McDonald's

One of the few remaining McDonald’s that has not eliminated its self-serve drinks station. The others that have done that make you wait at the counter for about two minutes before somebody shows up to fill your drink. This place has front desk people all the time and you can get your own drinks.

This was a great dining experience! The restaurant boasts some fantastic features, including a cool soda station, a soundproof kids' playground, and convenient ordering kiosks. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful. The music created a great atmosphere, and the chicken sandwich was as good as always. The fries were very salty as usual (my favorite fast food fries)!

Order was taken at counter. Quickly received order hot and fresh. Place was clean.

My visit to this McDonald's was better than I had expected. I had a special order burger, so I couldn't use the kiosk. So the manager helped me out. The young man's attitude and demeanor were the absolute best that I've ever had at ANY McDonald's. He was extremely helpful, kind, courteous, respectful, and efficient. The atmosphere of the store was typical corporate. The dining area was neat and clean, as were the restroom. My order was taken promptly and prepared very quickly. Once I was settled in and began to eat, the burger was actually hot, as were the fries, and flavorful. The toppings, extras included, were correct and in a proper proportion to the sandwich.

Drive through for breakfast was quick and easy, in no time we paid and picked up our order. The staff was so polite and friendly! The large iced mocha was the best I've ever had from any McDonald's location, unfortunately the food seemed a bit stale but still edible, And my substitution for bacon instead of sausage was not followed through. I didn't have time to go back to exchange it so I had to deal with it.

Update: Went to this restaurant today, and the service was unacceptable. Had to wait 10 minutes for a regular cheeseburger. McDonald's has made this for 100 years, and somehow, they couldn't get it done in less than ten minutes. Plus, they had to ask me three times what I ordered and then sent me forward to wait longer. To top it off, they burgers were cold, and they failed to put cheese on my cheeseburger despite having 10 minutes to finish. Do better

Did good on the chicken nuggets. Excellent presentation. Needs work on the cheeseburger. I ordered less onion and condiments. Not no pickle, 3 specs of onion and a bunch of condiments. My daughter wouldn't eat it. I tried it. It was gross.

It was just her meal. I was incredibly surprised, as I've never had an issue here. I didn't bother going back because I was busy that day. But I was pretty disgusted. I would have given 5 stars if not for this incident. Besides that, the staff is really friendly and the drive thru line is fast.

Some employees were getting dropped off in the parking area and the cars were blocking my egress. I was backing out of a spot and a car stopped directly behind me to let someone out. Its obviously normal to get dropped off to work but some were lingering in conversation with their drivers so I had to wait to leave.

I got 2 double cheeseburgers, and they were both SUPER salty. I won't go back to that location.

Been here multiple times, and have been shorted on my order multiple times - even when it was not very busy! They make sure to charge you extra for every little thing they can though. The manager has been nice about offering to fix the mistake, but it has happened way too many times and is extremely frustrating. It’s just not worth the hassle - go to another location if you can.

There was a fried fly in our fries and when we called to talk to them they hung up. Then we tried to call again and they didn’t answer.

Dead fried fly found in my fries. I called the McDonald’s I ordered at and was greeted with a real McDonald’s employee. I told her about the fly in my fries and soon met with an abrupt ending of the call. I called back to see if she accidentally ended the call but soon found out she didn’t want to answer the call on purpose. I don’t expect fast food to be restaurant quality but to have minimum healthy standards met.

Me and my daughter were just here and ordered a large nugget meal and a large big mac meal. We did not receive the big mac and we realized this once we got home. We called and explained the situation and did not receive any apology whatsoever. The person we spoke with on the phone HUNG UP on our face. This is absurd and very much ridiculous. These people do not know how to do their jobs right.

Every time I order from this McDonalds, it’s a coin flip on whether I’ll get edible hashbrowns or not. I understand McDonalds is junk food anyways but the managers here are so obsessed with keeping their expo times low that they will serve you burnt food just to have it out the window in time. Overcooked food that is very visibly overcooked shouldn’t be served, it should be tossed out and remade. To have your customers pay money for obviously burnt food is just ridiculous and nobody should have to ask for a refund/replacement from your establishment because you’re throwing burnt food in a bag and hoping the customer isn’t confrontational enough to say anything.

I walked into this mcdonalds and was immediately approached by a worker and told that sports bra was offensive to the manager and told that if i didnt leave or go in the corner I would be yelled at and refused service.

I went to get food, got an order accidentally wrong and apologized on the speaker, the first window is where you can correct it. I heard a employee yell in the back and complain to the window person in front of my face. She needs to get fired because holy, she was not showing great qualities. It honestly makes me sad because I really like this location.

Manager gets offended by women simply walking into the store with workout clothes on and makes it verbally known to the women making them extremely uncomfortable to the point the other workers have to give warning about the manager.

Waited nearly 30 minutes for them to bring out one simple happy meal. I was ignored when I asked the attendant. I literally had to drive back around to get a refund because they never came out & refused to apologize

I’m absolutely shocked and disappointed by the treatment my daughter received at this McDonald’s location. After finishing her gym session, she went in to grab some drinks — only to be approached by an employee who told her she was not “appropriately dressed” and that the manager wouldn’t be happy with someone wearing “revealing” gym clothes. She was then told to either leave or stand off to the side while she waited. This kind of body-shaming is completely unacceptable. Her outfit was standard gym wear — nothing inappropriate, nothing offensive, just what any young person might wear after working out. To shame a young woman for wearing normal gym clothes in 2025 is not only outdated but also disgusting. This incident has left her upset and embarrassed, and I’m deeply disappointed that a business like McDonald’s would allow this kind of behavior from its staff and management.

My daughter was targeted and humiliated by the staff by telling her to go to a corner and hide herself while waiting for her drinks because according to the staff their manager gets mad when they see women in sports outfit. My daughter just came in straight from the gym to buy drinks, but instead she was shamed bc of what she’s wearing?!!! my daughter is petite, I’ve seen her gym outfits, and nothing is “too revealing”!!! Shame on you ! Instead of uplifting other women, especially young women, you chose to degrade and shame them?!!!

Feb 2026... new delivery... 4 staff members walked by me... manager 2 saw me... no one said hello or asked what i needed.. the staff here needs trained on customer service .. uber eats should be shut off if they can not keep up with it. The drivers are negatively impaces when the restaurant cant perform. Staff just let's you stand at the counter refusing to address you when you are trying to pick up an order.... it's one thing to be busy.... but handle it differently... ignored me and others for 10min... didn't address and say 1 moment. Intentionally looked away so they couldn't make eye contact. 15min for a pick up at a fast food . Is unacceptable

I truly don't know WHAT the other comments complimenting this place could ever be about or if my luck is just seemingly terrible but this has to be the WORST McDonald's ever. I give them a 3 for service because the older lady manager with white hair always tries to correct it as well as the younger kids working there. The inside is clean, and my child LOVES to play in the kid area. That's the only upside to this McDonald's is that they are one of the few close by with a play set. Regardless of the things that still fail to make it even "mid", they draw me there because of the proximity to my home and the inside. This McDonald's has complete issues with food. For the last 6 times I've come here I've experience an array of problems. First time it being attitude with another blonde manager with a nasty attitude because they can't seem to ever get the order correct. Whether it's no pickles, the fries are absolutely undercooked, the nuggets look like the oil hasn't been changed in 2 days. The second time we go there's no toy in my child's happy meal & no meat on 3 of my burgers- we had two, two cheeseburger meals, why would one burger have meat & none on the rest? Okay maybe a mistake. What about the toy? All the food is cold mind you! Third time, again meats missing on my child's burger & no cheese on any of the two cheeseburger meals- it's a cheeseburger not a hamburger combo... please. Fourth time, AGAIN cheese missing on the burgers. Now the last time, they ring up my order checked it on the screen, everything seems fine and forget to put my whole meal in the bag and come to find out didn't even ring it in. So we proceeded to ask them to rering it in, we then wait in the parking spot and they come out with undercooked fries, no salt, missing a drink, the nuggets are overcooked and stale- seems like they gave us some that were sitting in the heat trays for ages, as well as forget the sauce & the burgers are drenched in ketchup and mustard. Needless to say, I will NEVER be here again. But a manager needs to do better. I don't know who the GM is but this is ridiculous. I've called and spoke and came back and returned my things multiple times & every single time there is an issue. You don't seem to do better, you do worst. Don't waste your money here just go to the one on the intersection of Chapman Rd. While they don't have a play zone, they're super clean, super helpful and the food is so much better. This McDonald's is a joke.
