I ordered my food through grubhub. I did wait an hour and the food was delivered fresh and hot within that time frame. I would highly recommend, everything was great. I ordered the Sesame chicken and General Tso combination platter. I also got the Egg drop soup which was delicious. Thank you so much for the great food!
We got our food through Door Dash and it arrived hot and fresh. The sesame chicken and General Tso's chicken were on point. The veggie fried rice was very good as well.
Ordered from here Monday because i was in town visiting, I had a wonderful experience! Food was great 😌 very impressed with the quality. Delivery driver was courteous and efficient! Definitely would recommend.
I ordered takeout here aaaand it was incredible! No complaints, and I had leftovers for the next three days. Highly recommend the sweet and sour pork and the sesame chicken. Will order again if I ever get a chance.
Love the food, place nice to dine at, they added fun claw and toy games, quiet atmosphere.
Pleasantly surprised by this place! Service and food were at an all time high. Absolutely love the food here. So flavorful and authentic and great portion sizes. Highly recommend. Especially dine in! Became my favorite Chinese spot in the area after just my first visit.
After a long day of work and late flight arrival I decided to order some food. There are a lot of chinese restaurants close by but this restaurant offered the fastest delivery. Ordering here for first time. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken served with rice and the steamed dumplings, the portions were generous and the food was amazing. The chicken had lots of flavor and the rice was very delicious too. I really enjoyed the filling and texture of the dumplings and my egg roll. Enough sauce was sent and my yummy food arrived fresh and hot. If you are in the Orlando Airport vicinity this is a fantastic restaurant!
Super Delicious food and very friendly staff. I especially like their seafood dishes (shrimp, lobster) everything is seasoned nicely and tastes fresh! They also packaged their to go orders very well, by the time I got home my food is still very hot my house is about 30 minute drive from this place). All in all I'd recommend this restaurant.

BY FAR THE BEST CHINESE FOOD IN TOWN the amount of food they give you is enough to get stuffed. The flavors are perfect JUST EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS
I recently moved to this area and I had past this restaurant a few times. I ordered the General Tso Tofu, Spring Rolls and Vegetable Mei Fun! Everything was really yummy but the Mei Fun made me a little sick because I didn't realize it had egg in it and I'm mildly allergic to egg. It was all still very yummy though. I will definitely be back!

Ive been eating at this resurant for 18 years. It has always been clean.never the food is bad its always hot buffet looks great. Workers are friendly. Service with a smile. Its been open for 23 years. Everyone loves this place. The coment below is because they wanted free food after eating 7 plates of food. And only paid the bill after police was called and harrasing customers. Ive known this resturant for 17 years. None of what she said is true
Love it. I'm really picky with Chinese food because I love my chinos from new York. Their food style is very similar to that of the ones in new York . rice isn't hard after it gets cold. Flavor is good w everything I ordered . this will be my regular spot for take out.
The best food in Florida deliveries fast and quick especially Jason Jason is a great friendly person always on time always has time to talk for a few minutes and being very friendly he treats everybody to respect no negative energy at all He's a very happy person
Very delicious! The fried dog was exceptionally good and i enjoyed seeing all the cats they had locked up in the back. Going to have to try the deep fried hamsters next time! Yum!
I ordered the following: 1. I ordered the bo bo platter and guess what y'all... I didnt even bo bo afterwards..it was good. 2. I like the dragon roll. Never had anything like this. I guess eveything taste good when it fried. 3. I had the Mongolian pork. Good stuff. Next time ill get it with chicken. So far this the best American style Chinese/ Japanese food i had
This is my go to restaurant for Chinese takeout! I have ordered from Cheng’s 30 times in the last four years! They always get the order correct! My go to is the General Tao’s Chicken with Chicken Lo Mein is my go to meal! I also love the hit and sour soup!
This is the only chinese restaurant I will eat at. Been going here for 15+ years. The people, service is great they know mine and my husband order before we even say anything, over the phone the minute they here the order they know who we are. Exceptional service and customer interaction. I wouldn’t choose any other place it’s not the same. The place is very clean and well kept food is always fresh. It really makes me mad to come on here and see the negative comments posted that clearly are not true. I’m a restaurant manager and it’s really bad when people complain for things that is so stupid and make up lies to hurt someone’s business. If you can’t afford to eat out then don’t. Buffet is random they don’t put out everything it’s selected foods. And clearly if you eat more than 7 plates each pay for the food instead of making it look like the restaurant is bad and calling health department for no reason because you’re too cheap to pay for your meal. Sad pathetic people. We love this place and all my family and friends dine here wouldn’t change it.
The food is always good and on time
Fried rice is amazing. I always get the egg drop soup too. They are super nice and fast getting my order ready. Never had a bad experience.
As always, the food was perfect and on time. I place a order monthly for 10+ people and its always on point.
I realized I only feel compelled to leave reviews that I think deserve five stars; so I'll review chengs. Many Chinese food places make their food too sweet to compensate for poor ingredients. Chengs is no such place. Try their Sunday buffet for around 8 bucks to see for yourself that when you want to order in this is the place to go.
Great spot for Chinese food. My wife and I often get takeout. We've enjoyed their kung pao chicken, mushu pork, and soups quite a bit! Thankful they're open still during quarantine.
I absolutely love the food here! It's always great and portions are perfect!
Phenomenal!!! Recently, my husband and I ordered delivery. We got pork lo mein, general tso's chicken (with fried rice), egg roll, hot and sour soup, krab rangoon, and beef on a stick (we had a lot of left overs lol). Everything was made perfectly and I was really impressed. The general tso's chicken even had some spiciness which I enjoyed. This place is the best and I will definitely be ordering from here again
First time here, would DEFINITELY come back. We were in search of excellent egg foo young and really good wonton soup, especially the soup broth. We were extremely pleased. Owner’s son Chin could not have been more friendly or accommodating! Very good value for the money!
Hands down, the BEST Chinese restaurant in Orlando!! The rice is perfectly flavored, not dry, chicken is delish!delightful!! Juicy and so flavorful. I won't be ordering Chinese food anywhere else, but Cheng's!!
This is my go-to place. They don't skimp on your food. Service is great too. Not a long wait either
There are so many Chinese restaurants it's hard to know which to try. I'm very glad I chose this tonight. The bbq spare ribs were tender and had a sweet, tangy sauce. The steamed dumplings were delicious, as well as the dipping sauce. The shrimp in the happy family were jthe perfect texture and so sweet and juicy. Thumbs up 👍. Can't wait to try more dishes here.
I was looking for a place that serves a good crispy beef and this is it! Their Orange Beef is fantastic! Ordered carry out and it was ready in 10 minutes. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside, next time I may just dine in. I was very happy with my meal, and will definitely be back again and again and again!
Their buffet goes CRAZY. Like its so damn good. no joke. The service is good and the rice and chicken is amazing. The buffet is around lunch time after 11 or 12 amish but the thing that really blew away was the FRIED SHRIMP. i dont know what they put in that batter but its superrr good. Its perfectly seasoned and its cooked to the T. Great food.
I have been ordering from here for over a decade and the food is consistently good and delivered faster than they promise. I love this place and i will be ordering from them for another decade. Interior is a step above most other chinese takeaways, so dining in is a nice time, too.
Friendly staff. Good quality food. I always get the chicken with mixed vegetables which is very good. The fried chicken wings aren't that good. Fried rice is ok. White rice is very good. I feel its better than your normal Chinese food restaurant.
Best wonton soup in Orlando. My favorite entrees are garlic beef or shrimp, BBQ spare ribs, their Bourbon chicken is also very good. I also really like their house fried rice (with Chicken, Pork, & shrimp). Although I often switch the chicken for beef. If you order a big take out meal, they'll include donuts for desert (I think over $30 but can't recall). Lunch buffet during the week with a drink about $5. Food is always good. Taste is consistent and the service is quick. I wish I still lived close enough for delivery, but I still dont mind going to pick it up.
Ordered half orders of vegetable lo mein and egg fried rice. The food was excellent and the portion sizes were enough to last for several meals. 5/5 This is my first and only review of a restaurant. The prices and quality were so good that I felt compelled to leave a review

The almond chicken dish is very fresh, crunchy celery and carrots. The best steamed to dumplings I've ever had in my life!!
Best Chinese food on the 32822 zip code area! Come visit my man Liwei and let him sit you down and tell you was good. Everytime I come here weather it is for pick up or sitting down to eat I always leave happy and satisfied. I’ve been coming here for 5yrs straight and never will change my Chinese restaurant
I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for five years they are the only ones ( near me) that put egg and bean sprouts in shrimp fried rice and they are not greasy and they deliver fast. Always nice when I call and affordable.
We order here about once or twice a week, every single time we order the food is really consistent, which is refreshing. The food always tastes very good and FRESH(seafood does not taste frozen or questionable) which for me, and I'm sure most people, is important. The staff there and especially the delivery driver is always very polite and professional. It's everything you could want in an Americanized Chinese restaurant. I'm not sure if the other reviewers went to the wrong place or what, but we have lived in Orlando for a long time and it's one of the best in the area. Pretty good sized menu and options, good food, good people, decently priced, and doesn't disappoint.
I have been coming here for years and they never disappoint! 🤌
Best delivery, very polite, good food
Good size portions, got a half order of orange chicken and white rice and it was so much I can’t imagine a full order. Steamed dumplings are AMAZING! Delivery was faster then ETA and hot/fresh on arrival 👌🏼
I give Cheng's a five star! All meals I've ordered have been on point. I love spice in my chicken and broccoli, my husband loves brown sauce with his egg foo young and we especially love that they don't add carrots and peas to their fries rice!! We're from up north and it's as close to New York Chinese food as you can get. Customer service is awesome, if something's not right they will happily make it right for you.
Haven't ordered from them since the pandemic Ordered sesame chicken and egg foo young and they were the best every Portions are incredible!!! Excellent and they give you fortune cookies!!!
I moved down to Orlando from San Francisco, I have been on the search for authentic chinese food to fulfill my craving of finding anything that could come close. After several attempts... I wish I found this place sooner. Let me first start with complimenting the soups and saying thank you for the great portion and great price you can taste the quality because everything is made from scratch. The shrimps I were given were jumbo sized which all the other places I have been to have been tiny. The fried rice I will be picking up regularly as well amazing quality and i felt like I got my moneys worth.
Ordered some food and it arrived fresh and hot. On top to that, the food was delicious. I got Orange chicken, wings and ribs with pork fried rice. Everything was delicious and would order again! Definitely go check them out.
Lo mein and fried rice absolutely delicious and fresh. Last time I ate here I was a teenager. my dad used to order for us alll the time. I am 32 now and decided to try it again and taste just the same.
Great rice, great sesame chicken, great egg drop soup , will come back, good size for lunch specials

I really like the food. But a bit pricey. I have to admit I am from New York and they have half chicken with pork fried rice. The rice is not full of fillers like peas and carrots. Theirs have eggs, bean sprouts, green onions and water cheatnut just like fried rice from up in NY. I give it thumbs up.

Consistently terrible. This was a great place a couple years ago. I can't tell the difference between the vegetable fried rice and the chicken fried rice as there's nothing but rice. New management??? Not sure but never again.
Stuck in hotel in Orlando on Christmas due to flight cancelations. This restaurant was the only bright spot in what was a terrible situation. The food was delivered hot and fresh. Everything we order was really good. Would eat here again for sure. Krabmeat Rangoon Moo Shu Pork Happy Family House Special Fried Rice
I love the food. Only Chinese restaurant in Orlando I like. Only one complaint. Whether I order delivery or pick up they always forget to include the egg roll with the lunch special. My husband really wanted his egg roll.
Cheng's food is Amazing. Jason the delivery man is such a pleasant person, extremely courteous, friendly and always on on time. I always get my food Hot. However the host or the man that answers the phone is very rude, unprofessional, and down right nasty. Its a miracle how he is still there holding that job. Other than having to deal with him Chengs is great and Jason is the best! Happy eating Yall!
The food was good. Had the shrimp and lobster sauce which was tasty but the egg roll was disappointing. The vegetable fried rice was good but not what I expected. There is no table service due to renovations. Not the best time to dine in.
I'm having their take out for the first time now and I'm very impressed with the amount of food I received and the delivery guy was really nice. At first I was turned off when I said "good afternoon" to the hostess and she said "yes" but she warmed up with the conversation. I ordered Cashew chicken platter w/ Veggie fried rice(sub for pork fried rice) and the veggies look super fresh and crispy. Thank God there is not batter all over the chicken. I also ordered fried donuts and got 10! I mean that's enough for a party. I have not tried my spring roll, shrimp roll or egg drop soup but all seems well. My total was about $16.89 for everything. The delivery has to be over $15 which was a bother as I am use to $12 for Chinese but that was 2 years ago. I would recommend them and eat here again. Now back to the food!
I ordered thru Uber Eats. The pictures look much better than what it is in person. I tried ordering other 4 dishes before and there were not available. The lomein barely had any vegetables, was pretty much just pasta. The rice noodles were good but seemed little I expected it would be much better.

I'll give it a 3 to 3.5 star rating. I found it average, but ok. The menu is large, online ordering is convenient, and the delivery driver was quick and polite. It seems people here in FL don't really know what good Chinese food is. The only place I've found in Orlando thus far that is very good Chinese food is Ming Court on International Drive. With that being said, Cheng's is the next best I've found in this city. I'll never understand why Chinese food in FL is at a sub standard level compared to up north, but I guess that's just the way it is. So, in closing, it's not bad at all, but if you're used to good chinese food from up north, it won't quite meet your expectations.
The food is pretty good. I've been ordering from them for almost 4 years now and I never ever had a problem. Quick and fast when I order for take out. Good Customer Service. 3334 #7
Pork fried rice was tasteless 3 tiny pieces of pork. The egg fu Yung was mostly lettuce or bok choy. It tasted nasty. Google prices though
To say that this restaurant has gone downhill is an understatement. Aside from the quality of the food, even a staple like pork fried rice is bland and soulless. They have now also gone to serve quart sized orders in small round containers and only half filling them. I just picked a large Mongolian chicken. This basically consisted of approx 10 thin slices of chicken with a half of a yellow onion. The portion inside the round container was small enough that it fit inside the white rice pint size container. They have lost my business for good.
This was an incredibly bad experience. The restaurant was very poorly maintained and there were serious hygiene issues. It looked like no attention had been paid to cleanliness. The wait time was a major problem — I had to wait about 50 minutes after placing my order. The staff were also very indifferent and unhelpful. I have rarely seen such a disorganized and careless establishment. I definitely do not recommend it.
This restaurant used to be really good , but lord have mercy, the portions are small and smaller, the taste of the food 🥴 well... We have the shrimp and lobster sauce 🙅🏽♀️ don't even try just 5 regular shrimp 🍤 with the most nasty and weird sauce look the picture, I have to rinse my shrimp and put home seasoning to made edible, the ribs and wings are okay just the ribs having a weird taste kind of 🤔 like bad meat but it could be the red sauce that they used.

I always order the shrimp chow mein and looks taste like he came from a can of la choy needs boy choy cerely onions and sauce very disappointed need to find a different place after all these years
First time. Probably last. To expensive. Pepper steak with 6 pieces of steak and 2# of pepper. Crab Rangoon with sour taste. Sesame chicken cold and slimy. Plain fried rice looked like congri rice. Why 2 stars? Because egg roll was good and driver nice
The food was okay. I ordered shrimp tempura sushi roll and I was bummed the mayonnaise was all over the top of the sushi (I never had sushi like that) the online ordering was confusing because I ordered 2 dinner plates and usually the rice comes in the same container as the meat but the rice was packaged separately and the dinner orders were not for 1 person (as I expected) . I ordered the 4 wings and pork fried rice meal and placed an extra order of wings on the side, once we open the dinner plate there was about 8 wings with the rice making it more than enough. Maybe the online ordering can be fixed.
Chengs is interesting. It knows what it does, and it does what it knows. It knows cheap Chinese food. But man is it bad. I'm no stranger to cheap take out, no complaints here. But for this quality? I'll stick to frozen pizza. And yes, I'm fully aware "quality" isn't the first word that comes to anyone's mind when they think of chinese takeout, but cheng is a special case. The dumplings were falling apart, and tasted incredibly doughy (coming from someone who loves doughy) The chicken tasted... metalic? Not even sure how that's possible but chengs did it. Overall would not go back, but again, they did what they said. Cheap Chinese takeout
I ordered a combination of pepper steak and they only put in 6 pieces of steak, the rest was all onion and green pepper... the good thing is they added plenty of rice, but I give it a 4 out of 10
Asked for Sweet and Sour chicken and Sweet and sour Pork. The guy said that even though I am the customer he knows he packed it correctly, and said that the pork was chopped up with the rice. So 9$ for pork when I paid 9.55$ for rice? So basically 9$ for 10 small poeces of chopped up pork. Nice one! Had to cook the chicken with the sauce and the chicken was straight cold and hard old chicken.
Spent over $100 on old nasty rice nasty chicken gross imitation food that tastes old. Called to get a refund and they said put all the food together so I did just that and it is all there right now and they told me a driver would be by for the food and a refund an hour ago. I just called and they hung up on me when I asked where the driver was but, driver did show up and pick up all the food uneaten besides a few bites and promised to return the full amount to the card my wife used. Will update once refund is properly returned as the food was checked before they took it back. Not saying they are bad people but, come on can’t serve this stuff and not have problems. I guess most people just take the loss but, not on an order of the size I had placed!
I usually go to Chen’s but wanted to try something new and I was very disappointed I ordered the sesame chicken and it was so tough and tastes like fish . Only at the rice which was still not good . Never will go again will stick with what I know and that’s Chen’s on goldenrod and it just smell really bad when you walk in just not a pleasant experience
Awful awful awful. Their food went from bad to worse. The first time I tried it I thought it was bad, however I was close by one night and decided to give them another shot. I wish I wouldn’t have!! I ordered fried scallops and fried rice which I thought would be a safe dish. Well I was charged $12 for imitation scallops and old rice. Save yourself the waste of money and try another place. The only reason they’re still in business is because it’s in a convenient location stays open later than most restaurants in the area. Trash!

Very rude . Bad customer service. They need to step it up with their customers. Food was dark and disgusting like they used that same oil for ever. Never again would I go there . Helpful tip:; public on Michigan and orange has the best Chinese food clean and good customer service.
One of the worst Chinese places to order from. I thought because it was a little pricey I would get some decent food but boy was I wrong. I ordered chicken wings and pork fried rice. The chicken wings looked like pigeon wings. The pork fried rice tasted all soggy and just the worst. To top it off I got a stomach ache for the little bit of food that I ate. This is my first ever review that I write because I felt the need to inform and warn you before you make the same mistake.
Have ordered Chinese food and has been very good. However I love sushi and decided to try...what a mistake. I tried to eat but threw it all out after one roll. The rice was awful slimy and chewy and terrible taste didn’t taste fresh will never try sushi there again it was really awful the worst I have ever had.
I don't think I've had a more disappointing Chinese delivery experience. Placed my order online, they then called me to clarify my request for extra crispy tofu (because that's SUPER confusing). More than an hour later the food arrives. The delivery guy, dressed in a white tank top and unzipped pants, leered at my chest and called me sweetheart. He also woke up the baby with his excessive knocking. The tofu was not crispy in the slightest (seriously, it's not that hard, just don't bread it with anything, straight up fry it until it's golden...then it doesn't get soggy from the steam in the container or the sauce, not rocket science), the egg drop soup was gloppy and flavorless, the crispy noodles were stale, the lo mein tasted like a Chinese market smells if that's even possible. UGH. Never ordering from Cheng's again.
I started going to Chengs because I read really good online reviews about them. I will not lie, their food is amazing. However my most recent experience has given me no other choice but to delete their phone number and look for another Chinese spot. It wa Easter Sunday. A lot of places were closed. I called Chengs at 5:13pm to place an order. The same lady who works the cash register at the front answered. I know it was her because her voice is very distinct. I was told it would be 45 min to an hour. 6:15 came and still no food. I gave them the benefit of the doubt being that it was a holiday and waited a few more minutes. 6:45, I call them. The same lady asks for my address and then tells me its on its way. It is now 7: 30 and still no food. When I call a third time to find out what's going on, the same lady tells me she does not have an order for me and she might have "skipped" my order. GOOD customer service would have been a guarantee that the order is going out FREE of charge. That was not the case. I kept being accussed of maybe calling "another" restaurant or maybe dialed a "wrong" number, even after she admitted that she might have "skipped" the order. For this reason and this reason alone I refuse to ever call them again. I told her I was very disappointed and would be deleting their number, and she was very flippant like she did not care. A good restaurant will OWN UP to their mistake. It was Easter Sunday and all I wanted was a meal to share with my partner and we ended up having to order Pizza, when we really wanted Cheng's Chinese. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from them again.
This is NOT authentic Chinese food I am from NYC and have had one of the best Chinese food ! The rice is NOT GOOD AUTHENTIC the beef is can’t even be chewed the low mein has way to much ginger ! They need to change the chef ! And the receptionist was really rude ! Last time I will ever order from here ..
After a long time coming here, almost a year, forming ongoing relationship 3-4 times a week. I unfortunately ended up in hospital this week. And These idiots wouldn't take my credit card over the phone to have a friend pick up large order of food for me. What fast food resturant don't accept credit card over the phone? If pizzerias and all sorts of others do.
I ordered from here twice since I moved in the area and last time I ordered 2 orders of Sesame Chicken and vegetable fried for me and my family and both chicken was dark not White Meat and smelled very bad as if it was rotten and made me vomit and left us in the morning and next day very sick. We will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN !
They are never friendly and their online ordering is very misleading. They won’t help you resolve their issues, they don’t wear hair nets at all, and just all around bad service
Called to place an order and was told that I’m banned from their place because I complained about something. I have never made a complain online or in person about them in my life. Until now. Absolutely insane
First off, they forgot to give all our online order so we had to go back for pickup again. The quality of their food is really bad. Fried rice was the worst I ever had. Boneless ribs are redder than beets and not sure what kind animal ribs it is! Forget even looking at it the next day. Here is my 2cents stay away stay healthy.
Food is subpar and the service is worse. When you call the person doesn’t ask for you name and is very very dismissive “is that it” like he was trying to win a rapid speaking contest. Doesn’t tell you the total just tells you the wait time and hangs up. When I get there they didn’t even give me a receipt for my order and when I asked for one he just said “there’s one on the bag” which isn’t a receipt it just tells you what you ordered. It makes me not want to order from them anymore and I’ve been going here for years. I don’t know if they’ve changed ownership but the new employees are 0/5. The food was Lukewarm and my lo mein had double the normal amount of soy sauce which made it very strong and unpleasant. The rice was gross. I won’t be coming back here.
We regret to order special rice. To be honest it was a big mistake because usually we order from China Chef Chinese Food at Winter Park. They do know how to serve the Special fried Rice with steak and fresh shrimp, eggs, pork. This order is less amount, less shrimp, no steak, no pork, a few chicken and a lot of onion. Disappointed. Never again I will order here. Ahh, less quality and $10 more expensive than China Chef Chinese Food at Winter Park.
AWFUL, AWFUL PEOPLE!... Their food was actually quite good, but they're incompetent and rude as can be. First time we ordered from them their website said the delivery would take 45-60 minutes, but they only got here after around 80 minutes and a phone call. When I called them, they were so rude that when the "lady" asked me "do you want the food or not!?" I simply said "NO!". Then, 15 minutes after the phone call, their delivery boy knocked on my door and asked me if I wanted the food or not. Since it looked like he had gotten in trouble with his boss I decided to take the food, even though they had already messed up my whole day and had to eat in a run because I had an appointment. IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, me and my gf decided to give them another chance because their food was quite good, but to our surprise when we called to order, they were even more rude than last time, asking if we "are gonna want the food or not" because they had marked us from last time. The "lady" on the phone practically insulted me, when she should have been at least a tiiiny bit grateful that I decided to take their cold food from last time and re-heat it, so that they didn't lose money. In conclusion, if I was judging the food alone I'd probably give them a 3.75 stars. But their horrible service and manners just earned them a 1 star, and that's only because the system doesn't allow me to give them ZERO stars.
I ordered sesame chicken and bourbon chicken, but only received one portion of rice.
Picked up here for the first time and unfortunately the last. Got a few dishes and the only thing edible was the chicken wings. Phad Thai was rotten tasting, stir fry tasted odd and spring roll was soggy. Don’t recommend.
Major ripoff. I opened my house special chow mein to find 2 shrimp and 2 or 3 scraps of chicken and the rest of my large order was plain noodles. My fried rice had a few more shrimp than the chow mein but there were scarce niblets of pork around the top. The veggies in both dishes were practically raw. Absolutely the worst asian restaurant i have ever been to. Oh and even though my girlfriend and i ordered 2 dishes we only got 1 fortune cookie. I advise you avoid this establishment however, should you decide not to heed my warnings at the very least check your meal before you leave the store I've had better food at Mcdonalds on the dollar menu
I hate posting bad reviews but in situations like these I feel it must be done. The food was terrible! Ordered Singapore Me Fun and General Tso Platter. Singapore was very, very, very salty and I could not eat more than 3 bites! Surprisingly enough the Pork Fried Rice in the platter was laking in salt and flavor tasted like eating plain white rice. The General Tso tasted like a blend of Orange Chicken and Spare Ribs, nothing like General Tso is supposed to taste, and the meat was chewy. Last but not least the egg roll literally seemed to only contain cabbage no meat or anything else. I am Extremely disappointed in this food. I threw up the small amount I ate and the rest was thrown out. I will never eat from this place again. When I asked for a refund I was told that no one else has complained so I will not be getting one!
food is terrible. Taste very cheap. I mean the price is ok but you definitely get what you pay for. You know that food that you keep in your freezer for a long time and finally rediscover it and decide to warm it up again and it tastes terrible? Yeah that’s the taste. Side note what type of Chinese restaurant serves sushi?
Totally grossed out by cook assistant picking a bandaged wound or burn with his fingers while sitting at a table in front of me and other patrons. I tried to discreetly tell the waitress about it and she proceeds to tell me NO. Well at least the manager apologized and assured me he would wash his hands before carrying more food out, By that time my food wasn't sitting so well. No appetite for cheap Chinese food that wasn't that bad, not great either, poor hygiene and lying waitresses.
The delivery took and hour and ten minutes the driver yell insults at my child who answered door about a tip I was in bathroom but he was so loud I could hear him through window so I told him I was in bathroom and would be right out he continue to yell insults and cursing at my son while he left and my child was just standing looking at this big grown man insults him using foul language
Beef chow mein was all been sprouts, no noodles. Very little beef. Portion was generous for the cost. A lot of bad food is not better than a honest portion of good food. The inside of the restaurant is falling apart and makes you question the condition of the kitchen. This unfortunately will be my last visit. It used to be a great spot for a quick lunch. Staff is friendly.
Got a delivery order through door dash. Pork low mein was old, noodles and meat were mushy. The fried rice was super old as well. I think they pull orders from buffet, which is prob old as well as it has been when I've eaten it in the past. Food here isn't good at all and Ill be er order again
Steamed dumplings had no flavor ! Egg rolls horrible! Beef n broccoli was ok . Nothing great , the wonton chips were so stale, hard as a rock ! So dissatisfied! NEVER AGAIN ! Threw it all out!
Completely bland, NO taste. I ordered chicken and broccoli combination plate and pan fried dumplings. The roast pork fried rice had about 10 little pieces of tasteless pork. The chicken was bland, the sauce was bland. You see the trend here? The dumplings were bland. Even the egg roll was bland. No taste. Don't waste your time or money here. If the system would allow zero stars, I'd give it that.
