Lady at the front was super nice and the food is so bomb 😝😝😝😝
Been here a few times and have really enjoyed the food. I'm glad I work down the street and it's easy to park, order, and go. The ladies that work the counter are really nice. The place is quite small with a few tables. But everything seemed clean. I've always gotten food to-go, and never stayed to eat. Pad see ew - Amazing. If you like the wide, flat, stir fried noodles, I highly recommend this. I've had this with the beef and shrimp, and it was very good both times. (4.5 stars)
I enjoyed the Pad Thai on my first visit so much that I returned another time and tried the Tom Kha Kai Soup. The Soup was up there with the best I have ever had and I eat a lot of Thai. The pad Thai was very flavorful with just enough sweet and sticky sauce. The Tom Kha Kai wasn't too sour but it had enough kick for anyone. It was also pretty well packed with mushrooms, chicken, and herbs. There is definitely enough soup and ingredients packed in it to make a meal. The staff are also really sweet and friendly so I Highly recommend this spot.
I had pineapple rice which had a great subtle flavor... Mild yet very flavorful! The lady at the cash counter was very nice and cooperative. I accidentally ordered my rice with meat in it. She was kind enough to replace it with a happy face.
I love this place. I used to come here every day when I worked close by. Phone orders are normally ready in 15 minutes. I love their fried shrimps and of course all their other dishes. The service is always superb and the restaurant clean. It's small so it could get busy during lunch and dinner.
Today for our daughters birthday we had lunch at Ontar. This was our first time eating at Ontar and wow what an awesome experience. The restaurant is a little small but the staff is extremely nice and the food is amazing. All our dishes were served hot and everything we ordered was fresh and tasted great. I highly recommend this restaurant. I can't wait to go back. Thanks Ontar!!
My husband and I have frequented this excellent Turkish restaurant many times. There is valet parking at dinner time. Staff is very attentive and friendly. They serve alcohol. Our favorite dishes are the Shepherd Salad, hummus, grape leaves with pine nuts and the okra and lamb dish. The bread served is warm and delicious.
Not the fanciest establishment, but the food more than makes up for it. The seafood fried rice was immaculate. Beef jerky and wontons were great too. Thai coffee with boba was decent, albeit a little on the sweet side. Guess it's always the modest places that have the best tasting food.
Been here twice. Ordered yellow curry, pad thai, beef jerky and egg rolls at one point or another and the food is always excellent. Prices are good too. Highly recommend. Will continue to keep eating here.
Great food. Chicken curry and fried rice was very good.
The food here is amazing! Great value and the service is very very good. The waitress even gave us extra tea and a to-go cup unprompted! Very large portions and quality food. Also amazing hot sauces. Would eat here again for sure
One word… DELICIOUS! It’s like eating home cooked meals even if you’re not Thai…
The food here is AMAZING!!! I got the seafood fried rice and it was the best Thai dish I've ever had! The crab in it just melts in your mouth! So so good. My wife got the pad Thai and she loved it! Awesome portions too!
Highly recommend! Fantastic food, great service, and good prices. I will be going back!
Ontario Thai Restaurant is a hidden gem that brings the bold flavors of Thailand to Ontario. Their Tom Yum Goong is a masterpiece—zesty lime, aromatic spices, and succulent shrimp create a perfect balance of heat and freshness. Each spoonful is a vibrant, comforting experience that keeps you coming back for more. A must-try for Thai cuisine lovers!
Great service! 🌟 As I enjoyed my meal, I noticed several returning customers, and our server remembered them, their orders, and greeted them so warmly. I’m sure her hospitality is part of the reason they keep coming back. 💕 I ordered the vegetable yellow curry with rice 🍛—the flavor was delicious! The potatoes were a bit overcooked for my taste, but overall it was a great dish. The Thai tea was nice and sweet 🍵. The restaurant also has cute little decorative touches ✨, making it a cozy spot to enjoy some good food. Highly recommend! 👍
This spot truly impressed me. I usually feel a bit unsure when trying Thai food since many places turn out to be just okay, but this one completely changed my expectations. I tried the egg rolls and shrimp as starters. Both were fried, yet they were amazingly light and never felt oily or heavy. Every bite tasted fresh and really well prepared. Overall, I enjoyed my visit a lot. I would happily come back and definitely recommend this place to others.
The waitress was very courteous and polite, and the food was incredible at a very affordable price. I eat a lot of Thai food, but this small restaurant had very fragrant, fresh flavors. I don't know what the previous reviewers were talking about, but there is seating (but few tables). You can make reservations, but they have several tables available. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it.
Small But Mighty little restaurant with outstanding service and delicious food. Good size servings of freshly made dishes. Hidden in a commercial center. Thank you to my niece Jessica for my birthday lunch it was wonderful and delicious. If you like Thai food this is the place very reasonable prices can't wait to return try some of the soups
This place is authentic. I'm always a little nervous about trying Thai restaurants, mostly because they end up being average. Not this place. I ordered egg rolls and shrimp for an appetizer. Both of these are deep fried but we're so light and didn't taste heavy or greasy. The ramen has some of the best flavor I've ever had.
The beef salad was really good. But be warned. The spicy chili that they put in it is spicy! My tounge was burning. For a couple of minutes 🥵. My stomach also felt like if it had a ball of fire inside 😬. My stomach was not in pain. But it just felt uncomfortable having my stomach with a burning sensation it almost felt like a fire pit 😅. For 5 hours working like that. Next time I will order the spicy chili on the side so i can eat alittle bit of it. If anyone gets this spicy beef salad remember to get a cup or 2 of extra cold water. It does taste good. But it just felt like to much fire 🔥🔥🔥. The ice tea was great! Tasty too! I liked it very much. What kinda spicy chili was in this? It was good. In the picture I took on here it seems like there was not a lot of the chili added but it is spicy. Even though it is hard to tell if it is even in there. I appreciate the service here. Good beef salad.
Best yellow curry meal I've had in a long time!! Chicken or tofu were the options...I ordered tofu. Rice was a bit stickier than I like but the coconut curry sauce was to-die-for! It could have been spicier but was I still very pleased. The fried tofu was also delicious but the ratio of dipping sauce to fried tofu pieces was off...needed more sauce. But still a very good dining experience. Small seating area and huge TV mounted on the wall, available for your viewing pleasure. Nice people and good service! Highly recommend!
Excellent tasty and cooked fresh at this family restaurant. Large servings, high quality. Highly recommend! Especially recommend their Tom Kha Kai soup, vegetarian, and they're sweet mango rice.
Nice small family owned Thai restaurant. Very generous portions and excellent value. Food is well prepared and spice levels are perfectly in the middle of the scale. Their chicken coconut lemon grass soup is outstanding as is their beef salad. Had them both a couple of times and has been solidly good. Wait staff is pleasant and doesn’t hover over you.

I have been living in Ontario for the past 5 years and I have yet to find a tasty, authentic Thai food place near by. The quality of the food was fantastic, the price was great. By far, one of the best pad thais I’ve had in a very long time! Don’t even get me started on the Thai tea! Chefs kiss! The best, delicious, I should have gotten two! I will be back, with my kids this time!
This restaurant is a hidden gem for sure. When we got there, I won't lie we were a bit surprised at the size of the dining area as we had a slightly large group but they seated us no problem and were very attentive when providing extra place settings. Immediately when we walked in, the woman at the counter greeted us very warmly and her service was just as kind throughout our experience. The food was excellent and we definitely recommend the Pad See Ew, the beef jerky, the grilled beef salad, and any of the fried rice. Everything was super flavorful and came out relatively quickly. This place was top notch!
Ordered Pad see ew with beef, & a Thai tea, which is my go to Thai food order. The food was great! It came with Chinese broccoli, which is the only kind of broccoli I like in this dish. My order came out super fast, & the server was very friendly. The Thai tea wasn't overly sweet, or artificial tasting, which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely being coming back!
This is the best yellow curry I've ever had. Ever. The fried rice is sooo good too! The first time I came was the day after a festival, so I thought maybe I was just starving that made the food taste so good, but after coming again, I confirmed the food is amazing. The service is quick and nice, and there's no loud TVs or music playing. I'll definitely be visiting every time I'm in town.

The food is awesome. I've been coming here for years. The food is 5 stars IMO. How ever, the reason I am giving them a 4 is because they lie every single time they raise the price. You'd think they'd recognize my voice by now considering I always order over the phone. But I always have to ask the price because they change it pretty frequently is seems. Although when you ask if they changed the price they always say "No its always been that price" when I know damn well it hasn't been. Today I had to write a review about it because I was being gas lit until finally a manager got on the the phone and admitted that they had changed the prices. Don't lie to your loyal customers. I always switch to the next thai place I saw. I still might now.
Loved this Thai place! The food was delicious and service was prompt. Its only downfall is that it's not done up to appeal to the eyes and is a bit on the small side. But those two factors become minor when you get a taste! I ordered the pad see ew ($7.95) and had to order a side of rice separately ($1.95), as they didn't have lunch specials. It came out piping hot and tasted phenomenal. There was so much food that I took home a doggy bag and it lasted me two additional meals! It's conveniently located just off the 10 freeway and not too far from the Ontario Airport. I came for lunch on a weekday and the stream of people taking their lunch break was endless, which told me that people really loved this place. It's not a huge place, seating about 30 people max, so it got full at the height of lunch. Great taste, prompt service, and great portion size. It's worth the wait, if there's no available space immediately. Or just get takeout!
1st visit. Had the grilled beef salad. Very tasty. Service was good. Salad portion was a little small due to the inedible chunk of raw cabbage on the side. If cooked, chopped, or prepared in anyway it would have been perfect.
Ordered pad see ewe and pineapple curry. Both came out very quick and fresh. The curry was so flavorful, it tasted amazing on everything. The pad see ewe had a slight burnt taste but it might have been from the broccoli stems. Over all was a tasty meal, would definitely go back.
The food was good, and the portions were generous. Overall, a nice place to eat.
Great little place, very friendly staff. Met friends there for lunch. Ordered the Tom yum goong, it was ok. The noodle dishes were good, had Rahn - Na & pad see-ew. Thai ice tea was yummy. A good meal! Planning to come back again
I discovered this place when I was going to get boba. I kept it simple as I was sharing with a person with a boring palate. The chow mein was delicious; freshly made with a nice flavor. However the star of the show were the wontons. They were delicious! I just wish the wontons came with more sauce. The minus is my take out order came with no condiments. However, I’ll be back to experience the rest of the menu.

Nice Thai place mostly for takeout . Quality of food is fine and service is good , the chicken seems to be undercooked though . Cost wise it’s but pricey for inland’s when compared to cost in downtowns in beach cities . As a reviewer I would definitely look at what more we are getting here which is missing.
My experience here was the vibes were a little off. Maybe it's a weird coincidence 🤷♀️Food is ok. I liked the pad thai best. Still, in my opinion over priced. It seemed to be that the customers were whispering or not talking due to the small place and your conversation can be heard by all. I would suggest some background music. I wasn't a fan of the bill not being clear and having to ask. Total for 3 dishes, 3 drinks and 1 desert. $73
The good: Lot of options. Rice, Salads, noodles, soups etc. Quality of food is good. I ordered a rad-nah it had a home cooked flavor. Interiors have a quaint cosy feel. The bad: The prices. With tax and tip most entrees touch $20. Except for the soups which can be shared most of the entrees like larb are single portions. Makes it hard to be regular patron here. The service is a little less attentive for dine-ins as they service a lot of phone take-out orders continuosly. Summary: Good for once in a while thai food that comes with a home cooked feel.

Prices are too high here, I paid $40 for fried squid and egg rolls, calamari was supposed to be $20 as it said on the menu and the egg rolls $8 Tell me why I only find out the price once the payment was made, were they trying to keep the price from me or something? I'm not sure but I think it's pretty shady that they didn't tell me anything when I asked them before they told me to sit and wait for my food
Seafood soup hardly had any seafood. It was 75% broth. Pad See Ew was totally overcooked and chopped up. Fried wontons has hardly any filling.
Food was ridiculously overpriced and is a travesty towards thai cuisine. Beef salad ($15) was a plate of iceberg lettuce and 8 slices of tough steak with an obscene amount of fish sauce that overpowered any other flavors. The pad see ew ($14) was burnt, mushy, and had too much oil. Absolutely avoid
We were served over-night rice along with the main dish . After complaint, the owner quickly change fresh cooked rice for us . One more complaint, there was no taste at all for Green Curry Beef we ordered, not happy at all .
The worst place to go eat at I waited 30 minutes to be service no people around
I visited this restaurant while I was in Ontario and my husband and I had lunch there. We ordered the Tom Yum soup and confirmed with the staff before ordering that it would be completely vegetarian. We were assured that it was. However, when the soup arrived, it both smelled and tasted strongly like fish. I informed the host about the issue, explaining that it clearly had a fish smell and flavor, but she insisted that it was vegetarian and did not seem willing to look into the concern. Because of the strong fish smell and taste, my husband and I were unable to finish the soup. Unfortunately, I later fell sick as well. It was a very disappointing experience, especially after confirming in advance that the dish would be purely vegetarian.
