A food hall and a market (what a great idea). Since Hawaii (where we saw this kind of establishment and love it), now we can drive and experience the food and drinks and get to bring home some goodie’s. Food is fresh and delicious, from Vietnamese to Chinese to Japa nese… all of your senses are going to be happy from sweet to savory to spicy to cold and hot and in between, your brain-mouth-tummy are going to be happy. Next time you’re visiting Orlando (FL) stop by and try some of the food and (let me know how you like it) enjoy!!

Mills Market has such a great variety of options! Everything looked amazing, but my favorites were the Banh Mi Boy and the Uni Girl—both super flavorful and unique. The quality and creativity here really stand out. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

I decided to check this place out because I've heard quite a bit about it. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but they still had some really great options. I think it's definitely worth giving it a try!

Today I tried Banh Mi Boy for the first time and I’m so glad I finally got to try it! I ordered the Banh Mi Boy special and it was so delicious, I would definitely recommend it. The service and staff were so friendly too :)

mills market is so good! all of the vendors are so good in their own ways and deserve all the love. one of my all time fav places for food in orlando.

Crowded! But yummy. I need to come back and try more goodies. This time I only had the strawberry sando but next time I’ll be trying more🍙☺️ I wish they had onigiri easy to pick up and grab like they had the Sandos. That would make things so efficient! Update; The onigiri is the best. I want to try every single onigiri. 🍙 I also had the whole roasted duck. 🦆 it’s delicious and melts in your mouth. It’s bursting with flavor and extremely juicy. I generally don’t like squid or octopus but somehow I loved the fried squid they serve here. The banh mi boy roasted duck is OK. I saw a lot of people ordering lemon grass chicken. Is that the crowds favorite? What a great way to enjoy eating a variety of food.

Loved this place! Food and drinks were great! This place was busy during lunch rush, and there were many options of food to choose from.

I had such a great experience at Mills Market! This Asian market is a true hidden gem. Not only do they offer a wide variety of authentic products and groceries, but the food they serve is absolutely delicious. I tried a few dishes, including the dumplings and stir-fried noodles, and everything was full of flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients.

We got there about 10:30, got the bakery stuff, then waited until 11:00 to get food. We tried the honey pork bao and honey BBQ chicken wings from the first stall, and they were both really good! Then we waited until 12:00 when Uni Girl opened and tried a few of those; they were delicious 😋

Mills Market is an amazing food hall in Orlando where 3 out of their 6 eateries have MICHELIN Guide designations: 2 MICHELIN Guide Bib Gourmand eateries (UniGirl and Bánh Mì Boy) and 1 MICHELIN recommended eatery (Kai Kai BBQ & Dumpling), all conveniently located next to each other.

Asian food hall that's serves wonderful Chinese BBQ, banh mi, Japanese curry and others.

Great food. Small place. Could use some major cleaning. Table situation is an issue during the weekend. Service is as expected for a busy Asian place.

What an amazing little discovery! Authentic Cantonese & Vietnamese cuisine all gathered in one spot. The toughest part of this food adventure - was deciding which vendor to eat at... not to mention the bakery items, neatly wrapped & waving at you as soon as you walk through the door (well, they were waving at me... yes, all of them... darn you, delicious-looking pastries....) I shall have to return... after a trip to the gym... and a stern lecture from my personal trainer....

Love the food selections, the onigiris, curry, bahmi and meats are really good. Really good asian market with selections of pastry you can buy on the side. It also has delicious dessert stand with my favorite matcha ube latte

My first time in Orlando and discovered this small collection of Asian restaurants in a type of dining hall including a Michelin bib banh mi place, Vietnamese bakery and another that sold onigiri. Very unique and seemed like a happening scene. Drove through neighborhood next door, Lake Eola Heights, and admired the unique architecture of the homes.

Mills Market is absolutely spectacular! It’s the kind of place where you can wander around and find so many different spots to enjoy all sorts of Asian flavors. From savory bites to sweet treats, there’s always something that will catch your attention. The variety makes it perfect for going with friends or family since everyone can find something they love. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. If you’re a fan of Asian food or just love discovering new flavors, this is definitely a place you have to visit!

Second time there and we just popped in for the Saigon Snow and the market. Parking was a bit crazy, as usual, but good. The line was fast to get Saigon snow and it was worth every minute of waiting. The market also had all the best options still available and great prices. Overall can be a bit hectic but that’s what makes it feel more authentic. It’s an awesome spot with so many options

Wonderful little place, lots of variety. My coffee-enthusiast friends really loved the coffee, and we allllll enjoyed the food from multiple places in there. Wish I lived closer, we will be coming back here whenever we come back through the area. Reasonable prices for what you're getting. Plenty of seating. You can always tell how authentic the Asian food is by how many Asian people fill the seats, and I'd say that was at least 90% of the people in there. Just saying.

We loved the Mill’s Market. Clean and fun place. Food was great. Had the best Bahn Mi and Fresh Summer roll we ever ate hands down. Some of the pastries were amazing. Although, I wasn’t keen on the Japoanese Sandos—the cream was not real cream and had an oily mouth feel— like Crisco/Cool Whip. I wished they had used real whipped cream on that and the ube cream roll. But the other pastries —like the Sesame pastry and Taro mochi Bun were amazing. Can’t wait to have to go back!

Food court style, different stalls inside the place. You should definitely try Cowboy Curry, it’s a simple Japanese beef curry but you can add different toppings and the service is great compared to the others. Kai Kai was mid. Onigiri was mid but the we only tried one kind. They have different flvors

Mills Market is an awesome experience - yes experience. It's a combination of several food booths and a small market. We picked up several pastries from the market and dined at one of the food booths. We went on a Sunday and people were lined up for some of the booths at 11:30 that did not open until noon. We skipped those booths. Pros: * Great market to pickup pastries and a small assortment of asian inspire food items * Great assortment of food vendors Cons: * Parking - there is a small lot in the back * Seating - there is limited seating. We took our food to go and drove down the street to Lake Eola and ate while sitting on the edge of the lake.

The atmosphere feels very authentic, not sure to where but its inviting. There's 6 different small restaurants inside and each handles its own specialities. The Banh Mi & Fresh Rolls were delish. Dim sum was ok. The japanese curry restaurant was very good too. Onigiri was prepared fresh and awesome too. Vietnamese iced coffee with sesame foam hits all the right notes. When we went there was a lady with a cookie booth and after sampling some we wanted to buy a lot of them although our stomachs were only good for about 2. We came back for dinner and that tells the rest of the story if you are still reading.

Perfect and busy place to go to if you want to try several different foods here. The curry was okay, the onigiri was delicious, the banh mi was also good, but the Chinese food was the best. The pork belly was delicious as well as the Char sui pork. Would definitely come here again.

While researching food spots for our upcoming trip to Orlando, I discovered this hidden gem on social media. I was initially skeptical, having had a disappointing Asian food experience in the city the previous time. However, Mills Market is definitely worth a visit. My partner and I shared a two-meat and rice combo from the HK BBQ spot inside, along with two refreshing drinks from Bánh Mì Boy. The drinks were both perfect and unique, while the meat and rice combo was an absolute delight. The portions were just right, with the charsiu and honey chicken incredibly juicy and tender. Mills Market offers a wide variety of Asian dishes, especially Vietnamese, making it a great place to satisfy any cravings. The only downside is the price, which might be a bit steep, especially considering Orlando’s overall cost of living. Perhaps it’s also because it’s a popular downtown spot, thanks to social media. I imagine it’ll be very busy during lunch rush, and it might be hard to find seating. Plus, the limited parking in the lot doesn’t help.

An Asian food hall was definitely needed! We love the vendors here! Previously we’ve had oni girl, but today we had Kai Kai and our lives were changed! Incredible dish with juicy and tender pork. At the banh mi place, we got delicious drinks - Thai tea and sugarcane juice. Another great afternoon well spent at Mills!

Passing through Orlando and wife found this hub for Asian Eats thru TikTok! Was a bit busy/crowded but well worth the wait. We went to Kai Kai Bbq & Dumplings and ordered the 3-meat rice box with bbq chicken, crispy pork and roast duck; Chinese Sausage Fried Rice and roast duck bao. Food was delish and would come back here next time in town! Highly recommend!

What a great place! I’ve been wanting to come here for a while, being in Jax. Tried a couple of places here and everything was terrific. It is a tight space and gets packed quickly. I definitely recommend getting here early to find parking or to get a table and a chair to sit. Some places don’t open till later, but it’s worth the wait. I need to make the drive back up and try more of the stands in here.

This is the NEATEST Place!!! If you enjoy trying new things and different foods, please come here!! It’s small and there is limited seating (you have to just take turns or whatever) but, still worth it! We just chowed down in our car and went back for other stuff! You gotta try their Duck, the Sugar Cane Drink and the Snow Dessert 😋 Yum!!!!

The Mills Market was a great experience. All of our food was delicious. There’s 4-5 different stands at the market. We ordered from Kai Kai and uni girl. Everything we got was really tasty. There are also different pastries and things to purchase. The market could benefit from more seating as it is a small place with limited seating and gets very busy. Therefore, it is important to have someone in your party snag a table if you want to sit to eat. I also found the place to be a little warm inside. I recommend checking it out.

As much as I used to enjoy shopping at the market that was this place's predecessor, I've really come to enjoy the newly reimagined Mills Market. The food choices are excellent, the place is clean, and just downright fun.

This place is a must if you are into good food and in the Mills area near downtown Orlando. It has multiple places to choose from. Kai Kai and Unigirl are my personal favorite! There is also a little market there where they sell to-go or quick drinks, desserts, pastries, and sandwiches. Last night we grabbed a Ube flan and OMG…delicious. Try it out

Howwww I just found out about this place after 9 years in Orlando?!?!? Absolutely amazing ! Lots of options, fair prices and everyone was super nice, helpful and attentive! Food - Kai Kai I had singapore rice noodle that its a very thin noodle with shrimp, pork and chicken *Ask for their sauces and spices Soooo tasty! Loved it Then I had the Vietnamese ube coffee ! Strong coffee with a real ube taste. The foam is a bit greasy but its okay. They have snow ice and it looks delicious too! There are so many options and asian stuff! They have exotic fruits and endless UBE options! Seating is limited and lines tend to be long, but its worth! Parking is a little chaotic so I recommend to park a bit away and just walk. I’m truly in love with this place and will be back for sure!!!!

Really enjoyed the Uni Giri. My kids are kind of picky but loved them. They also really enjoyed the dumplings at Kai Kai. They were out of the pork ribs but the other meats were good. I liked the roasted pork and the siu Mai the best. It's definitely crowded and parking can be challenging. I would recommend ordering ahead via Door Dash or one of the other food services if the lines are really long. It'll be faster than waiting to order at Kai Kai.

We hit this place and enjoyed several items from different shops. Uni girl was first and we grabbed a couple curry hash browns, chicken and a pork. Then we grabbed some dumplings from Kai Kai dumplings and BBQ. One order of shrimp, one order of chicken, and one order of pork. The spicy sauce was not too spicy. All was good, you just need to find a place to eat or scope out who might be getting ready to get up a go. The sushi spot was full and if you want to sit you need to get on the list and wait.

It might not appear on Google maps, but search Kai Kai BBQ. They are in this foodcourt and I had their steamed Honey BBQ bao buns (it's also where you pay for the plastic and shram wrapped buns). They serve two bao and are between small-medium sized. The filling was savory but on the dry side, maybe having a bit more juicy pork filling and sauce would be an improvement. I also got the plastic wrapped pork bun that came with tightly balled pork and a hard boiled egg, and pork floss bun that has a sweet top with sweat eggy sauce. They were good but I'm not a fan of the tightly balled meat in the pork bun and the pork floss was not too spectacular. Ill definitely want to give the Ube filled buns a try next time or just stick with the made-to-order food instead. This location is great and has other yummy establishments.

What a great Asian food court! Best Bhanmi I’ve ever had. Many booths have Michelin guide and it lives upto the hype. Chinese place was authentic and price were all reasonable. It's a food hall w general seating - not fine dining. It's great ; great selections at multiple very solid providers. If your out for Asian give this place a look; Korean BBQ, Japanese curry, sushi and more. Dessert was good too.

Ended up at this place because Moa Kia was not open on Sunday for some reason. Parking at Mills Market is a nightmare. Also the AC inside was not working properly. They definitely need more seating. Despite all that, it’s a really amazing experience. I went for the Cowboy Curry but also got food to go from Kai Kia. So much to try. I want it all. I’ll definitely be back to be even more adventurous with the offerings. I’m hopeful the AC will be working correctly or the temperature and humidity are better outside.

Such a fun market with so many options and really fun touches. It is very clean and well organized. I had no problem finding people to help me when I was looking for a specific Bean bun. They have a fun dress-up photo booth and a claw machine which I happen to win a fuzzy little monster keychain from. I got a strawberry bun, mochi, amazing flan, and the the best mooncake that I've ever had. There's a lot of dining options here as well as a store that unfortunately was closed at the time but peeking through the window it looked like it had some really unique items. You should definitely check it out.

Good variety of Asian foods. Very busy, not very much seating available. The ones they did have were bistro style very high or tiny metal chairs. And a couple of booths were sold out of food by 2pm. They open at 11am. So basically get there early.

The Bottom Line 🎯 Mills Market succeeds where many food halls fail by maintaining authentic flavors while creating an accessible, comfortable environment for newcomers to Asian cuisine. The proximity to Universal Studios makes it an ideal alternative for theme park visitors, while the quality and variety ensure repeat visits from locals. Mills Market delivers an exceptional combination of authenticity, value, and convenience that makes it a standout destination in Orlando's competitive dining scene. Plan your next Universal visit with a Mills Market stop included.

Good variety of Asian foods. Very busy, not very much seating available. The ones they did have were bistro style very high or tiny metal chairs. And a couple of booths were sold out of food by 2pm. They open at 11am. So basically get there early.

Tried this Mills Market which is a big room with a combination of different stands kinda like a food court, marketplace, or conglomerate. Food was decent nothing to brag about, but I must worn everyone on the very poor Ac/Air circulation and only 2 1 stall restrooms. 1 last thing is parking is very limited.

This place reminds me of a food court but all Asian food ..! They have several places to choose from for food and desserts. It’s not open very late, so I suggest trying it early. One food stand sold out early..I went to Kai Kai and got the roast duck steam Boa. I think they could’ve put more filling inside but they tasted ok ..

I grew up in Orlando in the 80s and 90s and remember when this space was a grocery store. They've done a lot with this space and the remodel us amazing. When we walked in it felt like the Asian food court in the Ala Moana shopping mall in Hawaii. While the idea is amazing and it's making Asian food more accessible to everyone, I think the tradeoffs werent with it to us. Two of the stalls weren't open but people were prepping for a pop up. The banh mi was good, but there are better options for better value in the area. I was a little disappointed at how long for the summer rolls to be made. While beautiful, it just took way too long. One major miss for us was the seating, theres only 2 normal height tables that sear 4 each. Not great for families with kids or elders. While this place brings a cross section of Asian food together in one place I don't think I'm the demographic they are targeting. Probably a younger, more social media connected, diverse group of people just entering into Asian cuisine. Worth a visit but for us, the trade off of speed and value for aesthetics and atmosphere aren't enough for a future visit.

Love you guys and everything this market brings for the community. However, the amount of hard plastic waste and non use of anything biodegradable is sad to see. Every little food item goes in those big bulky plastic containers, nothing is recycled. The trash bins fill up with all that plastic waste super quickly. Often there is food and rice crumbs on the floor due to the high volume of people in and out. Cleanliness isn’t the greatest. Please consider more paper or biodegradable items to use for food service. If I’m ordering summer rolls for example, I don’t need to have that big bulky plastic to eat it out of right there on site. It’s super wasteful. Otherwise love yall.
