the downside, the prices seemed a bit steep considering the quality of ingredients used in the dishes. While the location and beachside experience play a role in the pricing, it would have been more satisfying if the food justified the cost. In terms of atmosphere, Perry's Café provides a relaxed and casual beach vibe, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy the sea breeze. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant experience. In conclusion, Perry's Café & Beach Rentals is a lovely place to enjoy some tasty mahi tacos while taking in the stunning beachfront scenery. Despite the slightly long wait and the relatively high prices for the food, the overall ambiance and flavors make it a worthwhile visit for a beachside dining experience.

Nice Lil spot to chill and grab a beer. The food is always good and they have A ton of tables and umbrellas here at this one to hang out. You have to drink any alcohol in the premises of Perry's but it's nice to hang here for a bit and cool down.

Went with my husband today and it was the best beach day we've had. It was so relaxing and we didn't have to worry about a thing because Stephen took care of everything! Thank you Stephen for the great service! You were very nice, informative, great! We will definitely come back!

I was in town alone and thought the beach butler service sounded fun. I didn’t book ahead since I wasn’t sure when I’d arrive. When I asked about it at the bike rental area, the girl there was super rude and said it needed 24 hours’ notice — even though the website doesn’t mention that. I called the number listed and spoke with a nice woman who came out to help and made it happen within 30–45 minutes. My butler was great, and I appreciated that the manager accommodated me. Probably not worth the $85 since alcohol isn’t allowed on the beach (my bad for not knowing), but the real issue is that an employee was turning business away. Visit was Sunday 10/05...

Only stopped for a beer and coffee whilst walking to Venice beach along the promenade. Service was slow but not the fault of staff as was alone and busy with orders. Coffee was lovely whilst sat overlooking the white sands and promenade in the hot californian sun.

Expect to pay around $20 per meal. Tried the fish tacos, pretty decent. I feel like this place isn't so much for the food but the atmosphere as it gives a resort feel being able to dine with your toes in the sand & a nice view of the bike trail/beach

Rentals of bikes and beach umbrellas etc 8$ per hour (quite steep) They have a sign that says “be patient this is not fast food” - staff are great, but could do with more than one server as did find a bit of a queue, even just to grab an ice cream. Otherwise a little loud for my liking but depends on your vibe

Great atmosphere, great unobtrusive music, the worst coffee we've ever had in the city. We didn't eat the food, maybe their food is edible.

Food was gross, only took about three bites except for the fruit cup. Service wasn't good, there was a lot of people who had finished eating but stayed with made us have to eat in the rain. Would not recommend 😕
