Very convenient location for a shake shack. Able to order online and then pick up in person. The staff there are helpful and kind, and very fast and efficient. The food also was nicely made and yummy too. Ordering with the app was very convenient in choosing what I wanted. Lots of different selections and seasonal variations make it even more enticing to eat at. I quite enjoyed the plain shack burger, but the truffle one also had quite the interesting taste.

This location was not too busy on a Friday late afternoon. I walked right in and placed an order on the self checkout kiosk. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, fries, and lemonade. The food was really good: soft buns, perfectly cooked meat, delicious melted cheese...every bite was an experience. The wait took about 10 minutes and I was able to get a table quickly. Highly recommend.

Smash burgers are a favorite of mine— they're delicious, with a crispy, flavorful crust and juicy inside. However, they can be a bit greasy, and unless you opt for a double patty, the meat flavor can get a little lost. I personally love them, but I know they're not for everyone. Many people don't give them a try, but if you're into burgers, l'd definitely recommend giving them a shot, especially if you're a fan of rich, indulgent flavors. Overall, I'd give them a solid four stars.

Mid Dec2024 Trendy American burger and shakes resto which has a global presence. This particular outlet is just about the standard Shake Shack joint. One of the new offerings are various more upscale offerings and state centric menu tweaks. Shake Shack is also venturing to alcoholic drinks. Counter service is pretty standard with most of the attention behind the operations and expectedly lacking in the dining area in terms of upkeep and cleanliness. The layout is a bit small with limited tables given the proximity to the shopping center. Lots of TV units around which makes some diners tarry a bit longer. Ideal for small groups or quick bites.

We went here because of the free Chicken Shack with an order over $10 deal. I ordered the Hot Chicken sandwich through the mobile app for pickup. The taste of the sandwich was good, and with a moderate amount of spiciness. The main issue with this restaurant is the lack of parking at the complex. We had to circle around for quite a while before finding parking. It really takes away from a good atmosphere/experience.

Standard American self-service fast food restaurant. Meat is not halal. The shroom burgers are decent but with too much cheese. The cheesy fries are alright, but too cheesy and lacking spice. Service is decent.

Got a plain shack burger. It came mostly disassembled in the bag, had slid apart. Had cheese, wasn't expecting that. Fries were ok at first, but got cold and meh very quickly . Tried to order from the kiosk, couldn't find the plain burger, had to wait for the counter guy to finish to take my order. Inside of the restaurant seemed nice, restroom was clean. I ate in the truck with my dogs tho.

The place is outside of the main shopping mall, which can be good and bad. Good: easy parking (away from the crowd); Bad: if you are shopping and want to take a break for burger, depending what part of the mall you located.. can be easily 10 minutes walk or more. Services was awesome, Ray was super tentative and with a big smile. Food was good but not cheap. For 3 of us without tip was almost $70. Not sure if I return without any 50% off coupon. 😆

Overall not bad but a little on the pricey side. The cheeseburger was $7.79 and was good but not worth almost $8, fries and shake were good though. Overall paid $32.79 for all of this and left a little hungry still. Shake was worth it but wish burger was more filling.

Depending on what you get, it may or may not resemble what you see in the photos of what your item should look like. The grilled cheese I ordered looked like it went through a lot before it got to me. This location also doesn't have that greatest of service. We put in an order on the computer, took our number, and got a confirmation our food would be brought to our table. We were notified our food was ready and would be brought to our table. We waited maybe like 10 minutes before we realized we hadn't gotten it yet. Went up to the counter to inquire and our food was waiting out on the counter. And an employee was talking about how there weren't any tickets and there wasn't anything to do...

It is a good idea to hire teenagers to give them work opportunities but you need to train them how to cook. The kids cannot cook! My food is so burnt and not sure why they still gave it to me as if it is normal. I also waited 15-20 mins and this is what I got. The staff was polite but just need more training

This is easily the worst Shake Shack location I’ve ever been to. In the span of 3 months, I have ordered food from Shake Shack four times via DoorDash, and they forgot to include the shake sauce 4/4 times. At this point I think they are doing it on purpose. Their employees are either lazy, or they just don’t care. Regardless, this type of service is unacceptable.

Ordered chicken bites on DoorDash that came completely covered in bbq sauce when they were delivered. The bbq sauce that comes on the side was in tact and outside of the container of chicken bites

Horrible experience here. We waited close to an hour for our order. When it finally came they gave us beef burger instead of veggie burger. And took another 15 min to get the right one. Food was mediocre. Fries were cold. Never coming back
