Amazing, friendly staff and outstanding food! Ordered a burrito and watched them cook and cut fresh meat right then. They all know what items are in each ingredient and are very accommodating for allergens and restrictions. I've come to this place on rare occasions for 12 years and it's always the same faces and quality food, never messing up my orders. Make sure to pick up chips and all of their salsas!
Best burritos in Pacifica. You can eat there but it's more of a takeout place. Everything is good here. The burritos are legendary and they make them right in front of you. The whole staff is super friendly and always helpful. Don't try to order while you're on your phone though - they don't roll with that. Prices are pretty standard for the Bay Area; about$10 for a burrito large enough for two meals unless you're super hungry. This is the only place I've gone where every meat option is so good I literally just tell them to decide for me. It's that good and I've been there a hundred times. You won't be disappointed.
This place is a bike ride away from my house. I push my bike in the door and have plenty of room in the waiting area. Always good service, nice people and really good burritos with black beans. This place is now open for eat-in on their rear patio.
Giant burritos at a great price. Friendly service and clean restaurant. Outdoor seating available. We had the breakfast burrito (chorizo) and a super steak burrito, both were excellent. Wonderful lunch after a hike nearby. Location is close to the waterfront if you want a short walk post meal.
Staff very friendly, the restaurant is extremely clean, loved the salsa bar, and the food was delicious! Carnitas was especially great- highly recommend!
Hands down the best Mexican food in Pacifica! Great value and always hits the spot!
It's really great having food you enjoy literally a stones throw away from your house. I'm usually there in the morning, service is fast, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. Sure i can make Horchata at home... but theirs is so freaking good.
What makes this little taco spot so special is the small patio that’s outside. That makes it great. The food is standardly. Awesome and full-blown Mexican cuisine.—-another place with atmosphere and cool folks walking around
Only been there once but can’t wait to go back! I had the shrimp super burrito (never thought shrimp sounded good in a burrito but I was wrong!) and my boyfriend had an enchilada style carne asada super burrito. Both were soooooo good. Huge, well made, and so good we finished them even though it was an unreasonable amount of food for one meal. Also the chips and salsa bar- I think they make their own chips and both the salsas are DELICIOUS (though I wish there was an even spicier option. We both like a ton of spice). Pickled veggies- excellent. Service was nice, super fast, prices were good. We sat outside and watched the sunset as we ate. Couldn’t have been better. Thank you!
Been coming to this taqueria since I was 15. I've had 1 bad experience which was a regular shrimp burrito. Just not for me. Other than that it's a great place.
Great people, great food. Highly recommend the Carnitas tacos. I got one standard and one crispy. Already been back a second time. My new favorite Taqueria!
Amazing food always a go to after surfing
Hella smack. All their salas are fire. Burritos and tacos were very good. Meats were seasoned well.
If you’re craving real Mexican comfort food by the coast, Pacifica Taqueria delivers every time. My grilled chicken plate (about $20) came with perfectly cooked chicken, fluffy Spanish rice, and creamy refried beans — classic, flavorful, and balanced. Bonus: the leftovers the next day were somehow even better. While you wait, hit the free build-your-own chips, cheese, and various salsas bar — a rare and welcome touch that sets the tone for what’s coming. The menu is huge, covering everything from breakfast favorites with traditional Spanish flair to tacos, burritos, and full family platters. The interior seats around 40, simple and clean with that old-school white kitchen-floor vibe. Two outdoor patio tables add another dozen spots for sunny afternoons. Service is friendly, authentic, and genuine — the kind of place where you feel like a regular after your first visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a local, low-key, authentic Mexican meal done right.
Carne asada plates! 😋 the food was yummy and I can't wait to have it again! My boyfriend had the ajo de camerones last time with his papa! The employees were very sweet!
Taqueria Pacifica: A Hidden Gem! We recently had the pleasure of dining at Taqueria Pacifica, and so glad we did! The reviews are spot on! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. But the real star of the show was the food. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The flavors were bold and authentic, and the portions were generous. Whether you're craving tacos, burritos, or enchiladas, Taqueria Pacifica has something to satisfy your cravings. If you're looking for a casual and delicious Mexican dining experience, I highly recommend giving Taqueria Pacifica a try. You won't be disappointed!
This place is insanely delicious. The chile verde pork is mind blowing, tender and juicy. Homemade horchata. Free chips and salsa with pickled or cooked jalapenos. Tuesday has $2.50 tacos. About $4 otherwise. Def will be back here.
Amazing tacos and burritos. They have a awesome taco Tuesday special as well. Meat is seasoned really well, flavor is on point. Some of the best sauces, ever. Great orange sauce.
I enjoyed my dining experience. I ordered a baby burrito and 2 tacos. My total was $16.13. Affordable, tasty and nice dine in atmosphere. I am satisfied and will visit in the future especially for taco Tuesday.
I love Tacos! This isn't as great as back home but we are spoiled with authentic Mexican food back home. However highly recommend, this was a pleasant surprise out in pacifica. The Guac was amazing on our super Tacos.
Absolutely Loved their veggie tacos and veggie quesadillas. Friendly place, and very fresh and flavorful food .
The shrimp tacos tasted amazing! The chips were so good. I over ate. I don’t regret. I will be coming back!
Greatly exceeded expectations! The freshest pico de gallo and guac, plus they have a salsa bar. We got a burrito and quesadilla. This is an exceptional burrito spot and we’ll find a reason to come back.
Absolutely delicious! I ordered tacos, the hubs ordered a chimichanga, MIL ordered carnitas, my sister ordered the super burrito, and the kids had quesadillas.. Everything was amazing!
Recently, I realized that simply choosing a good restaurant isn’t enough; the timing and the day of the week play a crucial role in the overall experience. This restaurant always seems to have a crowd, but visiting at the right time makes your visit exceptional. I placed my order and received my meal within 15 minutes. The staff remains calm and takes the time to respond to any inquiries. Furthermore, the restaurant has at least 10 tables, pleasant music, a TV, and clean restrooms. The lovely artworks adorning the walls, even in the restroom, enhance the overall enjoyment of your visit. I highly recommend it!

No Frills Mexican spot. My favorite dish is the crispy shredded chicken tacos.
First time trying this place. Ordered 2 super tacos. 1 carne asada. 1 carnitas. Delicious. The cheese on the bottom is crispy which gave it excellent flavor. Definitely coming back.

He stopped here for lunch on a locals recommendation as they said they had great tacos. The tacos did not disappoint and the have a pretty good menu with something for everyone. Next time your in Pacifica give this place a shot I promise you'll like it
We had lunch at Taqueria Pacifica with a group of 5 on a Saturday at around 1:45 pm. The restaurant was not busy so it was quick to order. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. We tried the chimichanga, regular corn quesadilla, and shrimp quesadilla. All the food tasted just as you would expect it to. A good stop for casual, no frills Mexican food.
My husband & I decided to try this place since it was rated good. We weren't disappointed. Good portions of food. We shared a super carnitas burrito (my favorite), he had a fish taco (hot & fresh with lots of fish). We also share a super nacho (lots of meat). We couldn't even eat half of the super nacho & ended up bringing it home. We just love the chips & salsa bar. The place was busy for a Monday considering where it is located.
Nice little taqueria near the pier. Everything was yummy. A little disappointed that the quesadilla marina only had shrimp. Don't know why I had assumed it included calamari, fish & etc. the fish taco was surprising. Instead of a heavily breaded & deep fried piece of fish. It was pan seared & delicate. Can't wait to bring my friends here.
Pretty good food and service. Birria tacos good but somewhat pricey. Self serve chips and salsa bar convenient.
We enjoyed the taqueria, clean place good food size, they serve fast, we'll come back!

The food was ok but the first thing I smelled when I walked through the front door was a old dirty sponge smell. Can and body tell me what's going on?
Just tried this place. No judgment, but here's my experience: I ordered a chili relleno burrito and a Superburrito with chicken with whole beans. Order was fast, people were nice, taqueria was clean and quaint. Brought the order home and this was what was in the bag: A carne asada quesadilla and a carnitas burrito. With refried beans. I don't eat pork so I tossed it. Didn'tt go back to complain because I have stuff to do. I ate part of the quesadilla. It was pretty good. Very salty.
Was my favorite place to get Al Pastore but last time I went it was just blend no pineapple flavor at all but the worst part was here is the price to $14 for a regular burrito in my opinion even with this economy is ridiculous so I won’t be going here again. . If we do shop with our with our wallets prices will come down, but as long as we keep things ridiculous questions so she crazy

Place used to be great but every single time they hire a new employee it goes downhill when they say it’s the best place to get Mexican food. You gotta remember it’s a beach town your options are limited they don’t seem to care. Or at least The most current hired don’t seem to care, so they get half a star while the place used to get five stars
I got food poisoning from a chorizo burrito. Looked through other reviews and it looks like I’m not the only one. Found three other people saying they got it from ordering a burrito. Service was great, super friendly, but looks like they need to work on keeping things clean back there.
Worst burrito I've ever had. Food in NOT made to order. I ordered a super carne asada burrito and it was ready so quickly, they must have had the meat already cooked. It was an off hour in between meal time, so I was worried the meat wasn't fresh. I was right. It was mostly beans and barely any cheese or guac. The beans were not even good. The meat was rubbery. A few bites and it went in the trash. I opened it up to see it was in fact mostly beans with rubbery meat peppered in. Yum.
It’s another wannabe Mexican food place. Calling this place a taqueria is a travesty — overpriced, putrid, strangely prepared food. The service lacks friendliness and there’s an oily film everywhere. lol
