Honestly, never had any real issues or wrong orders. Maybe 1 or 2 not as enthusiastic employees but that's about it. The bar is set pretty high with the Dutch Broistas. They're always so friendly and you can tell they do the best they can. I love the many many options you have to really customize your drink. I'll always be Pro-DutchBros.

Always friendly. Never have my order wrong. Hot or cold drinks are good here. I got a picture perfect. It has chocolate drizzle and caramel soft top or whipped cream

It was my first tome trying their drinks after a friend recommended it to me and they were above and beyond. I also hope the manager reads this review because I want him to know that he got the best employees he can ever hire. They are very nice sweet and helpful.

Tried the Pink Velvet Mocha Freeze, their holiday drink, and it was actually pretty good. It is definitely very sweet, but enjoyable if you are in the mood for something dessert like. There was a line when I went and they only had one person outside taking orders. Usually there are two, but I had patience. No complaints about the atmosphere. At the end of the day, they are polite and I got my order right.

I stopped by here last night after visiting some family in the area, I haven’t been here before.. Angie the barista who took my order was FANTASTIC! She was really patient with me while I looked at the menu since it was my first time. She also recommended me a Banana Mocha latte that was really good..

I like to get the snickers chai with soft top. They are nice and will try to start a conversation when ur at the window and your drink is still being made. I approve 10/10 must try again

My advice, go to the Dutch brothers app and view the full menu (be warned it's HUGE and overwhelming, so my advice...look at it before you go and decide what you want) on the app and they will make you any drink from the full menu as well. My favorites are the Cocomo, Kicker, annialator and my favorite non coffee drinks are the hyperchrome & high five lemonade. They also craft their own energy drinks too, which are really good! Stop by while in Palmdale. The strawberry lemonade blended was great. I recommend the carmalizer and the cocomo.

Best coffee by far, I like it better than Starbucks for sure Great prices and amazing customer service .

Their coffee ideas are through the roof. I love that birthday cake joint. You gotta try their bunny shake or frap or whatever, I got three blended coffees last time I visited.

We were heading to Starbucks lol however we decided to give Dutch Bros a try, since it seems to always have a good flow of customers and plenty of parking spaces also a very efficient drive- thru system. We were greeted by a nice young lady who was freezing out in the cold (felt bad for her) we received our drinks from another nice young lady, no receipt,paid $30, whatever it was all good ! However time comes to try our drinks, we came to the conclusion that the coffee was watered down and not of good quality. The largest drink a "cocomo" was more than half full of ice, the drink tasted bland and had a very faint coffee taste with lots of water and 5 mls of whipped cream 😅. I understand it maybe popular with the youngest generation and we caffeinated people have no business to seek here. The cold drinks were colorful however the amount of sugar was way above the normal, even for a 5 year old running on mac and cheese and pedialyte. Wish them all the best but we won't be recommending this one

Family and I tried the banana bread, cotton candy frost, and caramelizer. Unfortunately, they didn't meet our expectations 😞.

Usually, their workers were very nice but recently the Three times I have gone the Girls working have a lot of attitude and are very rude.

I honestly love Dutch brothers! But I’m only giving a 2 star because of the experience I had today. I asked for a medium golden eagle but this is one with no ice so I can save or for later that night and I didn’t want it to water down. But apparently they don’t fill up the cup if you ask for no ice, or you can pay $1.50 for the cup to actually be filled. So anyways I got my medium coffee no ice. And asked for small cup of ice on the side. Once I got my half filled “medium” it basically was a small so I paid for a medium but got a small. I made a video of it too. Disappointed

I honestly don’t understand the hype. I’ve been an avid coffee drinker since I was about 12 and this place isn’t it. I did walk up and it took forever to place an order with 1 person it front of me. Took 10 min to get 1 drink. Their small coffee is more than Starbucks which is already wildly overpriced. I will say the girl at the window was very sweet. However they were playing some really ghetto music with inappropriate lyrics which was unprofessional, IMO. Why run a business playing ghetto music?! My drink was awful. It looked more like milk than an iced coffee. It was sickly sweet. I came home and brewed a shot of espresso to add it to calm it down. It was still mid. Definitely will NOT be back here.

I love Dutch bros here but THEY TAKE FOREVER! I arrived @ 7:08 and got my drink @7:36!! If you want coffee before work don’t go to Dutch go to starbucks they’re faster

Drive through took forever to take an order from a customer ahead of me, then they skipped me and took the order from a customer that drove in after me, gave her drink first and when I got my iced mocha, 80% of my drink was ice. Terrible drive through service at this location. So pretty much I paid $5.65 for 20% mocha drink. A 2 lbs. bag of ice would have been less expensive.

I went here this morning July 12th 2024 I ordered the kicker was supposed to be Blended it was not. As far as for Irish Cream I would have to say burnt coffee with milk over ice. Four people tried it that's the same thing they said. No Irish cream flavor at all not worth my time or effort to go here I suggest people go to Starbucks won't get anything close to anything but at least they're coffee has some flavor. I wish they would answer their phone when someone calls but apparently customers aren't that important to them. My nephew got a mocha and it had flavor it still wasn't Blended and was supposed to be. They don't pay attention to their customers orders they also are very slow at making the orders wrong just remember that if you choose to go you're a good luck I personally will not be returning

I’ve been to this location several times and have ordered the Golden Eagle and it’s always been good. I went today and got the same drink I always get. The drink had a sour taste to it. I asked them to remake it and still tasted sour and just not good at all. I’m not sure if the milk was expired. The employees kept looking at me and laughing. Employees have major attitude. I got store credit. If more than one customer is complaining that the drinks are off, it’s them not us! Never going to this location again.

the service was fine the environment was fine but the drink itself was disgusting. i’m not sure if the milk is spoiled or what it is but i never get dutchbros it’s rare when i go and the one time i decided to get a drink since it was right next to me it was horrible. at first i didn’t notice anything wrong with the drink when i had grabbed it since it was late and dark already. i took a few sips and it was very thick and didn’t taste great at all. i had got home and looked at the drink and its thick and has a lot of stuff floating around. it was a iced drink so it shouldn’t have been thick like it was. it’s almost like the milk is expired or bad. my stomach is starting to hurt more and more by the minute and i feel super nauseous. i don’t get how a spot that only sells drinks can mess this up. like all you guys are selling is drinks how can you mess something up that the store is only selling. i’m never choosing dutchbros ever again this disgusts me so much and upset my stomach a lot.

I ordered 20 minutes in advance and I get there 5 mins after pick up and still not ready. No problem I work in customer service so I get it……..I waited 19 extra minutes? Other customers ordered after me in person and got their orders before I did. So I went to ask obviously? Then she asks other coworkers about it and it’s been in the fridge the whole time? She just handed it to me without even saying a simple apology. I’m just irritated writing this so please do better! I won’t recommend this place until they change

I came here at 6:40 pm on Sunday the 1st of March. The first girl said she’d be right with me , so sweet . The 2nd girl in green, (could not get her name) said in a rude tone , “I got it” . Her attitude was so nasty , and not what I expected from Dutch bros . Truly so unprofessional if you ask me. I could not remember the name of a drink, so I tried to give her some key words and descriptors of the drink , to which I was met with a rude expression , and shrug , and a rude “I don’t know” . She could up the customer service a bit? I think she should be hired elsewhere that doesn’t deal with the general public.

Unprofessional, lacking in customer service skills. The ladies at the window were too busy gossiping instead of greeting me. They didn’t say hello or say that my order will be ready soon. They just stood by the window gossiping for 10 mins. Then they went to the back and grabbed my coffees. So, my coffees were lukewarm instead of hot because it was sitting to the side for 10 mins. And to make it worse she brought it while holding the cleaning towel that had stains on it. Unsanitary and unprofessional. I’m not patronizing this location anymore. I’ll now go to a different one in the AV.

I ordered Saturday 11/30/2024 a large gummy bear lemonade no ice because it was for my kids and she said there will be space on the top I was like “ok” never has happened I’ve ordered it before and they fill it to the top. My husband went today 12/02/2024 around 2:30pm with my kids for starters she came up to his window with attitude asking “WHAT DO YOU WANT?” My kids wanted OG gummy bear slushy soda he said the girl took his order and she punched in god knows on the iPad another girl came up to his window restating his order which was NOT what he had told the first girl. He gets to the pick up window the girl making the drinks was already Mad for no reason because the other 2 had got his order wrong screaming at him asking if it was soda or lemonade. Every time we ordered the total was about $10 this time he was charged $13 for 3 kid drinks. If prices went up it’s ok but the girls being rude is not ok. Please, speak to your workers. Picture is from 11/30/2024 large og gummy bear lemonade no ice. If they were going to give me a drink half way they should Of saved a cup and gave it to me in a smaller cup. I paid a large for basically the cup!
