The food is amazing! It's hot and delicious and prepared after you order. The only downfall is the restroom. The place was packed, and the restroom was really dirty, that's the only reason I give this place a 4 out of 5.

It's a bit on the small side. Tends to get crowded every now and then, if no sauces are available you can ask them to give you the small packets they have for to go orders. Price is decent and food has good flavor.

This spot is cool but its a very dead spot not much of a crowed. Its a big establishment but no foot traffic very boring spot and to expensive for hookah an snacks.

I don’t know Yoshinoya most of their locations. The food taste very good or the same . This one on Ontario Mills the food had no taste. It just seemed bland.

I love this chain. I have tried most locations. This location has a very attentive staff the service is great. The food was lacking. The teriyaki sauce had a weird taste and the chicken tasted old not freshly made. The veggies were perfect.

We usually order the clam chowder here. Today the clam chowder tasted different and starchy. Not the usual creamy clam chowder that we buy. Did you change vendors or something? This new recipe for clam chowder is terrible.... tastes like starchy soap... 3 bowls of clam chowder straight to the trash bin.

I have been a fan of Yoshinoya for over 30 years. So I can rank this experience against other yoshinoyas and similar fast food. Unfortunately, this was the worst yoshinoya food I can remember in my whole life. The original beef was so waterlogged and mushy, it reminded me of wet toilet paper. The teriyaki chicken was not crisp, and was actually hard in places. The white rice was also mush. Keep in mind, this was a fairly busy location, at noon, on a Saturday. No excuses. The food was fresh, so giving 2 stars but yech. Also, their ice machine was broken, so they had to serve customers ice out of a bucket. The place was reasonably clean for being so busy. Staff was pleasant and the line moved quickly. I do not know if they had mechanical issues or staff issues or if the brand has gone downhill. Stuff used to feel like it was made to order. This was more likebit was sitting in hot water all day. Bleh. Also no drive through, walk on only. Plenty of tables and lots of parking right in front.

The only location that charges 10 cents per ginger packet. I’m literally speechless. I eat like 10 packets of ginger with my food.

.44 cents for extra ginger??? That’s just petty. After spending $15 for a combo, charging extra for ginger is horrible. Been going to Ys all over the SoCal and never been charged extra except here in Rancho Cucamonga.

This was one of the worst customer service that I have experienced in this facility. I am a regular customer at different yoshinoya restaurants when i may my order. I asked the cashier if I could have an extra teriyaki sauce for my order. He immediately asked for me to pay for it. I said, "Okay, that was fine. Once we got our order, which was at 9:20 PM. He immediately asked for us to take the food to go that the store was already closing and that he needed to begin cleaning the facility. When the store schedule says that, it closes at 10 PM. Once I got to my place, I opened up my meal. Notice that the portion of chicken was very small, and the portion of the beef asked you to see in the picture very back service. Add this Ontario location. i will nah v returning all. Recommend this location to anybody bat service. And the cashier name is brian

I just had the worst customer service here, including the manager. No professionalism at all with answering questions. Turning away a paying customer. Escalated the problem instead of de-escalating the situation. I tried using a coupon to purchase food for takeout and the cashier and manager said that i can only use one and that if i wanted to use both coupons. I should have all my family there with me. The coupon does not say anywhere “one coupon per customer” or “one coupon per visit”. I even asked, what if i do two transactions? The manager said no. It just doesn’t make sense and i drove almost 5 miles to get to this store. What is crazy too is that i was here last week and they let me use both coupons.
