I had forgotten to set up a flower delivery for my daughters birthday and it dawned on me about 2pm on the DAY OF! I call Flor and they said ‘no problem’! And within 3 hours they had hand delivered my daughter the most FABULOUS arrangement EVER! I can’t WAIT to use them again!!! And by the time we were done with the transaction- I felt like they were new friends!!!

Sandra was so helpful and took my order over the phone and curated a beautiful arrangement to be delivered that very same afternoon. Very smooth transaction and delivery.

I purchased my cactus and jade from Flor + Palma and the plants are very healthy. From the pots they came in to the soil toppers everything was stylish and complete. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service and the plants!

She was very prompt and easy to communicate with, showed up right on time and ready to go on the day of, and was SO kind and thoughtful during the event.
