Prices are reasonable, their food is very delicious i woul highly recommend going to this place, although some customer's reviews are hard on the place, things to understand is that their accents are often contemplated with attitude, and some mistakes can occur over the phone as it is not the best of quality to make orders over the phone. All i ask for people who go to this place or read this review is to be patient with the people that make your food. If you have no compassion or patience, dont go over there. If you have happen to have your order to be mistaken, understand and let them know, if you argue with them, they will purposefully make you wait for your food. I can tell that with the bottom of my heart that they are compassionate, make mistakes but wont make a fuss about it, and take their business seriously and in a manner of ways respectful towards the customer if they repay it in return.

This was one of our first uber orders, my in-laws recommended, for food after coming from Trinidad. Great options and awsome taste. The General Tso's chicken was the best for me. Will order again.

One of the worst place to order from I am a regular customer and I have call for a delivery and when I order my order had beef I have ask the person on the phone if he can substitute the beef with pork and he say no as a loyal customer I will not order from here again by me asking for a substitution I not felt so bad it feels they are very racist and don't care about there customers....

The attitudes of the workers are disgusting. Whenever I call in for a delivery or go get my food, I’m always approached with an attitude. They very often mess up when it comes to delivering food. They call you when they’re at the door and then demand that you rush to come outside. As example of one of the times they messed up my delivery, they once gave my food to someone else, had me waiting for close to an hour for my food, and then proceeded to yell over the phone when I called to see where my food was. If you want decent Chinese food, Grace Kitchen is okay. But if you want quality customer service and don’t like to be approached with negative energy, I’d recommend you go to another Chinese store. There are many around this area with much better service.

I called this business to see if they deliver to my address. The woman said they did not and abruptly hung up. I was not even offered an option for pick up. I wouldn't trust an establishment with such bad customer service to handle my food. Taking my business elsewhere.

Also, it wasn’t fried and when the delivery man came, he demanded a tip besides what we tipped him before we can even get the cash out he complained about not getting a big enough tip I do not recommend please go elsewhere
