This place is incredibly interesting. Came here during Christmas and the whole block was covered in lights. Great place to see the parade. Inside was a buffet as well as a counter cafe, small store and plenty of seating. What really made the place was the friendliness of the owners. They were happy to share their story and were so welcoming. Not sure I will ever go back through Pampa, but if I do, I would sure stop again to say Hi.

Stopped here for breakfast then came back for lunch! What a cute and cozy little diner! Plenty of knick-knacks and things to look at while you . re there. The staff is friendly, the service is good, the food was excellent and the place was clean!

We had an enjoyable meal. The food was delicious. I took an order of their homemade potato chips home they were so good.

The BEST place to eat in Pampa. Love the atmosphere. Great tasting food. Love the buffet as well. The prices are fair as well. The absolute nicest folks run it. You can come in for a quick meal or hang out for a while with friends or family. They even have a small shopping area for nicknacks.

This was an a wonderful experience! Best burger I've had in years. Took the entire family and everyone loved the food, from french toast to chicken. Staff was great, atmosphere was fantastic. Its a "must stop in" spot anytime we are near.

I have been to Finley's a few times and always impressed with them. The servers are always very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the server that waited on me the last time I was there, but she was excellent!! She was very friendly and eager to help. But the most impressive thing about her was that she overheard a little of mine and my friend's conversation about a problem and she offered some really great advise. My friend and I are both in our late 60's and this lady may not have even been 20, so I was greatly impressed with how perceptive she was. Anyway I would recommend Finleys to anyone!!

It was a good ole fashioned cheeseburger. Big spacious place plenty of room between tables. Not a ton of parking up front but they have more out back. Prices are not really unreasonable, about the same as most sit down places.

Met a new friend for breakfast; opens at 8, but you can get your own coffee if its 730 while staff is getting ready for the day. SHANNA dropped by table around 750 and said if we knew what we wanted she'd take order but they wouldn't start cooking till 8.....Eggs were cooked to perfection; bacon 🥓 also..... Shanna is the BEST!!! She can take it and dish it out !! Really enjoyed her "visits" to refresh coffee and banter.....I'll definitely be back.....

We have lived in Pampa 3 months. All I got was terrible burgers and terrible service, but then I tried Finley's. Great burger! I love the homemade chips! I thought the prices were a little high but then I remembered Pac a Burger charged me 39.00 for 2 pork sandwiches and 2 fries so I can't complain. Great Service!

Horrible experience. Food took over an hour to come out. All I got was a burger. Messed up order. It gets to a point bruh. Waitress was very unfriendly

I would’ve loved to have tried the food here, however, my family and I just sat there for 30 minutes without being asked what we’d like to order. Probably should teach better communication amongst waitstaff.
