Used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but last couple times I've been in there, the food's not that great. It's slow service, polite people, just not what it used to be.

So sad .. Arby's do better by your people.... I pulled up to the drive-thru to order and after about 5 minutes the poor employee told me over their radio that it was going to be about a 30 minute wait because there were only two of them working. She apologized profusely but I went ahead and just told her that I would go somewhere else because I didn't want to add to their grief.... I've worked in fast food in my life and know how demanding it can be. But for there only to be two employees in the store,still trying to catch up is absolutely ridiculous.They should have closed early. You're lucky you can keep anybody with that kind of treatment. Do better.

Drove up to the drive through to place an order. They advised me it would be 20 minutes to wait for my order. I didn’t want to wait and left. A week later I pulled up again and they said please wait. There was no one in front of me and only one vehicle in the parking lot. I waited for almost 10 minutes and decided to leave. As I was driving off I noticed one worker setting at a table eating and watched me drive by. The workers don’t care if they serve the customers but only serve themselves. We will never go back.

Arby's you probably need to hire more employees instead of only having 3 working Sunday evening August 31st.. how is it i make a pick up order email said it would be ready by a certain time mind you i rarely see it get busy there and it wasn't busy but one car ahead of me anyway I get there to pick my order up to be told to pull up to door that my order wasn't ready there waiting on the side waited a extra 20 min for my food and my frys are cold yall could really do better idk if it's cause your employees are goofing around or just dnt care or you need some fast paced workers

The roast beef was brown and smelled old. The curly fries were greasy and cold like they had been cooked for hours. We had to throw away two large curly fries, two roast beef, and two roast beef and cheddar. We were afraid to eat it.

Went there again and still sat in drive thru 5 min and no one answered so I went inside and they just smirked at me I said is serve l drive thru not working then I ordered 5pc jalapeño poppers and she takes one out and only gives me 4 smh. Like what's going on with this location. Guess I'll stop going to Arby's in Odessa smh. Already spoke to someone and it's still going bad yet you have a sign on the counter that says give a good review get a free item. How can you give things away when u can't even do things right. Smh being a store manager myself this is disrespectful to the company hopefully they fix it ASAP

I love Arby's but this one sucks.service is super slow.workers don't care. I waited 30 minutes for food. I was only one there employees were just playing around.and I had ordered ahead of time online. I suggest you go elsewhere

Personal taking our order was rude. Not one employee smiled. When I said Thank you, they said mmm hmmm. No eye contact at all. Seemed bothered to have customers. Food was subpar. Chicken strips dry, classic beef and cheddar and French fries cold. With staff attitude dared not ask for fresh food.

I couldn't get very good service. I ended up leaving before actually placing my order. I waited 5 minutes at the screen without a response, a please wait, hold please. Nothing. I do not recommend going to this Arby's in Odessa Texas. It's the worse.

I bought two meals from there today at night time and I do not Repeat do not recommend grabbing food through the drive thru. The food I got was made half ass. Fries tasted like they been sitting out.Chicken tenders tasted too dry. Both of our sandwich meals did not even have all the ingredients as displayed on menu. I feel really ripped off for the price I paid and food that was given to me. Place is absolutely terrible and I should’ve read the comments before I showed up.

This place is so bad! The food is great, but the workers have literally no comprehension skills at all. You would think this is the hardest job of all time. And I’m not even trying to get mad at them because they work at a place that they probably don’t want to. Which is understandable. But I come here all the time for lunch and this has to be my last time. Their food is so good but it’s insane that they can’t ever get an order right. And I hardly ever see the same person even though I come all the time. So the turnover rate must be super high.

Ordered a chicken sandwich today and after eating over half of it i realized it was RAW there were pieces that were still cold. Do not recommend eating here unless you want to potentially get SALMONELLA!
