Excellent! Just like in the states except more money because of being on the island. Cornelius was our waiter and did and excellent job! The stuffed tortellini with grilled chicken was amazing! The breadsticks, soup, and salad was endless and filling. Would return next time on the island!

Wonderful place, quiet eating space, conformable seating, awesome atmosphere and super friendly local staff. Food was served fast and hot, every dish that we ordered was freshly made and delicious.

AMAZING team! My special needs teen was excited to come and see the "window" of Venice. The manager Berlinda and our server Jennifer were incredible - so kind and thoughtful. Kudos to the kitchen for their flexibility as well - Great experience!!!

The food is very good and so is the service. Good portions. I am a pasta lover so I am a lover of this place.

140 dollars for 4 plates of shrimp tagliatelle Alfredo is proproustuous

This is our first time visiting Olive Garden here in Aruba. We are Olive Garden fans in the USA, and I must say that this visit was on point. The food was amazing, but the service by Cindy V. was beyond our expectations. We must say that Cindy was a Customer Service Poster Person as she was so accommodating, kind, friendly, and just professional every day. Olive Garden Aruba, you have a Diamond Worker representing your restaurant in the best way possible. We do not get this kind of service in Virginia/USA, even on our best encounter. Cindy is a keeper, and we will be back again and again at this Olive Garden. Thank You for a tremendous positive experience. My large family ate here during the week. We felt respected by the staff. Portions were large, and we had leftovers the next day. The staff saw our large group size and seated us in a large private dining room. Even the kids were respected with crayons and coloring menus provided instantly. Yes it's a chain but the staff made it feel amazing.

The food was amazing! Everything was delicious! I got the Tour of Italy, which is Lasagna, Chicken Parmigiana and Fettuccine Alfredo. All was delicious. We ordered the salad and bread sticks. They keep coming as much as you want. Nice attention but I think our waiter could do better.

It was the best since... It was the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to. The food was just perfect, especially the "Chicken & notchi" and the fact that it's all you can eat along with the drinks. Also "Fettuccine Alfredo" was delicious. So all things considered, it's worth trying!

Nice to have the option to having fairly priced meals for Aruba restaurants can be expensive, especially for us Canadians the rate of exchange is high at this time. Found our waitress to be exceptionally friendly. It is in very nice complex and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Plenty of parking. Will go back one more time before we go home.

Delicious food.. It was a wonderful experience. I felt like back in the States. Excellent service. Our waitress Clarismel was very friendly and kind. She was amazing. Everything was great. Highly recommended!

It’s a really nice place to share with family. A recommendation: visit starving because you will need you stomach empty to eat everything, because the portions are really generous. Cindy was our host and she was 6 stars. A

Good food shame they stopped the pizzas

Appetizers were at my table, moments from ordering even though it was a busy and packed night. Service was prompt, courteous, and exceptional. The food was incredible although the portion sizes could have been bigger.

Food was amazing! We was tired of trying local restaurants only to pay more with sub par bland food. You can’t bet a meal at Olive Garden! Now, not a 5 star due to our waitress not coming back….. we ended up sitting there until we finally asked another waitress and then was told she was supposed to be covering our table but, she was talking to a family she knew so, she never waited on us. Finally our waitress came back from her “emergency” where we asked a few times for more breadsticks to take with our leftovers and we were ignored. We left not wanting to keep asking. So, service so so but, Food was amazing! Especially since they offer gluten-free pasta!! (That taste good!)

2023 March (4/5): Excellent and friendly service (5/5)...top notch appetizers (5/5), okay to subpar entrees (3/5)... Their servers and everyone were super friendly for the most part (the only concern was that we had to wait longer for a cab as they did not tell the cab company we needed one that accepted credit)...appetizers were great, we all loved the chicken gnocchi soup...the entrees however were okay to disappointing...we had the Tour of Italy which includes 3 dishes...the Fettuccini Alfredo was a 5/5, however both the lasagna (3/5) and the chicken parmesan (3/5) were disappointing due to the heavy use of tomatoes that did NOT taste that good...the salmon (2/5) was even worse as it had far too much salt on it which was disappointing...

Very cozy and beautiful Restaurant. Drinks and appetizer were delious. Good parking space. Our waitress didnt get our order correct. So you might want to double check your order before she sends it to the kitchen.

It's olive garden similar to usa. Good food, big portions, and endless soup or salad. It is reasonably priced IMO. Inside a mall with other stores and food plus a theater.

The food tasted treat and we gad good service. However, the chicken with the Chicken Alfredo was very little. It was not enough for the amount charged.

If you like Olive Garden you'll enjoy it: delicious bread sticks, good service, nice food and huge portions. The only downside is that is not walkable distance from Palm Beach hotels

We had to try this since we enjoy eating at Olive Garden in the states. It is nearly exactly the same as in the states, except for the prices! Since everything has to be imported, it jacks up the costs. For three of us it was over $100!

The food was good, i ate a looot. Salmon is a great option . Service was not good, but i guess was the waiter there. He forgot practically everything and we had to remind him other than that everything was good. Not too crowded.

We always go for lunch (for the lunch special). The food is decent, but the value is great! My favorite is the gnocchi soup with the chicken parm but the shrimp and past is also good for lunch. Quick, easy and and a good value

Very nice for date or evening out. We didnt realize how large the portion were and that it came with never ending salad soup and or breadsticks. So we ordered way to much and we werent the only ones. Looks like everyone was going home with tomgo boxes. The food itself was good. Too salty for my taste. But nice atmosphere very friendly staff and never felt rushed. Had never ending soda and was automicaly put on your table by the waiters without having to ask. Great experience.

Chicken marsala very packaged with bland mimimal sauce served over thin boneless chicken breast pieces. Served with small order of spaghetti with no extra marsala sauce. Service was excellent and very clean restaurant. Staff and manager extremely professional and helpful.

This was my first time visiting Olive Garden. As a European who frequently travels to Rome, Milan and Torino for the real deal, this felt like an American version of how they think Italian food should be like. The portions are huge, the pasta and sauces are bland. Moreover, a lot of their dishes come with an abundance of cheese (either Parmesan or alternatives). With that being said, I was very satisfied with the service from the waiters. Their positive attitude really improved this experience. So, kudos for that! I guess I am not really a fan of Olive Garden.

I came and the service was quick to order! The people were super nice! The only thing was that they were out of meatballs! So just a bit disappointing! But an amazing store! The lady that was at the front desk was amazingly kind!

The food was pretty good but it sure did take them a long time to attend to our table initially. We waited an exorbitant amount of time. I can say that our server did make up for it with excellent service after.

I have been waiting for 15 minutes for my waiter to come to give me some services for order.. the food was great.. the vibe was good... only the service was not that great 😒..

Like I said the location was great the parking lot no complaint at all. I had the opportunity to eat at all of garden and the past in the state and the one here in Aruba is far from good, over it the service was really terrible the waitresses did not know what they were doing to make matters worse the soup was cold&salty. the only thing we did appreciate was being in a group of 16 women plus 3guys .. I was able to ask everybody their personal opinion and everybody arguing with me one of the things we love really love from that place was the sangriad Apple sangria was fabulous and they had an appetizer with a cream cheese with Spanish with tortilla definitely that but anything else the food was cold lasagna was uneatable I understand aldante pasta but that was definitely too aldante No flavor if I have to go to Olive Garden and I still need to put salt in my own food and bean a soup was already salty a suppose of a discipline can you make a question. restaurant Also what is up with that that you can only find one cannot drain of beer what is that supposed to mean a I'm a customer should I be allowed to have more option regarding beer or alcohol and you tell me like there's only 1 the local builders know all the beers in the whole premises those are kind of ridiculous

We visited this place on the 27th Decemeber around 12:00. The food was okay, our waiter was very friendly. But definitely won't recommend the Sangria, it literally tasted like syrup without alcohol. We asked the manager to double check and she answered: 'The recipe is like this and we can not alter it!' With a very demeaning tone. Point of improvement is definitely: To have a better manager that is more understanding and doesn't talk to you with a demeaning tone. Secondly, to inform the costumer that the sangria is super sweet

The food was fine but we had to wait 5 minutes for a waitress to talk to us and the restaurant wasn't busy. They had at least 4 waitresses and a hostess and the bartender who brought our drinks. The couple across from us asked the waitress why their food was taking so long. I didn't hear the response. Our food came out pretty quickly. But I didn't like that we had to ask for additional drinks. We also asked for the check 3 times. I don't eat at this restaurant and based on the other 5 star reviews it seems this was just an off day at the restaurant. Good luck!

So we got there and we had to wait long before someone showed us to our table. Once finally seated we had to wait longer for a menu or someone to serve us. The place wasn't that packed so it was a bit annoying waiting so long for service. Finally someone came out to give us the menu and asked what we would like to drink. We ordered wine and beer and ordered our food at the same time. We ordered the unlimited salad and breadsticks. We had to wait for a while for those two. We finally got the breadsticks and they were undercooked/baked.. whatever they weren't ready yet. The salad was good tho. Finally we good our maincourse and that was good. We didn't get a second salad and second round of breadsticks because the breadsticks were in short supply and the salad was gonna take a while to bring over. We asked for our check and left. Sadly I wouldn't eat there again.

American be aware that you’ll be standing at the host stand for well over 5 minutes where everyone will pass you and not even greet you. They will watch you in your face and then turn the other way and forget you standing there. BUT when their own island Aruban people come in, they are front and center with all smiles promptly greeting them. Yes I’m talking about your lady manager or host you have at your gloria eats location in Oranjestad

We had a mixed experience during our visit. When we arrived, the restaurant was almost empty. We politely asked to sit on a bench, but the supervisor, Taina, told us it was not possible. While we understand there may be seating policies, the interaction felt unwelcoming, especially coming from someone in a supervisory position. Thankfully, Jaydrick provided excellent service afterwards. He was kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable again. We truly appreciated his attitude. We hope management continues to emphasize respectful and warm customer service, particularly in leadership roles.
