Convenient location in the mall. A great place to grab dinner before watching a good movie with friends! They have a discount on burgers on Thursdays! I had this delicious dish with rice, beef, and peppers. A one-pot meal at a fair price! Don't expect a 4-star restaurant; this is a steakhouse, not a farmstay. I read too many comments from people who expect to have a lot but with affordable prices. They obviously live in a wonderland. Friendly and polite staff. The wait was a bit long for the food, but all was well! Dogs are welcome! 😁

We arrived at 9:00 PM. As has happened several times before, we were ignored while at 9:20 PM they were taking orders from people who arrived after us. The order was taken only at 9:25 PM, drinks at 9:31 PM, and dishes at 9:42 PM. My girlfriend's fries never arrived, not even at the end of the meal. Excellent food, but chronically poor organization: long waits, forgotten orders, and chaotic dining room management that ruined the experience.

Barbecue dinner for two. Chicken sent back to the kitchen... inedible. Service, what can I say? They couldn't even bring bread to the table after asking twice. The excuse was that it was too crowded. I counted them, and there were 18 people. The only positive note was that at least they acknowledged the situation and discounted the final price. However, there's a lot to be improved.

Saturday 10 May in the evening. We chose this place for a quick dinner before the cinema, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, my partner asked about the presence of lactose in the sandwiches. The response I received was surprisingly off topic: “We have gluten-free rolls.” Next, he requested a simple hamburger and bacon sandwich, but we were not very politely informed that the kitchen would not accept modifications. The employee then exclaimed: "Okay, I'll be back later", walking away. Meanwhile, we saw her turn to her colleagues, apparently mocking us for our request. He clearly didn't understand what his role was within the restaurant. When ordering, I chose a 7-piece portion of spicy fried chicken. Given the listlessness of this person, I was served a portion of 4 pieces. Upon my report, the same employee admitted that she had incorrectly selected the item on the menu. The rest of the staff, young and generally courteous, were unable to compensate for the unprofessional attitude of the aforementioned employee, who was wearing the Billy Tacos uniform. It is surprising that the only adult in the room was the one who exhibited the least professional behavior. They have to thank that they have a cinema nearby, I will never go there again.

Unfortunately, there's been a dramatic decline in the quality of the food. We used to go there all the time, especially with kids, but in recent years it's gotten worse and worse, to the point where we've decided not to go anymore. The basic lunch menu costs €10. The burger is embarrassing: tiny, with no toppings other than a thin slice of cheese. It's small and thin, and they even had the brilliant idea of ​​removing fries from the lunch menu. So, basically, a sandwich that's well below McDonald's with a small Coke costs €10. I strongly advise against the lunch menu. If you want a decent sandwich, you should choose the higher-end ones, which, including sides, drink, cover charge, and service, come to almost €20 per person for a burger. Do the math. The service is almost always impeccable, very accommodating, and they fully understand customer complaints, but the quality of the ingredients and the food has gone downhill. Crazy choices. Never again.
