Ok, I just moved to Palmdale 3 weeks ago from Anahiem and I just want to say I have been to a lot of Sizzlers and have never such cleanliness and superior fresh salad bar like this place. Chris the manager is on top of it like you can’t believe. I told him well done. I hope corp knows how well this place is run. The cashier and waiter, Stephanie was always stopping by the table asking if we need anything. The food and quality of how they cooked my Lobster tale not being over cooked but moist and tender. So anyways I will definitely be back. Thanks Chris and Stephanie for the experience.

I love sizzler. You walk in order and pay at the counter. Take your drinks and the servers takes over from there. If you want something, just go get it or let the server help you. It's inexpensive. You can get a beer or suck back all the ice cream you can handle.

Came for a late lunch, and it was still pretty crowded. We all ordered the Salad Bar. The options were varied and delicious. I especially enjoyed their new additions of some tropical flavors.

We came late at night so this may be diiferent for you at another time of the day. First if you havent been to sizzler its worth noting that you need to walk to the register and order first then take a seat, where ever you want. And wait for your food. We came on a bad day. The cashier was super rude, no exscuse there and the manager was the only one waiting tables and doubling as a cashier at times as well. Service was slow and our food took above average time to be brought to our table. The salad and soup bar may be a better option if you dont want to wait for something custom like a burger or ribs. Food was well prepared and tasty. Would come back again. Hoping next time the staff is there.

I have been a fan of Sizzler since the 80z! There is no better salad bar and that’s why I still go. The only drawback I can say is please invest in your interior or at least deep clean the carpet because there is a stench inside.

The steak was cooked perfectly and by the time I got my salad bowl I was full so I got two meals out of my one entree ordered! We were in the private room in the back, and the service was great. However, they do the tip a little different than most restaurants. They ask you ahead how much tip u want to leave and give you cash to leave for service staff. Unfortunately, some people pocketed the cash meant for tip, leaving nothing for the wait staff...it was bad and embarrassing, so I had to throw in an extra $5 to cover those cheapskates. Next time, we passed around a bowl to collect and they were tipped very well.

Friday lunch was excellent. We had the all you can eat salad bar. I ordered the hibachi chicken topper. It was small but excellent. Now days I appreciate the smaller meat servings and larger veggie servings. Cheese and broccoli soup was excellent. Service was excellent. Cleanliness overall was good. We shall return.

I hadn't been there in a while but I thought I should give it a try. I ordered both the entrees and the unlimited salad bar. The food was good and atmosphere was nice but the salad bar was only a fraction of what it was in the past (sign of the times). We all continue to lower our expectations. If you do find a place that has extremely good food and service you will pay dearly for it. But to be fair it still is a good place to go and I can recommend it.

My first time at this location and we will be back! I’m from LA so we have frequented the Culver City location my entire life, but we moved to AV during COVID and decided to give this location a chance and it did not disappoint! Very clean, new salad bar items but everything was absolutely delicious and portions were plentiful, the staff were courteous and helpful. This is one of my old time favorites. Ordered steak medium rare and they always cook it perfectly and all you can eat shrimp. The service is always excellent and it's family friendly. Great place to get quality food without being charged an arm and a leg. Keep up the good work! Also if your a vegetarian this is a good place to go All you can eat salad bar and the Broccoli Cheese Soup is awesome.

We used to eat here years ago when we lived in CA. During this visit we had to try it out! It was clean. Service was good. Cashier was very friendly. My husband got the regular strip steak with salad bar and I upgraded to the ribeye and salad bar. His steak was tough. But mine was perfect. So you get what you pay for! Overall we really enjoyed it!

Absolutely wonderful food, service, and atmosphere. It was nice to have a Sizzler to visit for dinner. There's not one in my local neighborhood. I had the rib eye with mashed potatoes and yummy good cheese bread. My friend had the prime rib burger and steak fries, she would get it again! The salad bar had a wide variety of choices with items other than salad choices.

My parents and I really enjoyed the fresh salad bar and soups! Plenty of options for salad toppings. My ribeye was cooked perfectly medium and my baked potato was done great. The complimentary cheese toast bread was warm and tasty (went well with soup). Our server was awesome and kept bringing ice tea refills. Dessert was really good with the banana pudding and crushed candy cane brownies. My parents and I will definitely be back!

[18MAR25] Late lunch here with my Tito and tita. Spacious and lots of free parking space The crew here is very friendly. Restroom is very spacious as well. They have salad bar which isses unlimited!!! If you are a senior citizen, mention it as they offer discounts. The free bread is amazing. If there is one thing i will change is the food is too oily. Orher than that our experience is great. Thank you.

Decided to try their salad bar for lunch. Been looking for a good salad bar since Souplantation went out of business. Not quite as large a selection, but good enough for me. Good salad fixings, pasta and other salads, soups, hot food bar and ice cream with toppings. Decent price which included a drink and cheesy bread. Attentive waiter even though I had the salad bar👍

Somewhere that can please everyone. A little bit of everything. My only complaint is the booth size was pretty cramped, but our awesome server brought us an extra chair. Everything was stocked up and ready. The place was busy but not loud and crazy. We will be back.

I had the Classic Steak Trio. Steak was cooked the way I like it, Malibu Chicken was good, the jumbo shrimp could have been cooked a little longer. It's been a while since I've been here, the are serving steak fries now. At least they weren't mushy like most places cook them.

Chris did a great job for our party. I didn't expect 4 beers to be so much. I spent about $80 bucks and didn't get to enjoy my food. Not because of the service but because my husband is a retired veteran. His social anxiety geta the best of him and when he says ita time to go... It's time to go. I go here often for a steak. Not the best steaks out there but prices are better than most steakhouses. I skip the salad bar. The staff are always great. The atmosphere could use some upgrading.

The food we had overall was good. The salad bar had a few things that weren't up to high standards. But the steak was tender and tasty. Our server is good and attentive. Sizzler reminds me of the Ponderosa or Bonanzas from the seventies and eighties. I was pleasantly surprised when we got our food.

My friend wanted to try a new buffet since he never been to sizleri reconded we try to go there we had the salad bar. Update: adding onto my original review I still don't think Sizzler is worth a huge amount of enthusiasm but they are reliable and I did find if you only want soup you can get that for a lower rate than the full salad bar. Those recovering from holiday hangover and the mix of pathogens your relatives brought you for Christmas know that it's a very nice little place where you can eat and feel the 1980s and 1990s slip back into your veins for a little while. I would be sad to see it go. If not for the fact it's at a major intersection, I don't think it would've persisted this long. It's a good little place even though its time is way past but your grandparents will enjoy it. ---- I went to sizzler for the first time in many years and it was about the same experience I expected with the prices changing roughly with inflation unfortunately. My problem is the solid bar doesn't feel like it's worth $16 at this point when there are similar options at places like Shakeys and at the Chinese buffets. I am glad that I didn't get sick and it's good that you can get an entrée and add on the salad bar for just around 7 1/2 dollars but the price of most of the entrées is more exclusive and expensive than the sense I get from Sizzler. It's not quite up to the quality of a decent steakhouse but asks for a price that suggest that it should be put there. It's basic mid and I wish they were more deals that allowed people to get more for their money here.

I recently dined at Sizzler in Palmdale, and overall it was a solid experience. The restaurant has a relaxed, classic diner vibe that’s perfect for a casual meal with family or friends. The menu offers a good variety of options, and I enjoyed the freshness and flavor of my meal. The service was friendly and attentive, and the staff made sure we had what we needed throughout our visit. The salad bar was a nice touch with plenty of choices, and the main dish was cooked well and satisfying. My only reason for giving four stars instead of five is that a couple small things felt a bit dated — the interior could use a bit of refreshing, and it was a tad slower than I would’ve liked during a moderately busy time. But all in all, Sizzler in Palmdale is a dependable spot for a good meal, and I’d happily return.

Sizzler Service was good very polite workers everything was clean. I have nooooo idea what happened to the clam chowder soup it was super salty and clumpy I had to add water but didnt help. I didn’t enjoy and it did satisfy me as it would normally does I was a bit disappointed because their Sizzlers calm chowder is bomb. I always get water but the mango lemonade looked so mouth watering because i was hot but it was just a waste of lemonade i didn’t finish it but I decided to get it a try. I only enjoyed their parmesan toast salad and the chocolate ice cream. I had to eat it super fast because of the heat outside.

I've seen improvement here. The chicken wings are back, yeah! the service was good. The prices are getting up there but the steaks were tender and the salads were crisp.

I've been to two Sizzler restaurants in the past three years, after not visiting for at least 10 to 15 years. Both visits were to attend group functions, & both were unimpressive. On this last visit, my steak was full of gristle & fat, leading me to think I should have just had a salad.

The food is good, but on the pricier side. The restaurant is medium sized, but does look a little run down and old. The salad bar needs some work, not too many options and doesn't look appetizing. The staff is okay, I think it depends on the day. Sometimes they're very attentive and other times they barely acknowledge you exist. The parking lot is very small and tight.

I've been going to this place since I was a kid because it is near my grandmother's. Of late the service is pretty good but the salad bar always feels lacking. Customer service from our server was good but my problem is that I always order the same thing which is the steak shrimp and skewers. My only problem is the rice they give you is so little . It was good until I went to the bathroom. It stinks horribly. There wasn't any toilet paper. I was stuck and the smell made a bad situation worse. I was gagging and trying not to throw up by the time I was done. I brought home a full meal because there was no getting my appetite back after that. Wish I never added salad bar because that was just a waste since I couldn't eat.

Came here on my birthday. Ordered steak with a salad bar. Never got cheese toast. Inquired at the front they told me to ask waitress. Couldn't find the waitress so we sat and ate our food. Went back to the register. They told me again to ask a waiter or waitress. I refused and asked for a manager. Finally got the toast as we were leaving. Plating of steak was sad. Nothing more appetizing than finding a rubber band in your food. And when you bring it to the waitress attention she’s annoyed because it’s from the lobster, I’m sorry I didn’t order a lobster I ordered a steak. Husband decided to take me here for my birthday and we only had a few bites of our flavorless food before we decided to leave, we drove over an hour to get there because we live in a rural area. Finally after a year of not eating out this was the biggest disappointment. The service was awful took over 1/2 to get our food. The food was just as bad. Malibu chicken dry and rubbery fish and chips fryed too much tough to chew and very dry. We were able to get our money back.

Staff and manager argued with me and spoke to another customer, over my service dog which according to ADA doesn't need a vest or a card. This instigated the other customer to barge over to our table minutes later at the restaurant, yell at us to accuse us of lying and threatening us to say that she was a state employee and that we were lucky it was her day off and should be in jail for 6 months. I asked her for her info but she fled. Sizzler employee's conduct in turning the environmental into such an atmosphere which initiated and encouraged this other customer to become belligerent and threatening, was within their control, occured with their encouragement and occured on their premises. Sizxler owes all its customers a safe environment as its invitees. I contacted the Palmdale sheriff's (Deputy Carter) who let me know that there was no validity to the threats, a vest or card wasn't required under the law and to contact the sheriff's if this happened again. I am waiting to hear back from Sizzler's upper management regarding this incident.

Sizzler was my childhood staple. Today’s experience was awful. They use to have good quality food now you get McDonald’s style chicken nuggets, tortilla chips were super stale, potatoes were hard and stale. They had this shredded meat that was probably reheated a few times. For what they charge they should offer a bigger variety of quality food not McDonald’s style food. I won’t be back.

The place was overall great until the older short old guy that cleans the table and pick up dishes started to make loud annoying noises. Just awful don't sit towards the back the workers are constantly walking back and forth you will not enjoy all the Riff Raff! Definitely needs more diversity that would be great!

Rude service with staff making angry and aggressive eye contact towards me. Don’t recommend and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place! No respect!
