After Popeyes refuses to cook chicken at 5:00 p.m. we went to Wendy's.  "Son of Baconator" on sale $3.00, it was great.

The young man that works the drive thru was so polite. The food was hot and fresh. I'm from Atlanta, so I see various forms of customer service and in my opinion, this is a great Wendy's. Customer service with a smile.

Just got the new fish sandwich today. And it is so crispy and so good, and it was made fresh, and I ordered a crispy tenders, and they made that fresh also 10 out of 10

This was the first time I placed a drive-thru order with an AI. At first I was thrown back a bit, but once I got the hang of it, I canceled the third order of chicken. I only wanted one. Otherwise, the food was great as always and fast service.

So I went through the drive-through, and it seems like the automated machine was programmed to speak spanish... I attempted to place the order, which I found hilarious, lol. The employees wasn't aware, it seems..minor....the lady that dealt with me was professional and delivered exceptional service. It's probably one of the best burgers I've had from Wendy's..baconator!!!!

Not my Wendy's choice. The reason for the stop. I was hungry. The hamburger literally came off the grill. I could barely hold and eat. I haven't had a Wendy's burger this hot and fresh since the late 70s. The fries were also fresh and hot. I don't know a fluke? I will not hesitate to stop in the future. The drawback: The Dr Pepper was a little flat.

The crew here is amazing! Especially Liam. He was very professional and courteous to me. Sometimes a little bit of kindness after a long day can mean the world to someone. I didn't like this place for a long time, but despite the downhill trajectory of many similar places, they've actually gotten better. Orders are fast and correct. Staff is friendly and seem well managed. Don't come to the drive thru in the rain, since the hurricane blew the rain cover around on its pole they've never fixed it and you'll get drenched. If mgmt reads this, you should just be able to push it back in place.

They had the baked potato which was amazing since I constantly go to other Wendy's and they say they don't have the baked potatoes available so that's was a huge plus! staff was nice

Very busty and seemed under staffed from the amount of work. Waited a while to take our order and additional waiting for our food.

Considering the manager walked into a busy time full of backed up orders he got it quickly under control! He was very apologetic and courteous. Pur food was hot and fresh.. The store was clean and orderly. I think the managers name was Keith.

So my experience at this Wendy's was ok, we ordered 2 $5 biggie bags & sat inside. The nuggets were hot & fresh, it was supposed to be no onions on one of the sandwiches but of course they didn't listen 🤦🏾‍♀️. Also the wifi does not work & I had to clean my own table, meaning I asked for something to clean the table off with & she handed to instead of doing it herself! Lol

When I arrived there was no cashier on duty. I guess they hadn't arrived yet for their shift so I weighed about 10 minutes for the food and the employees were rude during the wait. I actually got my food quicker than expected regarding the situation. The atmosphere is bland is really nobody in here. I want to say that the staff is rude but maybe it's just one of those days because it's Friday. Oh but

The children were happy with their food and the selection of drinks you could choose in the drinks machine. There were no vegetarian options apart from salad. Adding a vegetarian burger to the menu selection would be great.

Slow, very slow, and unprofessional. Don’t go to this Wendy’s unless you want to wait forever to get your food. The store is in dire need of new management The last two times I’ve been inside the person at the counter didn’t know how to use the POS or use the coupon I had. This Wendy’s used to be amazing but the past two months something has changed I avoid it now.

Facility is very dirty. Food and trash on the floors. Table tops wet and with food. Soda machine sticky with red fruit punch all over. It was dead slow so there was time to clean up

I'm gluten intolerant and so I was hoping to get some grilled chicken but they stated that they have to charge me for a wrap. My Wife and I used the restroom abd the men's restroom was dirty and very unsanitary was not impressed. I'm from Colorado and not sure if I will go back.

This place was a big disappointment. They didn't understand my order. Speaking English with them was difficult. They did not have chocolate frosty and I got vanilla instead, which tasted bad. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and onion. They gave me the sandwich with lettuce only - said they were out of tomatoes and onions! Both the hamburger and chicken sandwiches we got, the meat was dried out and hard. We threw them away. I do not recommend this location.

I posted a review two years ago saying this was the best and fastest Wendy's I've ever been to. I come to this Wendy's 4-5 days a week. They hired some new manager about 6 months ago that is awful. I gave her about 6 months as a benefit of the doubt but it just keeps getting worse. 20 min wait to order is now normal where it was always 2. You can tell it's not that it's busy because when you pull up they tell you to hold for a long time but the food is ready quick. At least the kitchen has it together. Now I try not to come here if I can help it. Please please please owner if you read this get rid of this new lady and bring your store back to 5 stars!

I was picking up an UberEats order for delivery. My first order delayed me and I arrived at 10:04pm local time. I was informed they were closed. When I said I was picking up an order that I accepted nearly 20 minutes earlier, they said since I wasn't there 20 minutes ago they didn't make the order and refused to make it then. At the time was a paid quest, certain number of deliveries meant bonuses. Because of them, I wasted 30 more minutes on the phone with support so I could move on with my first delivery. The staff this night willfully chose not to make this order that came in 15 minutes before they closed, negatively affecting both me and the customer.

Went by to grab some food after our flight arrived. Time was around 9:30PM on 07/24. Greeted by rude supervisor who sounded like she hated her life. After we ordered about $40 worth of food we get it all stuffed into one tiny bag drive away and then realize every single sandwich was missing bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese and more. We pull back to the window supervisor is still unbelievably rude and said well I don't have any of that... Okay you could've let us know while ordering or charged us for what we actually got instead of me paying for a BLT chicken sandwich and getting nothing but chicken and mayo yet paying full price. Never going to this or any other Wendy's again seems like lately every visit is a complete failure.

This location had about 8 employees and only two were working. The cook was making and bagging orders. She had to tell people to use kiosk to order food. Manager came to help ring two people up one was me. He rolled his eyes and did not want to help. A young girl high as a kite showed up he flirted with her as she clocked in. 3 people stood by walk in in the back and chatted. Lobby dirty. No lids or straws by fountain machine. To the two people keeping this Wendy’s open good job! The rest of including manager should clock out and go home! You’re just costing unnecessary labor making these food prices skyrocket!

That was my first Door dash order and it was horrible. It took more than 3 hours to get my food. Driver blamed the restaurant and the restaurant blamed the driver. Food was cold and beverages had watered down.

Restrooms and even the restaurant near the cashier smelled really bad. Food was cold. Got the food wrong. The cashier guy was very rude and unpleasant. Wendy’s usually is great. This one is a shame to this food chain

One of the worst wendys I’ve been to very dirty. All the workers are just outside smoking they don’t listen there was lettuce in my bacon fries what is the white substance?. I asked for a junior bacon cheeseburger. They gave me a chicken sandwich very dirty no receipt. They can’t answer the phone.

Let me first state that I'm 55 years old and have never made a complaint. I ordered $5 biggie bag with a crispy chicken sandwich a Coke and ranch dressing. My fries were cold my chicken nuggets were cold the chicken sandwich was cold and I received no ranch dressing. Thanks for the wonderful experience that I had tonight at 9:30 thanks. I think I'll take the rest of this trash up there and leave it in your parking lot and let you eat it.

Idk how much off rip off wendy's is but they need to explain this 4 for $4 and mid drink .30cent and 31 cents taxes but to get a total of $5.11 how And please change your operating hours untill 10 because when you go there at 11pm they say they closed and not taken orders

Mann I'm so mad, I come here all the time .. my food is usually a hit or miss but I still go for breakfast... I normally always look at my food.. yesterday I ordered an egg muffin and there was mold on the bread. I just want to know how the hell you make a sandwich with mold and not see it right on top. It was early and there were no cars there so they couldn't have been in a rush.. it makes me question the freshness off all the food 🤦🏾‍♀️ I know it was only $3 bit damn. I didn't even take a Pic and go back because atp I'm never going back .. employees nowadays put the bare minimum effort into your order

They do not pay attention to what they are doing, went through drive through placed and payed for 5 meals only to get home to find out I was only given 4 meals. I always make it a habit to check my order but today I was in a rush trying to get home before the rain come down.

This Wendy’s went downhill fast. Placed a mobile order and allegedly the system was down. Nothing worked at the Wendy’s. So the restaurant is open for no reason, my prior experiences wasn’t any better at all. Either your food is cold or you’re missing some type of item from your order. Avoid this Wendy’s at all cost.

Do not come to this location!!!! All you will receive is disappointment and disgusting food!!!! I should have checked the reviews before I picked this disgusting location. Just left the drive thru and pretty upset that my family’s ENTIRE MEAL tasted like they were made literally 4 hours ago. They tasted like dog water and absolutely disgusting and the line was unfortunately too long to go back through the drive thru to complain. This was rather disappointing for a late night meal when the place is supposed to be open until 1 am and it was 11.30pm when we came through the line. I will not be back and obviously not due to lack of options because Burger King was still open and I made the horrible choice to pick Wendy’s instead. 0/10 would not recommend. My baby is now vomiting and I have to deal with that tonight, so thanks so much Wendy’s for wasting my money, time , and RUINING my daughter’s digestive system for the evening. I really appreciate it. NOT!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Food safety does not appear to be a priority, and the interior is unsanitary. The bathroom has leaks, which raises additional concerns about cleanliness. Overall, the environment is poorly managed and not a place I would recommend dining. Not to mention the General Manager and her cronyism in staffing and overall disregard for equality.
