Once we walked in we were greeted right away by a pleasant gentleman with a smile. His name was Marco and he was our server. Marco was absolutely amazing. Very fast and he kept checking on us throughout our meal. He made our Saturday morning breakfast a very nice experience for us. We have been going to Norms for many years and he definitely provided a great experience that stood out from all previous servers here. The food was fresh cooked and delicious and still hot when brought to us by Marco.

My wife and I are regulars at Norm’ s restaurant. The food is always good and the prices are very reasonable. More importantly, the employees (servers, hosts, chefs,etc are exceptional. We are always greeted with a happy smile and courtesy. For example, today our server was Marco, he was friendly, happy and very professional.He made us feel very welcome

Located on E. Katella Ave near N. Tustin St. with plenty of parking. We stopped here on Saturday afternoon for a late breakfast. We were seated immediately by a friendly hostess. I had their 'Lumberjack Breakfast', which consists of 3 eggs, 3 bacon strips, 3 sausage links, hashbrowns, and 3 pancakes. I topped my pancakes with strawberries. Food tasted delicious and fresh. The service was great. Shout out to our server, Marco who was extremely attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. The restaurant was clean and organized during our visit. Overall, we had a great experience at this location and will definitely return.

Classic Diner Vibes with Friendly Service. I’ve been to several Norms locations, and this was my first time at this one. The restaurant itself feels a bit outdated, but it works with the old-school diner vibe they seem to be going for. Service was a bit slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. That said, the staff was extremely friendly, and it didn’t feel like the delay was due to them personally — just unclear what the holdup was. I tried the meatloaf for the first time. It was thinner than expected and a bit too salty for my taste, but the mashed potatoes and vegetables were fresh and flavorful and really helped round out the meal. My older kids stuck with their usual breakfast orders and enjoyed them as always, and my wife loved her burger. Despite the slow start, the quality of the food and the friendly atmosphere made up for it. We’d definitely return if we’re in the area.

I love that I walk in and get breakfast any time I want. What disappoints me is that they have raised their prices so much that I almost can't afford to go there. I mean, $9.99 for a stack of 3 pancakes, add a cup of coffee $3.99. you're looking at $14.00 for a breakfast I could make at home for about $5.00. With the economy being what it is, I opt to eat at home more often than not. Sorry Norm's, if you lowered your prices, your restaurants would be packed again!

It was a good experience for our first time at any Norms restaurants. We showed up on a Friday around 10 am. A few parking spots available, we thought the restaurant was really busy, but it really wasn’t. The restaurant look clean and well lit, not too noisy inside, but the bathrooms could definitely use a bit more attention (a bit dirty, and it smelled really bad) We waited about 3 minutes before we were taken to our table. The restaurant was not too busy. Our food did take about 20 minutes to come out (maybe because it four of us, who knows). Our waitress was very kind, polite, and friendly. She took our orders quickly, and she was always attentive with our table. Our food came out great, it was accurate, it was tasty, and it was a good quantity for the price. We ordered the California Omelette x 2, and we an order of the chilaquiles. The three plates had very good flavor. Will try again in the future!

The two star review is for today.thanksgiving meal. My son and I had the turkey 4 course turkey meal. There was hardly any stuffy on my plate and what little there was it wasn't even cooked. Had One thing slice of Turkey breast. The vegetables were cold. The pumpkin pie fell apart when they brought it to us. The whip cream that was on the pie was runny. We normally go to Denny's every year and decided to go to Norms this year. Big! regret. The meal at Norms was horrible. We had to stop by McDonald's to get hamburgers because we were still hungry .
