After being stuck in traffic leaving a Bills game on a rainy day, we spotted this place and decided to give it a try. From the food to the service, everything was fantastic. Our server was named Frank, and he seemed to have so many tables scattered across the floor, but that didn't stop him from checking in and providing great, timely service. My wife and I tried two different flights and loved everything that was served to us. The burger and wings were cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere, great food. Everyone from the host to the bartender to our waiter (Jomar) was exceptionally kind and welcoming.

We had the best time at NYPB! Our bartender, Jess N was so sweet and made perfect recommendations! She made the best old fashion I've had in so long and we had the nachos and hells kitchen quesadilla. We'll definitely be back to visit!

Came in around 5pm on a Monday evening. Service and food was excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and seated immediately. My server, Nikki, was amazing! I didn't have to ask for a single thing I needed she already had it on the table. Food was SO good and the drinks were better. This was a first time for me at this location and it was 10/10

Love this location the best! The atmosphere and vibe are amazing. The lodge is such an aesthetic and the decor is something I wish I had at my own home. Perfect to bring a group of friends and the spot big enough to accommodate a party bus we took here. The bar is huge and the multiple bars add to the quick and fantastic service. The rotating taps are a favorite and it’s always something new.

Went on a Friday after 5 and everything was awesome! Ray was our server and I don’t think anyone could have provided better customer service than him. He cared about each step of our meal, if we liked what we ordered, if we needed anything food or drink. NYBP is lucky to have someone who is that dedicated to customer service.

Had a delicious lunch served by the most amazing waitress. Jess S was warm and welcoming. She was very professional and very friendly She gave us great recommendations on drinks and food and all around had an uplifting and fun personality. Highly recommend the Mozzarella logs and the clam chowder. Our french fries came out a little on the cool side, but was so full from the other food didn’t care however, Jess was very accommodating and ready to give us a new order which we insisted we didn’t need. If you go and she’s working, definitely ask for Jess.

This is our go to place for a hang out. We lime bringing our little here because of the big outdoor area. There's usually other kids to play with as well as corn hole. They do games like bingo and trivia on some nights and the food is decent. We love coming here and will absolutely be back!

The building itself is inviting, the ambiance is incredible, and the decor is beautiful. Drinks were brought out quickly and tasted refreshing. Frank M, our server, was hands down one of the best servers I've ever experienced anywhere. He made my family's experience that much more enjoyable. Food also came out quickly and was hot! I had the mango mojito and the Hoboken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Though I was full halfway through my meal, I couldn't help but finish it! My second time at this location and can't wait to come back soon!

The venue and menu were phenomenal (love the ducky drink).. but the best part of today was our waitress Abby! She was attentive, kind and an all around 10/10! Will definitely be back thanks to her

My first time here! Come here with my Fiance for an early dinner on a Friday. Wasn’t too busy just yet. Ordered our drinks and appetizer right away. Mozzarella sticks are huge! Very good. Our entrees took a little bit to come out but our server gave us a nice beer flight on the house to enjoy. That was awesome! I had the BBQ burger which was amazing! My Fiance had the southwest salad I believe it was. Loved our dinner! Service was great too. We will be back for sure!

Can I just say that if you ever go here, Kayla and Jared who were out bartenders, are AMAZING! Very welcoming and outgoing people who made sure we got the right drinks and food for ourselves. The place is huge and my brother and I had a great experience with their fun atmosphere! Going back tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day, and the next day.

Very large, newly built cabin style restaurant with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, outdoor patio and beer stills on site. The Manhattan burger was very tasty, Caesar salad crisp and fresh, brisket sandwich very fulfilling. Tasty beer flights and mimosas in a pouch! Fun staff helps you get just what you want.

Second time coming here, and it was great! Our server Ray, Crazy Ray to his close friends, was awesome. Very friendly & funny… he also gave some good recommendations! A lot of options for drinks, food was very tasty (get the pretzel app) & the building/outdoor patio is beautiful. A great place for a date night. Thanks again to Ray - you’re the man!!

Came here within the first week of being open and I HIGHLY recommend it. It's a huge spot, plenty of space to move around. They have a side of the restaurant that's first come first serve (bar area AND tables) and a regular dining area. The drinks are priced on the higher end but they're strong and tasty. There's a revolving seasonal menu. Great place for events. Can't wait to come back!

First time visiting, was not let down once tonight! there was about a 15 min wait at 6:30 on a sunday night which was no problem as we went to sit at the bar to grab some drinks before dinner. Moved to our table and Frank our server was spectacular, made sure our food was great, drinks were never empty, and all around amazing service! will definitely be returning!

We absolutely love the New York Beer Project and come here often, especially for the bar area with its convenient first-come seating! Tonight we had Amy as our server, and she was fantastic—super chill, attentive, and genuinely sweet. We enjoyed a flight of delicious beers and indulged in some dessert while watching the action on their massive TV screens. It's the perfect spot for game nights; tonight was especially lively with both the Final Four March Madness and the Sabres game happening at the same time. The energy was amazing! Definitely our go-to spot for a fun night out. Highly recommend!

Went with some friends on a self led brewery and wing tour... enjoyed the beers and food very much! The dole whip seltzer was the best! Amy our server was very attentive and kept our drinks full! She was helpful when we needed suggestions as well! We'll definitely be back!

We had to try out the new orchard park location and I only have 1 regret, not taking more time to look around this big beautiful place. Waiter was amazing and very professional. I got the General Tso and it was amazing. Paired with one of there brews. You can’t go wrong. Just like their Lockport location. You have to visit both.

Great atmosphere. Like the options of different places to eat if the dining room wait it to long. Food was good. Reasonably priced. Staff was on point and checked with our table regularly. Excited to go back, this place will because a regular for me

Same food and beer from their other locations in a highly themed Pacific Northwest Lodge. Read their website, it's inspired by the Wilderness Lodge in WDW. I can't wait to see how they decorate for Christmas. They do need more materials for sound absorption.

We had an impromptu birthday celebration with 25-30 people and the manager Frank pulled out all the stops to accommodate us! He quickly put together a space for us outside and repeatedly checked on our group throughout the evening to make sure we had everything we needed! Frank was WONDERFUL as was his ENTIRE staff that assisted us! The kids were able to play and occupy themselves outdoors, and the adults were able to enjoy themselves, too! Highly, highly recommend for any gathering!

First time at NY Beer Project. The place is very big. Noise level was a little high but otherwise it is a nice casual restaurant to eat at. The weather was not very nice so we could not utilize the outside seating area. Our server Jennifer was attentive and patient with taking our orders as a group of 6 was doing more talking then checking the menu! Food order was quick and good. I would go there again.

Just had a very nice meal here. Completely beautiful! It was so much fun just the moment you started walking toward the door from outside. The music playing like it's a grand entrance.was super great. Hannah was our waitress and very attentive! Food was very tasty! Had the nachos which were on point and also the NYPD celebration sandwich and the crab cake meal all was suburb! Hannah encouraged us to explore the place. Recently visited with my fiancé, honestly the food and atmosphere were amazing, the staff was great. The food came out very fast, our appetizer was out before we could finish 2 samples out of our flights of beer. And our main course was amazing, i got the seasonal Jamaican bbq sandwich and she got a cobb salad and we loved it, will be returning, I may join the mug club.

Love NYBP but hate driving all the way out to Lockport so was excited to have this location closer. We went for lunch during the week so there was no wait. The place is beautiful and food was all delicious. We had the chicken wing dip as an appetizer and it was so good we couldn’t get enough. I had the harvest panini and pumpkin spice White Russian to drink, which were part of their seasonal menu that I look forward to every year. Will definitely be back!

New York Beer Project in Orchard Park is a beer lover's paradise, akin to a Bass Pro for beer. The place is huge, offering a visually stimulating environment. Our waitress, Nikki, was exceptional. We went on a Friday mid-afternoon, a party of 3. Seating was easy, we had a large window booth. The beer selections were wide enough so most people can find something to their liking. The food was good. A beef on weck was tender and juicy, coming with horseradish and a honey dipping sauce for sweet potato fries (an upgrade). An order of nachos with beef was very good. A large tray if fresh chips dressed with a good amount of seasoned beef, cheese, sour cream, etc. Overall, it was a good experience and will return again.

Darien was our server today. He was out of this world amazing and made sure we had everything we needed for our grandmas 80th birthday. Although it was also his birthday he went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. We shared cake, laughed and had a great time at NYBP. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Well, this was our third time here, and I have to say it was great this time. First time was Hells Kitchen Quesadillas. They were amazing. My second experience, with the food, was sub par at best. This time I first ordered the November special of Thanksgiving Eggrolls. A unique twist and good. Then I ordered the hamburger special and I must say it was cooked perfectly and absolutely delightful. Sorry, I can't remember the name of it. I also had a couple Walter's Jelly Donut Lager. Delightful.

The New York Beer Project Lodge in Orchard Park is definitely something to experience! The interior design and decor are very impressive. Even the entrance way builds excitement with its music playing outside welcoming you in! Great gastro pub offering a diverse selection of food (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options available) and drinks (offering beer, craft cocktails, mocktails and more) from their large bar. Our server was very pleasant and helpful with making selections. We were able to get seated right away on a weekend without having a reservation for lunch. The restroom was very clean. They also have a very large area upstairs designated for private parties. They really do a great job putting on extra events themselves like their dueling pianos and silent discos. A fun time all around!

NYBP hit it out of the ball park on their newest location in Orchard Park. The New New York Beer Project Lodge is a sprawling complex with plenty of parking, great service staff, tasty food and a nice mix or craft beers and seltzers (the strawberry lemonade was pretty refreshing). They have cocktails, wine etc., so there is something for everyone. When you enter the space you will be amazed by it's size and attention to detail. There are multiple restaurant areas. We chose to sit out in the grove with cornhole, a nice fire pit table and ample space. There are a few banquet rooms on the upper level which can cater to multiple size events. The beer vats pay tribute to Bill Bills stars as well as the Bills Mafia (each is named). The cauliflower bits would likely fool some for being chicken nuggets as they were that good. The brisket was enjoyable too. It's a nice place to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. We will be back and would recommend this location. We wish the NYBP Team a lot of success at their newest location. Update NYBP continues to impress for us. The patio is great to enjoy on a nice day and the live music is a great added touch.

My husband & I enjoyed our "34 YEARS TOGETHER" celebration at this Orchard Park location in June! NOT ONLY DID WE HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME...THE FOOD WAS GREAT...THE ATMOSPHERE LIKE BEING ON VACATION...THE BARTENDERS & SERVERS & OTHER EMPLOYEES FULL OF SMILES! The expresso martini is our fav....& the martini flight is fantastic! Caelie is our fav bartender & sets us up when she sees us coming!.. & Nicole always brings the delish too! Bryson is a great bar-back & you can find Darrian up at the front bar! We enjoy sitting at the back bar where you can see outside to the open area that has tables & seating as well & looks out onto a nice green yard. Our fav server is Jess who rec the Rubber Ducky drink that is blue & SO yummy w/ a little yellow duck in it that you can take home as a cute memory of the day. THE STEAKHOUSE BURGER & FRIES...OH YES! Mouthwatering grilled to perfection! We have been back to this Orchard Park location several times now. The staff is so nice & we enjoy ordering something different each time! Thank you.

Just stopped in to grab a gift card for a birthday gift. Jeff at the bar was very helpful and convinced us to sit down and relax. We ended up ordering some appetizers and a few drinks. The appetizer was delicious, and the drinks were well executed. Thank you, Jeff, for a great time and recommendations for the food and drinks. We will definitely be back soon.

One of the best places we’ve gone to in a long time! We went tonight for my fiancés birthday and the service and food was amazing! I cannot say enough great things about RAY our server. He was impeccable! Made great conversation, introduced us to the restaurant, gave his honest opinion on drinks and food and even gave my fiancé a sundae for his birthday. We got the Bavarian pretzel, 2 deconstructed pot pies (which were incredible) a flight and their new blueberry hibiscus seltzer (also amazing!!!) Do not walk…RUN to this place. Ask for Ray - you will not be disappointed. Thanks Ray for being so warm and friendly! We will be back!

Drive down a road that seems to go no where. Pull into a massive parking lot with plenty of spots available. After emergering from my car, we were greeted with the familiar sounds of a Disney theme park. Inviting but also unexpected. As we get closer to the door my wife notices rocking chairs. Are we at a cracker barrel? We enter. In sync we say "it smells new" we wait in line at the host stand for a moment. We're greated and told that it was a 2 hour wait. Thinking 7pm on a Friday we would be safe to get a table, boy were we wrong. The place was packed. Luckily we were informed of the bar room in the back which was a first come first serve basis. Somehow, all the stars aligned and in the midst of the chaos there was one open table calling our names. We sat down. Immediately greeted by Brooke who was great all night. Below is what our table ordered and how I would rate it Motzarella Logs: 12/10 they're the size of a newborn child. Bang bang shrimp: 10/10 Philly cheese steak hot pocket 10/10 Chicken wing dip 8/10 a little dry but still tastes good. Shrimp soup 7/10 a little sweet. All in all the food was great. We then wander outside to the beer garden which has plenty of seating, is dog friendly, corn hole friendly and there's a fireplace for your wives that are always cold in 90 degrees to sit by. Definitely coming back to try the pizza and wings.

Our server Frank couldn't have been more friendly and kind. My husband ordered a cup of tomato soup and wasn't disappointed, although it arrived after our meals came out. He had a fish fry and upgraded to parmesan truffle fries with dip. His fish was fantastic as were the fries. The coleslaw portion was on the skimpy side, it came in the cups they bring with salad dressing. I ordered the beef on weck and upgraded to sweet potato fries. I was disappointed in the roast beef, it was lacking flavor and a bit overdone for my taste, but the sweet potato fries and dip were phenomenal. The manager came to talk with us about the beef and was very pleasant, however there was no offer of compensation in any way. An offer of a dessert or drink would have been nice. Good atmosphere, great ambience, friendly service.

Drinks were great. A very good mojito is hard to find, and they make an amazing one! The food was decent. For entrees We got a burger w/fries and chicken tacos. Both were really dry. The burger was much better than the cold mushy tacos, even though it was missing the bacon the menu said it was supposed to have on it. Fries were meh. Luke warm and wouldn’t get them again. The jalapeño poppers were amazing, and the side garden salad was also delicious. For any other ranch snobs out there, their ranch was very good! For dessert we shared the s’mores skillet. Disaster! So much chocolate you couldn’t taste anything else and the bottom was just burnt graham cracker sand. Was just a huge miss! I am giving 4 stars for the amazing atmosphere, fast and friendly service, the drinks and the jalapeño poppers. Think this may just be an appetizer and drinks kind of place.

The NEW New York Beer Project in OP/Hamburg is an absolute must-visit! This place is a blast! The pizza is absolutely delicious and the fries are seriously tasty. And don't even get me started on the drinks—fantastic beers and a surprisingly delightful, budget-friendly wine: OZV Red Zin. The outdoor area is a gem, complete with a beautifully crafted fireplace and Cornhole for some laid-back fun. Inside, it's all about action and excitement with multiple sports playing on a massive TV, two large bars, and plenty of dining space to accommodate everyone. I had a fantastic time here, thanks to our incredibly friendly bartender. The food was top-notch, and that wine? Simply divine! 😊 Cheers to a great night out!

So...staff is awesome, venue is gorgeous, truly pleasant and accommodating. Food is standard bar fare executed marginally. Do not get the wings, like chewing on a bike tire. By Buffalo standards inedible. Pizza was solid, pretzel solid, fries same. Mac n cheese dry and without true flavor. I gave it 4 stars because the facility and staff were literally impeccable. The food is just mass produced sadness. Side note, beers pretty good.

Ambiance is 10/10 for a fun, outdoor, and DOG FRIENDLY spot. I will be a repeat customer. Picnic tables might need a little scrubbing, but enjoyable location and venue. Lots of outdoor seating. Bring a blanket to upsize your group size at your table Liquor pour - my double was a healthy pour of tequila! No waiters on the patio on Monday. Please see the bar tender for orders. Celebration Sandwich: 9/10 Beef was cooked nicely. Good portion. Good taste. Asian Salmon Bowl: 7/10 - Salmon is cooked perfectly Portion - enough Salmon, but slim on the rest Taste has a little bite and a little salty. Still a good flavor. But if you can't do spice, this is not the dish for you. Patio table service with a QR! Convenient. Live music every Monday. Clam specials on Mondays. Dog friendly. Kid/family friendly. For extra fun, bring cards or a board game. **Don't forget to tap that ❤️ at the bottom here 😀!

A nice new location for the NYBP! The building is massive but it’s split up into different sections so it doesn’t feel too big when you’re inside. Just like their other locations it gets very loud with everyone talking, but it wasn’t bad on a weekday for lunch. The beers are great and we enjoyed our food, though my burger was a little charred on the outside. Overall, this was an enjoyable meal and very consistent with what I’ve experienced at their other locations.

First of all, I am not a beer drinker so I cannot review them. I happened to go to this location twice in one week and both times I sat at the bar near the grove. I was also waited on the same bartender Michael L each time. He was polite, attentive, and had good food recommendations . My boyfriend got a pizza the first visit and I got the chicken tacos by Michael’s recommendation. Pizza was good and those tacos were packed with tasty chicken! The second time around I came with my Mom. She wanted the mozzarella log appetizer so I just ordered a side Caesar for my meal to offset the gluttony. The logs were massive, but to me the breading could use some more seasoning. My mother got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and Michael suggested adding truffle fries. I ended up winning on this choice as I polished off about half these delicious fries after my Mom got full! I will be ordering that sandwich next time I come because it looked and smelled great! This place is massive, but my Mom was able to get around fine with her walker. We left through the grove exit, as the bar area was getting crowded. I think beer prices seem on par with other breweries, well drinks are a little pricey and wine is reasonably priced.

If I could describe this place in 3 words, I’d say “soulless corporate brewery.” First brewery I’ve ever been to located in a business park. Easy parking which is nice. Hostess who seated us had the people skills of a fresh picked potato. Didn’t even have the awareness to offer us a booster seat for my toddler. Got a flight. All the beer was okay. Food was also just okay. Honestly everything looks 10x better than it actually tastes. Waitress was excellent but it Seems like this is the first restaurant to be overstaffed to the point where staff are just walking around. I wouldn’t come back on my own, but could see myself back for a larger event, which seems to be what this place is more geared towards. Really the whole place seems like it’s run by analyst in an office 400 miles away who do not even drink beer.

Food was mediocre. The burger was no better than anyone else's. The side of fries that came with the burger was probably the smallest Ive ever gotten and there was nothing impressing about them. I was not impressed with the beer menu at all. Too many IPA'a and IPA's are disgusting. Its Dark beer season. There was only one on the menu. The buffalo Mac and cheese was so unsatisfying. Basically buttered noodles with cut up chicken fingers on top. Nice big bar area with a HUGE TV set up. The decor is cool. Not a fan of the high top table chairs n the bar area. They were very very light, leading to a feeling of instability. Over all I wasn't impressed at all with the food or the beer selection.

I’ve gone three times now since opening. The building is stunning and really has the lodge look and feel to it. An impressive entrance with various animal paw prints on the concrete walkway. A very cool touch. *WARNING* if you’re looking to have conversation at the table and actually want to hear this is not the place for you. It’s very loud and you’ll be talking loudly just to hold a conversation* The bar room on the right is open seating and has a massive wall tv with all the sports. This side is first come first serve. The bar room on the left you will wait for a table. Sometimes upwards if an hour or more. The first two times we ordered the soft pretzel and queso to start. The pretzel was hard and very tough. On the third visit we ordered it lightly baked and it came out soft and it was delicious. The beer cheese that comes with the pretzel has a slight kick to it and is real tasty. My wife and I split the beef on weck and seasonal crab cakes. The roast beef was a perfect medium rare and delicious. The crab cake we loved and said we’d put it up with the quality you receive when visiting the coast. The menu says fresh cut fries however the bar tender said that’s not actually the case but the box they have in the freezer says “fresh cut” so that’s what they have in the menu. The “fresh cut fries” are subpar but the sweet potato fries with their cinnamon sauce was amazing. I ordered the Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and although it was good the portion size for the price has been undercut. On the third visit my wife did another beef on weck but this time the roast beef came out overcooked and it was tough and chewy. I opted for the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and I have to say it wasn’t even the tiniest bit spicy. It was a fried chicken breast with like a mild dry rub. It was more like a chicken patty sandwich and I would not recommend if you’re looking for something with heat to it. We toured the event center space upstairs and if you can afford to host your event here I can promise you it’ll be a huge hit with your guests. Each room is beautifully decorated and there is a theme behind each room. Out of the three visits I can say that we will return, we hope though some quality or product changes are made as the restaurant settles in.

Such a beautiful place. It's at the back of a business park, and I didn't notice signs to help navigate to the restaurant, but I had navigation on so I may have missed them. With that said, I have to be honest and say that we were very disappointed with the food that we ordered. Again, visually everything looked fantastic. I mean Instagram worthy! We were excited to eat this beautiful food. However, that excitement faded quickly. We ordered the lobster roll, put roast quesadillas and a crab cake. To start, the lobster roll was fairly tasteless. At minimum it needed salt, but needed something more than that. As you can see, it was mostly chopped and didn't have that appeal if biting into a nice piece of lobster as I have experienced with others that I've eaten. The truffle fries were decent, but we were given the option of regular, truffle or sweet potato fries without the knowledge that there was an upcharge for anything other than regular. Next, the pot roast quesadillas. They were very "weird" tasting. I blame myself for not really thinking about what hot honey, which wasn't hot at all, would taste like with pot roast, but again, there was no real depth to the flavor of the pot roast and it was fairly bland. They really need to rethink this one. Finally, the crab cake😬. The shrimp and sauce on top was tasty for sure. However, the crab cake itself was also not great. In the end, we didn't eat the quesadillas or the crab cake and ordered a pizza, to be safe. The pizza was ok. Even though the only food we ate was 1/2 a lobster roll each, and a bite each of the other two items, and some fries, we didn't have much of an appetite afterwards. I didn't take a picture of that. The Manager did come over and took those two items off the bill, but that was it. 🤷🏻 I've driven past this countless times, with the excitement building to go there when it wasn't super busy. The 3 stars are for visual appearance, the kindness of the waitress and I guess the beer.

First time at this new Place. The building is magnificent! Very much a grand place, huge bar and seating, very impressive. The menu was a diverse choice of traditional pub style choices. We had a table of 4 and everyone liked their food choices. we each had a beverage from the bar, i ordered the Lager, was told they were out of that and several others??!! Then our waitress came back to the table and surprise they had more. Tried it, it was good. everyone else enjoyed their drinks. We sat in the "Kelly" room, with large windows and high ceiling. The acoustics are terrible, the room was full for lunch and we had a very difficult time hearing the conversation at my table it was so loud. Burger I had was good, nothing special, it was warm and cooked correctly, not hot, like it was done and waiting in the window to be served. Fries were cold, definitely were out of the fryer for some length of time.

Employee morale at an all time low here, ventured to this place with some friends from out of town. The employees were all extremely rude to us. We spent a lot of time and money here. The place from the outside looks beautiful but the staff, is a different story. Hoping they can work on keeping their staff happy. Listened to a woman say to us " we hate you guys". How kind. Won't be going back here, ever. Food was mid.

Arrived at NYBP OP around 6:45 pm on 8/24. We chose this location after recommendations from friends and family. We were celebrating our 6th Anniversary. Wasn't very crowded, and chose to seat ourselves on the Brewery side. First we ordered drinks and appetizers (wings and fried pickles) My wife ordered a barbecue burger and I ordered the "Hoboken" chicken sandwich. Appetizers came out pretty quick, almost too quick to be honest, but not a problem. Our burger and sandwich took quite longer. Approximately 45 min we were served "our" food except it was another table's food. No big deal, we understand mistakes happen. We alert the server and she takes the food away. About 15 min later we receive the right food served by the manager, and an apology for the mix-up. He offered us a free drink as well. Everything looked great, and then my wife realized she read the menu wrong and that there were mushrooms on the burger. Totally our fault, she overlooked it and was a mistake. When manager asked what was wrong we explained we messed up the order and that we would just take our original burger in a to-go container and of they could just make another one without mushrooms we would be fine. The order was in, crisis averted, and we waited for the 2nd burger, approximately 20 minutes, which I'm not saying is an abnormal time at all. Was totally expected. However the new food came out to us in a To-go container. My wife was put off by this as if we were being rushed out and we decided to just finish our drinks, pay and take our food (2 burgers) home. So not really the most ideal anniversary dinner, actually kinda sucked especially because of the way the last burger was just given to us in a box to go. Our bill was fine, $130 night for 2 people. If we were to return again we may just come for drinks but definitely not on a special occasion or for food. I guess there's always next year.

It was okay. The building is so large and beautiful. It seems like it would be a nice event venue. The food wasn't great. No substitutions are allowed, so you get what you get with your meal. The clams were not really cleaned well, one wasn't open, and they were just served with some butter and a couple slices of lemon, nothing special. We didn't get plates with the appetizer for sharing. I felt like we were being a bit rushed, our server kept coming over and asking if we needed anything, then the check was dropped off without a word, no thank you or offer of dessert. There are better places to go to eat in the area and I probably won't be recommending this one. There is much room for improvement.

The food wasn't very good. No flavor, everything was bland. The fries said fresh cut but they definitely are just frozen, supposedly the box says fresh cut when they buy them. I wouldn't go back.

The inside of the building is really nice and well decorated. I got the pomegranate margarita and a rum drink and both were pretty sweet. The rum drink was particularly sweet and very coconut forward and the menu didn't mention coconut. We got mozzarella sticks, truffle fries and wings. The mozzarella sticks initially really excited me but neither of us cared for the crust. The truffle fries were cold, undercooked, and underwhelming. The wings were good. The prices are a little steep for the quality of food and cocktails. Our service was okay.

Went for Mother's Day brunch and the food was laughably pitiful. I've eaten at better Denny's. The portions were tiny for $23, and the ham was incredibly dry. Service was horrible too- missing a set of silverware, fruit, jam/butter for biscuits, and our server was at our table for such short periods that only the first of the issues was remedied. The mimosa was fine though. Who knows, maybe their regular menu is better. I'm not sure I want to try it though after this debacle.

Beautiful building, decent staff, great menu, terrible food. I’m sorry, I barely give reviews but I’m astonished that such a nice looking establishment is serving such garbage food. Sure the building cost over a mil, do yourself a favor and pay a good chef properly, 100k+ salary. Your business will boom. You will recoup your investment tenfold. It’s shocking to me, that people have money and don’t understand how to run a proper establishment. The menus nice, the execution, terrible. One of the worst meals I’ve had in recent memory. I’m not even joking, I’ve gotten better food from Crosby’s gas station. I literally can’t remember a place I was more disappointed by the food.

Rebecca Jacobs

Great atmosphere, service was not great for the price. My husband and I ordered one beer each, one pretzel app, and two entrees (Rice bowl salad and burger), took an hour and a half. My salad came out 10 minutes before our server came over for us to ask where my husbands meal was. He had to go check the kitchen and came back 5 minutes later to tell us that the kitchen had to remake the burger. Ended up waiting another 20 minutes. Then when it came time to pay the bill, no one apologized or offered a discount for the extended wait time until I asked to speak with the manager. Not worth the frustration.

Was really looking forward to my first visit at the OP NYPB location. I will say the food was tasty and portion sizes were nice, but overall I was very unimpressed. The main room was very echoey, making conversations difficult down the long tables (yes I understand it’s a brewery and that’s the style). The restaurant didn’t seem busy, as there were several tables clean and open at 6:05pm on 9/9/2025. After being sat at the table it took our server almost 15 minutes to take our drink order, drinks arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The server didn’t return, for another approximately 35 minutes, to take our meal order. 2 appetizer mozzarella logs ordered, which took approximately 20 minutes to hit our table and the entries showed up almost 50 minutes after ordering. I will say again, the food was very good, but that doesn’t outweigh the rest of the experience for me.

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but visiting NYBP was extremely disappointing after so many "we need to stop there!" conversations. The beer was watery, the food tasted like it was microwaved, and the vibe of the serving staff felt standoffish. The sense I get is that the management are aware that things aren't going great, and front line staff have given up trying to improve things. I hope to hear that things turn around soon, as the location and the design of the building was really appealing.

Actually kinda disappointed. I’ve eaten at the new locations over a handful of times now and every time it’s been great! I’ve even gotten lunch to go, today I’m left disappointed because I found out they took the loaded Parmesan chicken sandwich off the menu and that dish was AMAZING. Literal only reason I was coming but I ordered instead today the Buffalo chicken sandwich, I asked if I could sub the blue cheese for ranch and my bartender told me yes and so I asked for the sub and then no pickles or tomatoes. I also ordered a cup of loaded potato soup. I asked for this order “to go” as I was on my lunch break. My bill was 23.92 and I tipped 3.08, total 26.00. Not only did the kitchen staffed bring my food out as dine in and forgot my soup the bartender had to tell the other employee that it was “to go”and I ordered a cup of soup with it and what kind I got. So I waited an additional 5-10 I got my food to go in a bag and was on my way. I get back to my job and I open my take out box and I can immediately tell my sandwich was dry. So I look and of course there is no ranch or blue cheese dressing to be found. My regular fries were good at least. I’ve never tried the loaded potato soup before so this was my first so idk if it always this way but this is a very THICK “soup” and was mediocre at best from other loaded potato soups I’ve had in the area, it kinda tastes a little burnt. This was shortly after 12 in the afternoon at the Orchard park location. With the weather the place was pretty empty. I sat at the front bar and was the only customer there and they had only 2 or maybe 3 tables seated for lunch with 2-4 people at each table so they were not busy at all. $26.00 dollars to only be able to eat my fries and some mediocre “soup” is kinda crazy. I don’t see how there was such a terrible communication of my order from front of house to kitchen. Unfortunately if they don’t bring back the loaded Parmesan chicken sandwich I probably won’t be back after today.

I'll start with the positives. The venue is really cool and the service and beer are very good. Now let's talk about the food. It is very disappointing. The cheeseburger was tasteless with no seasoning that any good burger should have. The fries were ok but nothing special. My wife had the wings, medium. A fine crisp but zero flavor and the carrots looked they came out of an MRE. The food is a hard pass.

The only thing we liked was the tomato soup.. Do not order the brisket sandwhich!! I don't even know what it was because it so thinly sliced and the three slices didnt have any flavor. Both of our sandwiches were barely toastef. The worst part is the bartender didnt even recognize that we only had a few bites of our food and we didnt want to take the rest to go. The building is nice but I can only see myself going back for a drink.

My family ordered me a Mulberry St pizza to go toward the end of their dine-in meal. The pizza was so undercooked that the bottom dough was basically still raw and the cheese had absolutely no color. I’m sure this was a one off issue but it’s amazing that someone would package that up and send it off as a “quality made item” Seems like food quality is slipping as of recent. Not good.

Loud cafeteria style dining. Had fruit flys hovering around my dinner plate. Numerous regular flys hovering around waiters and bartenders heads. Some of the food was cold when brought to our table. Waitress was excellent. Other than that it was ok. Will not be eating there again.

I’m so disappointed. I’ve had dinner and drinks here before and had a great time. I came tonight with my friends that I haven’t see in months after driving 3 hours from Pittsburgh for Memorial Day weekend. We just came for drinks at 7 pm and my friends were already sat down with drinks and had not been carded. My boyfriend and I ordered drinks and they asked for our IDs which we gave them and she said we were good to go. She came back maybe 5 minutes later and said she actually had to scan our IDs in their system since they were out of state. So we gave our IDs to her and waited for about 20 minutes. When she came back she said I’m sorry I can’t serve you after scanning your IDs they wouldn’t load in our system. She didn’t offer us another drink or anything. She said her manager had also said we could not have drinks so I asked to speak with the manager. After another 10 minutes he came over for maybe 30 seconds and said sorry they didn’t come up in our system. No offer for a different order or any way to solve this issue. I would understand if it was actually a fake ID but I’m turning 24 in a week. I also wonder why they had to scan our IDs and didn’t even card my friends at all who were already served. My friends paid their bill and we left to go to another bar. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be going back.

Barely any vegan food here. Even the cauliflower wings and the fried pickles were not vegan. Wth was up with that? I ordered a simple impossible burger without their eggy roll and no cheese. They messed up my order TWICE. The taste ultimately wasn't that good, I cook impossible patty better at home. The fries were meh too.

Came here once on a slow day. I had a small wait, no biggie. The food was delicious. A couple of weeks later, here Friday night. Told 45 minutes to get a text. Waiting I the car for 1 hour finally decide to go in and sit in the waiting chairs and I see new customers without texts get seated before us. I see the chick that told us 45 minutes keeps looking at us but nothing. I'm now at Red Robin now with my food hour and half later, and still no text! NOTHING I HATE MORE THEN MY TIME WASTED. done with this place . Shame.

Alexey Velichkevych

Barely 20 minutes after sitting down, I was already offered a to-go box — which clearly felt like a polite way of telling me to leave. On top of that, the food was awful and not worth the price at all. Being rushed out while eating bad food made the whole experience disappointing and unprofessional.

I paid $40 for the worst meal I have ever eaten at a restaurant. It was butternut squash ravioli . The ravioli had almost no flavor and the sauce tasted so salty it was hard to eat. Most of the people including me got sick after eating here. I expected decent food from such a nice building and high price. I now realize this place is only good for beer and they serve very below average bar food. I didn’t try the beer but that must be the only reason they are still in business.

So disappointed in this locations food. Ordered the Cobb salad, like Ive done before at the Lockport location, but the chicken smelled so bad I couldn't eat it. Didn't get an apology from the waitress or offered of new chicken. I told her so that she could take it to the back and have management smell it just to make sure that other chicken in the back wasn't spoiled. Didn't want anybody getting sick. At Some point the manager found out and he graciously came to our table and said he would look into it. She already had brought us the bill and I already had paid (no comp on the salad) so he came back out with 2 $5 coupons. I had ordered 3 burgers for take out when I ordered so it's not like I didn't spend over $100. Manager was very nice but nobody said that they checked to make sure the other chicken was not spoiled in the back. I did take two bites so I was worried I might get food poisoning so I just wanted some reassurance that the chicken in the back had no issues but no one even talked about it. I'll definitely never go back to that location.

Look, I like NYBP in Lockport, so idk what happened at the hamburg location.. We ordered the wedge salad first. That came out absolutely smothered in dressing. It was just way too much for one salad. Next, we ordered 20 wings super extra extra crispy. The waitress even typed it in that way. Idk why it’s so difficult for a cook to leave the wings in the fryer for an extra 4 minutes… but they were absolutely NOT crispy what so ever. They were fatty and HUGE wings. Definitely pumped with hormones. They were not even good! They took them back and we were able to order something else. We got the cauliflower crust buffalo chicken pizza. Which should be good? Right? Wrong. First off… who puts the toppings UNDER the cheese??? And why is there 1Lb of cheese on each slice!!? I tried taking the cheese off and all the chicken and onion was stuck to it leaving just a dry burnt crust to naw on… Honestly I don’t think we will be coming back here again. The food just isn’t the same.. very disappointing.
