Excellent! I often order takeaway (this must have been the 4th or 5th time). And everything always arrives quickly. The panuozzi are incredible and the pizza is special. Tasty and very digestible. Once they forgot a Coke Zero, and the next time they added an extra one for free. I didn't take it because it wasn't necessary, but it's a truly professional gesture. ;) Keep up the good work!
Adriano is a very kind person, and the atmosphere you feel when you enter the pizzeria is authentic, making you feel at ease. We've had lunch and dinner there several times, and the pizzas are always delicious. The home delivery service is also excellent, where you can pay directly with their POS, without ordering through another site, but by calling them personally. See you next time! Good pizza made with fresh ingredients. Traditional and specialty pizzas with thick crusts. A friendly Neapolitan atmosphere. Takeout service, but there are also a few tables for lunch and dinner. Fair prices.
Courtesy, kindness, professionalism, and above all, the pizzas are very good. I usually get the brick pizza every Saturday, but my family tries the menu a bit. The quality of the ingredients is very good, which makes the pizza just as good. Good prices, friendly atmosphere! Must try!
Let's start by saying... finally, an excellent Neapolitan pizza in Como! With friends, we ate both the fried calzones and the pizza. Quality ingredients and a family atmosphere. Adriano and Nicola are very friendly, and they patiently try to accommodate even the most demanding customers. Excellent prices.
Very good and fresh making pizza , he has a very good taste … very good people … we enjoyed his company —- tasty pizza —- please everyone go and try his pizza ….. thanks
I would give 10 starts to this place if I could, not only their pizza was amazingly fresh and tasty, the service was also amazing, mind you they didn't speak English at all but they did everything they could to understand us, all lovely people. this was not only one of the best pizzas I've ever had, this was also a nice experience.
Well located (in Olgiate Comasco) on the main Como-Varese road. Good place, extensive pizza menu. What I've tried so far is quite good. I'll gladly return. The place harks back to its Campanian origins, in memory of Prince Totò "misery and nobility." Wait times are perhaps ten minutes longer than the agreed-upon time. But I think that's normal. Overall, good. I'll return. Recommended! Continuing the review another evening, another try: telephone order, expected delivery time 9:00 PM, delivered 9:25 PM, which is fine. The problem is that the pizza was cold. Tip: DO NOT order too many deliveries at the same time. Probably the last or second-to-last one will arrive too cold, and the humidity produced by the heat makes it "rubbery." Third try. Very good. Picked up (me) from them.
2 people. We order 2 pizzas. We pay for 2 cuperte. All good so far. And then he charges us 3 pizzas !!! When we ask why, he has a made-up explanation. Only go there if you like being scammed ! He'll probably reply to this review with his unpleasant tone like he does on other reviews. Edit : following the reply below which makes no sense, let me add that the veggie calzone is in my stomach. The ricotta & spinach pizza is in my partner's stomach. The scam is with the prosciutto pizza, which we never ordered but he forced us to pay.. Obviously, we are both vegetarian !!!
Buona fino a qualche anno fa’ Quando si poteva chiamare pizza Napoletana Adesso sotto la media!! Cornicione basso e ingredienti di media qualità. Più miseria che nobiltà!
Rudeness, arrogance, and zero respect for the customer. I strongly advise against this pizzeria. Saturday evening, 8:30 PM: I called several pizzerias to avoid late deliveries. This pizzeria confirmed with certainty that they would deliver by 9 PM. At 9:13 PM, I called back for information and was told that "the delivery driver just left." Since I live in the same town, just minutes from the pizzeria, I figured it wasn't a big deal. Result: the pizza arrived at 9:45 PM, by which time I'd already had to make do with a plate of pasta. The worst part came later: the owner called me back in an arrogant and rude tone, claiming to be right and accusing me of having sent the pizzas back wrong. He justified the delay with statements like "the guys have a lot of work and can't run around or get hurt." Great, but if I'd been told right away that delivery would be almost 10 PM, I never would have ordered. The problem isn't the work, but the complete lack of honesty and communication, coupled with a decidedly unprofessional attitude.
The experience got worse and worse. The first two times went really well, so much so that we were excited to order from them. Then they started getting the orders wrong, delivering them half right and half wrong, and the delivery guy shrugged his shoulders when I asked for an explanation and replied arrogantly, "Hey, I don't know what to tell you. It happens!" We tried ordering again this evening, and an hour after placing the order, 20 minutes after the expected arrival time, and now 15 minutes before closing time, I got a call from the girl telling me, "Unfortunately, they can't make pizzas because they've run out of dough." A little suspicious to remember this 15 minutes before closing time and a full hour after placing the order! Never again, total disappointment.
Total disappointment. As Neapolitan pizza lovers, seeing the photos in the reviews convinced us to order two takeout pizzas... we couldn't have made a more wrong choice. The delivery guy arrived over half an hour late and without even apologizing. But the real problem is the quality: I expected a pizza like the ones in the photos posted on their profile... and this is what we got instead. I don't think I need to add anything else. Unfortunately, for us, never again. P.S.: Sincere advice: remove "great punctuality" from the flyer.
Home delivery orders are always late. They start at 20 minutes and reach the highest point today, a full hour late for a pizza. When it arrived, the pizza was half-raw, cold, with prosciutto as thick as a steak, making me sick just looking at it. Truly awful. I called after a half-hour delay and was told it had just left for delivery. The fact is, that wasn't the case, as another good half-hour passed. No excuses. All in all, a €3 delivery charge. Never again.
We called at 7:00 PM to have two pizzas delivered, and they gave us a delivery time of 8:00 PM. At 8:30 PM, we called again to find out what happened to our pizzas. They answered within 5 minutes, and they arrived. Bottom line... more than 45 minutes late, and obviously, the pizzas were cold! Absolutely not to be repeated!
I ordered a pizza from Miseria e Nobiltà, drawn by the name, which harks back to Neapolitan tradition, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to expectations. The pizza was far from a true Neapolitan, both in terms of dough and cooking. Furthermore, upon delivery, we encountered a delay of over 25 minutes compared to the scheduled time, without any communication. Too bad.
The photo speaks for itself. The quality of the ingredients was extremely low, the dough decent... The pizza was small, really small. This is because the pizza has to be picked up by hand and carried on the peel, not directly with the peel, otherwise the dough would shrink. The oven was at a very low temperature, which caused the crust to be hard on the outside, like a loaf. In short, the only thing Neapolitan about it was the name. Not to mention the wait... it was just us, and we had 25 minutes for two pizzas. ANSWER First of all, yesterday was 9:30 PM and he had one large pizza in the oven. I'm a professional. Forget about social media. The ingredients were low-quality because the pre-sliced mozzarella in the packages is low-quality. The tomato sauce was acidic. I've also made 386 pizzas, excluding takeout, and if a small or poorly made pizza came out, the customer has to remake it because it's their fault. But from your answers, as with other customers, I think the mistake was made by the customer who showed up at your pizzeria thinking the pizza was Neapolitan. Don't worry too much, people these days aren't stupid and they can make a mistake once, but the next time they don't come back, and it certainly won't give you good publicity. GOOD EVENING
