Came by to grab some stuffed grape leaves and ended up with some bowls. Staff was helpful and friendly. Super efficient only waited 10mins. Food was very filling and grape leaves were bomb!!. Definitely coming back when we are in Oxnard.

Beautiful comfortable space, phenomenal food, friendly helpful staff! This is a great place to have a healthy meal, they got very reasonable prices. All ingredients are fresh and skewers are cooked to perfection. Relaxing atmosphere with low music volume-great place to have conversation or come with a big party-everyone will hear each other! New Medi Macro Bowl is what food should be like, perfect combination of healthy proteins, carbs, salad ….and those lentils/quinoa were delicious. I asked staff to show me ingredients of the dressing once and staff was very helpful to show them-nothing artificial, all natural, whole ingredients. Love coming here!

Luna is our go to. Adi attended us tonight and he was amazing. He was very kind, which we appreciate because we had been driving for 6hrs previously, so it made us feel very comfortable and at home. The only issue is that they took away the Cornish hen but other than that, we keep coming back to this place we got the food is delicious and the service is amazing.

I went to Luna Grill for the first time last month, and Brad was a big help. He informed me on the different options they have and let me know his favorite items on the menu. What I got ended up being delicious! I highly recommend the garlic feta sauce if you’re into garlic.

We did take out. We ordered 2 make it your own bowl. Loved it!!! Wish we had one near us in AZ. Only negative was I asked for 2 Taziki and received 1 helping. But still soooo delish!

The food was amazing today. The beef was tender and well seasoned along with the roasted peppers. The chicken was well cooked, juicy, and flavorful. The rice needed a little work. The Gyro was also great, and the fire roasted shrimp well cooked! Just i felt it needed something I like food on their own that they need to shine on its own and not masked with overpowered sauces but I will say dipped in their sauce it did bring out the shrimps flavor and my son loved his salmon over very very tasty dinner

Tried for the first time thru Uber delivery. First impression was nice packaging and then immediately focused on food portion which was very disappointing considering price paid. Got the apple walnut salad with chicken kebab and El Greco bowl. Amount of salad could be more and protein given is probably less than 8oz of chicken paid extra $5 for it, salad itself is $10, I'd have starve eating the salad alone. The El Greco bowl was listed as spicy but I find it rather bland to be honest. The bowl is loaded with fries, quite underwhelming really

Quite disappointed with my last visit after all the hypes from Panera refreshing their menu. $13 for half a sandwich and literally 1 cup of soup - these are kids portion! Other than portion, their food always tasted good . . . Been a while since I've visited Panera and missed the bagels, they smelled so good especially after toasted and with a heaping pile of cream cheese just pure bliss! Opted for text messaging to let me know when order is ready for pickup, this works great if you're not in a hurry! Tue's baker's dozen for the win! . . . Original review: Improvement can be made toward the rapid pickup service - most of the times, my order is not ready and it's usually a cookie or something that doesn't require any preparation.

I prefer Panera bagels over their competitor next door but It’s becoming more common that Panera is out of bagels and other breads. It’s strange to walk in and see empty shelves so early in the morning at a place that makes pan( bread). Panera use to have really good bagels, with good service. Not anymore. I noticed the whole atmosphere is off, it’s not as welcoming with enthusiastic friendly staff as there was before. Hope they get back on track. My last visit was last Friday @10:22 and no bagels to be sold and was told there hadn’t been that morning, so they didn’t sell out they just didn’t have them.

3 days ago would have left a raving 5 star review. Went back again today to have the same meal as last time. Was SO disappointed to see they had removed the Mediterranean bowl that my husband and I both ordered and loved last time. And they removed the flat bread pizza my daughter ordered. We ordered the Mediterranean salad... nowhere near as good or as filling. Please change your menu back. New menu would not inspire repeat business.

I like the salad and sandwiches combo you can get. The chicken in the salads aseemed questionable but over all I enjoyed the meal. I got a tuna sandwich and it was alright: good lunch options - update I had given this place 4 stars but now 2 due to getting undercooked chicken yesterday🙅🏼‍♀️

Went in this morning to pick up pastries and there was one person in front of me. The cashier left cash register area to head 2 bagels and then take them to the back. We waited for just over 8 minutes before she reappeared and 5 more people in line. No sorry for the wait or anything. This was very poor customer service. Management needs to be plan their staffing and how they manage the walk in customers.

The service was mediocre. They don’t carry condiments other Paneras carry. The server practically threw our plate on our table when our food was ready and to top it off it was cold. The cashier was rude. Stopped here on a whim on our trip to Santa Barbara, won’t do that again.

All Panera locations and offerings have seriously gone far downhill! This location is the worst I've been to so far, after coming to these establishments for more than 10 years, it costs an average of $11 to get a substandard made soup and half sandwich, which used to be like $6.79. The bread used to be amazing, and now even that basic is doughy, and lackluster. See pix of the sourdough bread bowl that has zero crunch and is half full when brought to the table. This particular location is especially dirty.... had to go to 5 tables before finally settling and wiping off a "clean" one from the piles of debris. I can't bring myself to finish this or pay for this over commercialized garbage again at premium prices. Done. Sad....I used to be a regular customer, minimum one a week. Oh yes... and they didn't bring me a spoon for my soup.... and said they would be back. Never did till I reached someone down, and they gave me a to go plastic spoon lol. Keep it classy guys! Not.

Extremely poor service times even in non busy situations they continue to make you stand and this is something very specific to this location In collection area. They continue to ignore you and do their best to not acknowledge your presence for as long as they afford to do. The young girl who identified herself as a manger has poor social skills, no eye contact, she talks facing away from you and informed me her mother is a manager at that place. Anyways will never be going back as it’s just simply degrading and waste of your time

Make sure you check your food all the way when you pick up (even dinning in) once you take it and they made it wrong, they won’t fix it. Basically saying deal with it we don’t care about our customers. My boyfriend is going to post about it on his social media with his millions of views. We will tag you

I’m extremely disappointed with Luna Grill. This is the third time my meat has been completely burned. It’s hard to believe a chef could let food leave the kitchen in that condition — either they don’t know how to cook properly or simply don’t care about their customers. I’ve been a frequent visitor here for a long time, but after this shameful incident, I’m done. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place anymore.
