This just happened and it was absolutely phenomenal. I forgot my card and. KELLY RAN ACROSS THE PARKING LOT TO GIVE IT TO ME AND SHE IS A TRUE BLESSING. THANK YOU SO MUCH.KELLY She was so sweet even at the drive-through complemented me, and then ran across the parking lot to make sure I got my card back absolutely amazing

Jacob and Abby are the best! Our drinks are always spot on. Even on busy days they are positive and welcoming. I appreciate the suggestions of new drinks to try. We tried the fireworks flavor and it was great. You can tell they enjoy their job and make the place better. Thank you!

I just went through the drive thru after placing an order on the app. Everything was fine from the gentlemen greeting me on the headset, but the lady who handed me my drink should smile. I greeted her with good morning and thank you, but she just stared at me awkwardly and didn't say anything.
Like most Starbucks, this one stays clean and organized. The staff are all very nice and willing to help if you aren't sure what to get. Sometimes, I want to try something new and will ask an employee what flavor I want and let them decide the rest. I've not been let down when I ask someone to do that because a few of them have told me. They like to try different things and, a lot of times, have a favorite that isn't on the menu. Which is where I've gotten some of my new favorite drinks from. I would give them a 5 but for me I'm not a fan of the texture of a few of their food items but overall most of them are good.

I do prefer the coffee from starbucks however the last few times I have gone my coffees are a little over half full and that’s frustrating considering your paying close $7 for a cup…..

My drink didn't taste like it should have my son's hot chocolate was only half full. I want be back i quit going for a long time bc it wasn't great b4 several times. so thought I would give it another chance. But now I'm completely done. There's other coffee spots in town that are good and cheaper and you actually get what you order.
Order BEFORE on the app or shop local! Drive thru is SO slow. Hate to be this person and man if you check my previous reviews I love giving positive feedback. Could have brewed my own coffee at home for cheaper, better and faster. Or shopped local…..(9/9/2023 2:20PM)
My drink didn't taste like it should have my son's hot chocolate was only half full. I want be back i quit going for a long time bc it wasn't great b4 several times. so thought I would give it another chance. But now I'm completely done. There's other coffee spots in town that are good and cheaper and you actually get what you order.
Came the other day got a coffee hd no espresso in it. I kept the receipt told the girl in the drive through about it she apologized said she would look at who was working that day and talk to them. Mind you this is the second time this has happened at this Starbucks. The first time the manager kindly fixed it and gave me a free one this time they charged me I'm not happy
Pull up in the drive-thru at 7 in the morning in a Wednesday. Order a blond roast in a recyclable cup and a bacon Gouda sandwich. Said they don’t know what I’m talking about, a recyclable cup? Once I describe it to them, they said they didn’t have any and even if they did, they wouldn’t serve me coffee in it because they’re not going to wash the cup. Since when would you not wash a cup that you sold me? I get to the window and they tell me they don’t have blond roast brewed… it’s 7 in the morning?! I thought that was one of their main things. Not everyone likes dark roast. So they ask if I want to wait for it to brew, or get pikes or dark roast… if I wanted a dark roast I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have ordered a BLONDE roast… so I said just give me a Pikes roast, I guess. They already must have assumed this as they already had it poured and gave it to me immediately. I was kind of stunned and said ok and drove away. Immediately realized, I didn’t get any cream sugar sweetener or anything… expensive utterly terrible black coffee that I couldn’t even drink and didn’t want to turn around and go get any. Ate my sandwich and the bacon was, when I say paper thin, I think I’m being generous. It was so thin as to be almost non existent. Won’t be going back.
This white male guy who took my order was just not friendly at all what I felt is he is just doing the job with no customer care . I felt he was rude … the order he just dropped on my table while walking . I did not like it at all.. Starbucks has a reputation of nice and welcoming people working …
People were nice...the hot chocolate ssssuucckkkeed and for only 4 bucks too. Perhaps sewage would of tasted better .

This didn’t make sense to me because I paid for a large drink, it doesn’t matter if I ordered ice or not. I have not been back since and don’t plan on it. I know go to 7brews and the size portions are way better, and cheaper!
I'm not impressed at all! This place is filthy! I don't drink this mess, but even now and then I like to treat my son to a Carmel Frapp! Ridiculous!

For some reason when they are out of something they say they don't serve it anymore. And this time I went for some reason they had a bit of an attitude and spilt a hot drink on me it seemed pretty intentional since the lid was not attached. I went back today been over a month. Because I didn't tip they burnt the cheese Danish and spit in.my coffee and wrote enjoy
