It is affordable to enjoy a rainy day or a hot day with the kids. The staff at this location is really nice. Keep up the great work.

The Chuck E. Cheese in Palm Desert is fantastic! The employees are especially kind and helpful. The venue is clean and the food is delicious. It is the only Chuck E. Cheese I have been to, and I certainly hope the rest of them are as fabulous.

CEC got an upgrade! It's clean, spacious, both the dining area and the restrooms. The food is decent, yummy salad bar, cheesy bread is good, too and nice unlimited refills for drinks. No more animatronics which is probably a good thing after a certain horror movie came out about five nights spent somewhere else. Chuck E. had a lifestyle change since the last time I've seen him. He is taller, slender and even has a dance routine he does with the kids. The arcade has some cool games. No tickets. All digital cards save your points that you turn in at the prize counter. Nice touch having a kid signing using American Sign language in the corner of the birthday video presentation for any Deaf visitors. I appreciate the workers being thorough with kid checks in and out!Good job, Chuck E. Cheese! I would visit again.

We had such a great team party at Chuck E. Cheese. Anthony was so helpful and attentive. I loved how easy it was to book the party and the place was so nice. Super clean and many new games!

My wife & I enjoy bringing our 4th grader here. Always a positive experience, and every vist inspires a return trip. Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese, you rock

I love it here, my son had so much fun. It was such an awesome kid friendly place and was so clean and staff was friendly, the only sad thing was that my son was afraid of Chuck E and ran away from him

The customer service is excellent…it is Chuck E. Cheese after all so having excellent customer service is the end all be all! Just went into bathroom and it very clean and tidy!

Great way to beat the heat. The kids had a blast, and the pizza was delicious. Worth the money, and nice to know they have summer deals. The only thing I would recommend to management is to invest in cooling sleeves for the front entrance handles. They were extremely hot. Other than that, we all had a great time. The staff was super friendly and very patient with all the kids.

We just celebrated my 2 years old baby’s bday on Sat. 26th. It was fun and the staff above and beyond. Our party helper Stefani (if I’m not mistaken her name) was just amazing. I mean she was just the Perfect host, helper, coordinator and guided that you want to have in ur party. Thank u Stefani you’r and Angel. What a charisma!!! I want to thank to Andrew as well for being so helpful and organized. Thank you all really. Was incredible! The only down side of the party at Chuck. E is the short time the parties last at the designated table. We know that this is a $ maker for them but it would be ideal if they could consider to give more time to the bookings. Meaning at least 3 hrs instead of 2 bcs is way to short time for a party plus you feel the pressure and the rush to play, to eat, to make sure everyone is ok at ur party, to hang out etc etc. like I didn’t even have time to enjoy the table with my family. But anyways that’s a thought that I’m sure 1000 of ppl would have n agree w. Me. Thank you for everything guys!

We had such an amazing experience! We had my daughters 3rd birthday there and everything was perfect! Stephanie went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed! She also sang songs and played with all the kids! I've never had this much help at a birthday party! She made it so easy and I couldn't have asked for a better birthday for my daughter! Thank you again Stephanie, you were perfect!

I was there for my niece's birthday party. We were welcomed by a very friendly greeter who directed us to party central. I was there for a few hours during that time I noticed different employees going around cleaning and wiping down the games and tables. The little girl's room where kept up nicely. High-traffic areas such as the salad bar and Soft drink areas were constantly tended to. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Hadn't been in over 15 years probably, pleasantly surprised at how good the pizza was. The salad bar was fresh and tasty, too! The whole place was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful!

Always a Fun time when you can have beer pizza and games. The kids are entertained and for once they’re not trying to hide the rodent issue. There is a huge rat that the kids love to see and take pictures with. Cheaper than most outdoor amusement stores and most of the games are always working. Fun for kids and dads…. Haven’t seen many happy moms here, kidding. Fun for Al!

Great salad bar, clean bathrooms and very nice customer service from all the employees. We go atleast twice a month and even if it's a little loud my kids enjoy it

Went on a Thursday, just at opening and we were the only ones there for at least an hour. Employee asked me if we wanted to see Chuck E Cheese since we were alone. I said yes and she obliged which was really cool. They could have said forget it with only one kid present but they didn't. Other staff interacted with her during our visit, really nice. One of the cleanest ones we've been to as well.

We had an absolutely amazing experience for our little one's 3rd birthday! The staff was absolutely wonderful and the manager Jose went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute reservation. I have been to many of these restaurants around socal and this is by far the cleanest and best one yet! All the kids in our party had the best time and our little one Leilah adored Chuck! Can't say more positive things about this experience, all of the employees were awesome! Thank you Chuck E Cheese Palm Desert!!!

My kids and I were invited to a birthday party it was so much fun. It was really nice to be apart of the fun and excitement. We were able to dance with Chucky, sing along with Chucky, take pictures with Chucky. My kids loved it!!! We had a play pass for 2 hours! We ate pizza, cake, and ice cream. The staff was very friendly they made the entire experience come together. Thank you for an amazing experience!

This is my 4th Sensory Sunday and I am beyond pleased with every single one of them. The last event and this one, Anthony was there to assist us all. He made our experience 10x better. He greeted us as soon as we walked in, he had an incredible mood which sets the vibe for any parent specially an autism parent! Pizza was really good, had to order twice! Definitely a great place for parents to relax a bit & have kiddos enjoy some fun games.

Although pricing is a bit high for my budget we still go cuz my kids Love it. Majority if not all the Staff is exceptional, they go over and beyond expectations. Always smiling, more than happy to assist, friendly and very welcoming. The food is really good in my opinion. We Love the pizza and buffalo wings. And there is never a long wait for your food. We always purchased playtime by minutes it I think is best and we love that we can pause when we eat! The only super disappointing part was they announced Chuckee would be out in 5 minutes three separate times but he Did NOT! They just put on a dance video. Other than that we always have fun. If you get a chance don't forget to take a sketch drawing picture, they're our favorite!!

A great place to take your kids eat some pizza and have a fun time! Lots of arcade games for kids...

First time visiting this location and I was pleasantly impressed. It was clean and looked well kept. 5 stars for ANTHONY cause he was so helpful, efficient, and so patient with all the kiddos. I took one star because no one stamped my hand or my sons when I first entered the building- Safety is super important and is the number one thing that should be consistently monitored.

It's been around since I was a kid. It has modernized and I like that. Little kids still love it. I enjoyed being there with mine. Need to have staff monitor the door more at this location.

While I am not a fan of Chuck e cheeses, my little family is. We've been here many times and haven't had any issues. Game machines don't work sometimes but they're quick to fix it. The food has always been good when we do eat there. Fun times had by all!

We brought our 4 year old for her birthday. She had a great time and the pizza was actually good. The prize section wasn't too bad, they had a lot of our daughters favorite stuff! I would come back. The negatives, there were still quite a few machines shut down for social distancing, the chucky cheese ride didn't have any paper in it to print out the pictures, the coke was so watered down and they all tasted like diet coke and they didn't have any beer.

Held my daughters 5th birthday here. Had a problem with the online reservation and when I got there they said i didn't have one at all. However they very quickly set us up and let us choose everything we wanted. It turned out really well. Very friendly staff, great management. I gave 4 stars because it could have been cleaner. My daughter and her friends said it was pretty dirty in the tubes.

It’s honestly just full of kids. They have amazingly good pizza though. I mean you’ll try the stuff and you’ll wonder why it’s so good. We haven’t had some in a while, but we did stop by there once.

It is ok. People were bitter and food was terrible (as expected) but it was fairly clean and new, so that's good i guess.

First off, there was no staff at the front to greet us or check us into the establishment with our kids as it had stated on the sign that they were supposed to. Secondly, the pizza was dry and oily. The soda machine ran out of ice, and the salad bar was decently stocked. The establishment looks a little run down, and the character is barely around to say hi to the kids that were there.

We had an outstanding experience, the food was okay, and they have some good beer on tap. I think they are charging way too much for the game passes for the kids. The excessive expense keeps us from coming back 😕

They installed a new Bouncing Attraction that Requires you PURCHASE The Socks that They Sell to Be Able to Go In! Cuz most kids are Not Wearing Skid Resistant (Rubber Bottom) Socks with Shoes On! And Lil kids don't understand that they CAN'T Go In! Just Another Money Grubbing Idea that Makes Me Dislike this place even more than I already do ☹️ 90+ tickets for a Tiny Lollipop 🍭? SHM

Grandson loves it here but the cost is too much. Buying food and drinks and a game playing card is not enough. You also have to buy socks, every visit, for the trampoline. Then they go in the trash as you can't reuse them...what a waste.

I visited with a lot of family for a birthday on 8/30. There was almost no employees actually working! I waited 10 minutes to get someone to fill the salad bar with salad after waiting in line to order food for 15-20 minutes because only one person was taking orders with a long line. No one was working the door checking people in or out which is one of Chuck E Cheese's safety features. All of this, while about 6-8 employees sat in an office in the back laughing and talking. They could be seen from the salad bar area in the back. Once my husband really made a fuss they all came out and got to work. Very upsetting to see how management is handling their responsibilities and managing their employees. We will definitely not be back!

My daughter stood at the prize counter for 10 minutes. After peaking my head around the counter I notice a young boy(Anthony) sitting on his cell phone in a chair. I simply asked if there was anyone working the prize counter and he told me no. During this conversation my daughter came up from behind me and walked into the loli pop I was holding. (Complete accident small kids bump into things all the time/she didn’t cry) Anthony then felt the need to yell and tell me I should be watching my child bette and no one was working the prize counter right now. A few moments later we saw him handing other kids prizes with a big smile on his face. My daughter asked if she could get her prize, so I took her back in line. When it was our turn his whole attitude and facial expression changed. He began yelling at me when I asked if my daughter could get a prize. Every comment his voice raised and he made vile accusations like I beat my daughter, in-front of my kids and other families! My daughter walked up from behind me and bumped into me and he created some nasty unnecessary scene out of it when the focus should be helping the kid get their prize regardless of personal emotions or issues. I was shocked someone employed at a children’s place showed such hostility and immature/inappropriate behavior in-front of children. My daughter left asking why he was treating her differently than the other kids and said the things he said….I don’t see why letting her have a turn at the prize booth and enjoy her experience was so hard for him to allow to happen. The immaturity and disrespect was completely uncalled for, the kid just wanted a prize…

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POORLY RUN. There was no kid check at the front as people kept pushing through. We ordered a pizza and gameplay and waited 50 mins before checking on the food. I was order 52 and a lady with 53 had asked about her food which turned out to be the same order. The worker said it was being made and I asked the manager Andrea what number they were on and she said 51 so I was up next. They gave my food to 53 and when I explained this to Andrea, she mistakenly said the other person ordered first and I ordered at 4:39 when I corrected her and showed her my pager and receipt. She blew me off and said they would have to start making mine and was upset. I explained it wasn’t fair and she just blew me off again and just offered a refund. I had already wasted an hour waiting and my kids were getting irritated so I just accepted the refund. It was not a good experience to waste time and just asked if I wanted a refund to get rid of me. When refunding the order after processing, she asked for the drink cups and voided game card back and I told her they were left on the table. Andrea was not happy with being corrected and could not handle conflict resolution . When leaving , they finally had the nerve to put someone up front to do kid check and I told him they didn’t do kid checks when half the people arrived and the kid looked confused. Not a safe or fun place

Games are broken or trashed restrooms were nasty and very unsanitary staff is very rude and really ruined the whole experience we were paying customers I have a toddler he tried to get as many tickets as he could but only got 105 and real want a lizard for 250 tickets my son cried and they could have given him the plastic little lizard that wasn't even worth a dollar. I won't be coming back here Dave n busters is was better and there machines actually give tickets as well as prizes chuckle cheeses is a scam spend your money where it's valued this place has no respect.
