This Starbucks is my favorite. They make good quality coffee drinks, better than some others.

Such a nice crew here and the coffee taste good. Sometimes at other Starbucks coffee taste burnt or stale but this location seems to always have fresh brewed coffee.

This was one a McDonald's restaurant. When that left, half of the building became a Starbucks. Weird too go into a Starbucks with very friendly people, great drinks, and almost no one there. At noon. Hard to access if going downhill on Forest Ave. and no drive-thru. Go to the mall on David Ave and turn back for Starbucks. But if you're going anywhere else, uphill on Forest or in the mallenjoy the Starbucks.

This Starbucks haves the nicest most helpful and awesome crew Grant sorry if I got his name wrong but he's customer service was over 100% always cheerful even if it's busy so this is my Starbucks before I get to work really fast and great customer service 😊

This store in pacific grove at the top of David is quaint. It doesn't offer any alcohol. One long table and two smaller round 4 seat tables on the inside. It does have a nice little outside nook to sit in while enjoying the fresh air and greenery. Or a bar to wait at for individuals just trying to pick up and leave. Great for phone orders I'd say. When I was job hunting I spent a great deal of time at the store in marina ca that seemed to have a more inviting space for those trying to plug in a laptop or phone charger. At this location I found that there are outlets underneath the long table and 1 or 2 outlets by the single seats in the right side of the room near the snack display.

My first time at this franchise. Clean parking area (even with the sea gulls scavanding for snacks from the garbage cans). Gabe brought me my order curbside. He was probably the most polite, professional and congenial Starbucks employee I have ever encountered. I wish him luck with his career pursuits.

This starbucks is a great community type place located right next to the grocery store and riteaid. I walk my dog here often and just sit outside on the lovely patio. Its great what they have done with what used to be a dirty McDonald's.

My usual trip to any Starbucks consists of a quick in and out process which has never been bad. However, this location really stood out to me. Every staff member interacted with me is such a positive and fun way. I tried the new Oleato which I had no knowledge about. The woman at the register was very helpful in explaining while another woman behind the counter gave a great comparison to the drink I usually get. When I picked up my drink from the counter, the woman who had made it was extremely kind as well. They were all interested in what I thought of the new beverage. It was delicious ! I left there with all 3 wishing me well and a big smile on my face. Not to mention a refreshed outlook on humanity. Thank you, kindly, ladies!

The newest local Starbucks replaces the longstanding fast food establishment. Already popular with the locals staking out meeting turf at the tables. Easy access off 68, tons of parking, shopping nearby. Excellent lication!

Typical Starbucks. Nothing out of the ordinary. I will say that orders do take a little longer here than most. Especially if you go before the local school starts or let's out. Also, there is no drive through so keep that in mind if that's your plan.

Ordered on mobile app for faster pickup. Can take some time still depending on time of day and how busy it might be.

I didn’t receive a greeting even though there was only one customer in the store and four baristas working. The mobile pick up area is pretty unattended compared to all other Starbucks I’ve been to. Nobody called out the name when the mobile order was ready, you just have to go check yourself. There’s no sign or anything from the baristas saying you can just take your drinks freely. I wasn’t sure if it was ok to just take mine since some other Starbucks have the baristas check and release the mobile orders. I wish the baristas were more interactive.

Annoying because I couldn't use the app to order ahead at this location. Also, on a busy Saturday morning, only one barista there to make drinks while the other worked the register. I felt bad for them. Shame on their poor management for not providing better support. The drinks were fine tho.

Overall nice staff but would never stop here if in a rush...minimum drink time on average from ordering is 10/15 mins, even without a line. Training would appear to be inconsistent- definitely A team and B team!

Such slow staff, it’s painful having to wait this long for a cup of coffee. 20+ minutes for a cup of black coffee.

Divide a teaspoonful of chocolate between 24 croissants and that is what you get at Starbucks on a chocolate croissant. Sad.

Just FYI your hours are listed wrong on Google. Tried stopping in this morning before golf just before 6am and the store was closed. Hours listed as opening at 5am.

We stopped today to get two decaf small coffees. We were told the coffees had to be dripped so it would take 5 to 10 minutes if we were willing to wait. After 20 minutes I went to check on our order. The drip was only done for 1 cup and the other was half filled. I asked to get them because we were going to be late for an appointment. Unfortunately, both coffes tasted burnt and were luke warm. We left them because they were not worth drinking....there went our money because we had to leave. Beware if you don,t get a fancy drink.

Nice lookin starbucks, the guy baristas were friendly and welcoming but the lady barista who took my order was super rude and not friendly AT ALL! When I approached the counter she did not smile and took my order rudely. I asked for 5 classic for my iced coffee and she said "it comes with 4" okkkaaaayy well I asked for 5. She just came off very rude. Too bad I did not get her name.

I think everyone knows that three packs of that sugar is maybe equal to a teaspoon of the stuff and they want to ration it to the customer. Give me a break. We will never visit that location again.

What can you say about over roasted burnt coffee? They got great marketing and they're on every other corner. I'd rather go to 7-11 for coffee.

I second the experience with the person below me this Starbucks is the only one in the area that manages to mess up my order the rare times that I have to go there for the same reasons as the other reviewer, to avoid the rush of the one on lighthouse or downtown, but this one never gets it right they never update their inventory so you order stuff and show up and it's not there so then all of the convenience of ordering beforehand is completely lost because you have to wait in line just to refund or order something else. I want to emphasize that this has only ever happened to me at this location and it's the one I order from the least. 1:10 orders.

Been coming here regularly for long time. This last visit today mirrored equally bad service from two days ago: one beverage mobile order took literally 22 minutes from time of order to available at counter, store music volume is way too high to reasonable hear baristas while wearing masks (lots of unnecessary yelling) grande sized drink was 3/4 full, and several completed orders sitting on back counter without regular “call out.” Two people near me just gave up and left after 15 minutes awaiting their order. Baristas are nice and I get that times are tough, but Starbucks can do better. Time to go back to local coffee house..farther drive but would still be quicker and better quality.

Yes, cleaned. He said "there must have been a bunch of mobile orders before you," smiled and walked to finish cleaning. I called Stacey Eurich. Kyle the staff member didn't help his fellow employee to make drinks. He just kept slowly cleaning. Wow, just wow. So embarrassing that customer service has come to this.
