My crust barely had any hut favorite on it like I ordered it. If they put the right amount I would have given a better score.

This location is hit and miss but for a while now it's been a hit. In years past I would get bad pizza by delivery. The large traditional wings are always on point. Since the pandemic started I have been using the Pizza Hut app and picking up my order by bicycle.

Delivery was fast! Food was tasty, but bread sticks a little stale. One star for atmosphere because there is not a NA option.

I always order pizza from this location but yesterday there was an extra ingredient in my pizza that i did not requested. also the pieces were cut so awful and messy.

The service was poor. Is too expensive. For total was $51.02 The only thing I just ordered is a large pizza with pepperoni and the wings. The wings was dry and the sauce has no flavor. The pizza Was alright. Not recommended to order this location. I'll give it 3/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐

Please call me when the employee arrives with my pizza. The employee came to my apartment building and waited, said he could not enter and returned the pizza to the hut. I was very hungry and disappointed that he did not call me when he arrived.

I only gave two stars because the cheesesticks I ordered were actually really good. Unfortunately, the pizza was not. After 30 minutes they delivered my pizza it was cold and folded in half one portion of it was missing.when I called I couldn't speak with the manager he probably didn't want to come to the phone the cashier had to solve the problem.I had to wait another 30 minutes for my pizza.bad service bad manager.

This location DOES NOT use or maintain THE STATES EBT HOT MEALS PROGRAM as contracted. I’ve called the last 3 days and the system still isn’t working. Just called and asked again employee says it doesn’t work and has no idea when it will be fixed hasn’t spoken to his manager about it. So don’t expect to use EBT at this location seems this location may not or doesn’t care to cater to lower income individuals. Better come with cash or you’ll leave empty handed with no answers as to when this location will address its lack of customer service to panorama city’s lower income citizens

Dude it was bad, and I love Pizza Hut. Pizza took over an hour to get here despite the estimate saying 30-45 minutes. When it did, there was hardly any cheese in the stale stuffed crust (!!!). The toppings seemed like they were picked just before Reagan was elected, then shat out of a pickled Dachshund -- no offense to Dachsunds. I will no longer order from here because after I complained about it, I got the kind of "sorry you feel that way" apology you'd only expect from picketing Mormons. Find another Pizza Hut.

I did not order this pizza someone named Jose in California somehow got into my account and used my points. I live in DeMotte Indiana and do not know anyone named Jose. I have changed my password, would like him procesuted and my points returned

Horrible service, just moved into the neighborhood and I placed a delivery order and 45 minutes later I called to find out where my order was, I was told that it was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the phone??? I was puzzled it’s a delivery shouldn’t they come and ring the bell, I was closed to the door and I didn’t see anybody so I placed another order because my kids are sick and I can’t leave the house by this time they are starving I call 30 minutes later and I was told my order was canceled again because the place is under construction?????? What the hell Pizza Hut you need to hire drivers that have more common sense there are big gates and 25 houses with prospective customers. NEVER AGAIN😡

BEWARE! This pizza hut processes fraudulent orders without even verifying the card. They charged me 128$ and delivered pizzas to some scammer and refuse to do anything about it! They even went so far to call the scammer and told me that they confirmed the card was theirs, AND I HAVE THE CARD RIGHT HERE! Dont Trust this place!!!!

I made an order online and everything went well up to the delivery. The pizza arrived as if the pizza box had been tossed around inside the delivery vehicle.

This used to be a great pizza Hut til they changed their chicken fettuccine pasta into 2 tiny trays that is not equal to 3lbs like it's being advertised and the last 3 times in a row the portion is getting smaller and smaller and it is now a single layer and very dry as hell and hair...long black hair..this place is not very sanitary and I don't see anyone with hairnets.

Delivery people are brain dead!. They come to the entry doors and instead of punching the apartment number so I can unlock the entry doors through the phone, they keep calling my phone and asking me to Come down and get the pizza. There's a reason I have ordered a pizza for DELIVERY to be DELIVERED. If I come down to get the pizza you have to tip me dumb-ass.

This location sucks!!! Its a bunch kids working here and they dont care of quality customers expect. I've complained before but things never change. I hate ordering pizzas and paying extra for extra cheese and they barely put any, the same going for the toppings they barely put any.

Used our business card, based out of TEXAS, and charged us 128$ for pizzas and delivered it to some scammer! Did not Verify card, and basically is refusing to pursue an investigation or issue a refund! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR CARD INFO!

There was this tall lady with a ear/neck tatto that attended us really bad..... never coming here again..... If you work in any fast food place you have to be polite and greet us atlest with a hello .This women had a horrible attitude unacceptable.

Worst pizza ever at this location. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, which had no sauce and not even cut all the way through. Wings were not even hot and had little to no sauce either. Not worth the $35dls

Absolutely horrible delivery service from this location. I do not recommend this location at all. Due to ordering from an existing account, our pizza was made at this location instead of the location in our “jurisdiction.” The delivery man texted us stating he had arrived and that’s when we realized he had gone to our job site instead of our home. We realized our mistake and apologized. He asked for our home address and we waited, confident he was on his way. After another 20 minutes, we realized he was probably lost. We called to ask what happened and he said he couldn’t deliver to our home because it was too far for him. He did not have the kindness or common courtesy to update us that he was not delivering our food. We had already payed and had no idea which location he had come from since it was not our home location. We tried calling him back to get the store location and he sent our call to voicemail. After several google searches and multiple calls to different Pizza Hut locations, we found out he had delivered from this location. The manager apologized, promised to return our money and send us picture proof of the voided transaction, but we had to call again because she did not send us the proof. She stated that she had other, more important things to do before she could help us. We ended the whole ordeal hungry and frustrated. Needless to say, we called Dominos.

We have ordered pizzas from this restaurant for a number of years. Usually, we are quite satisfied with the pizza and the delivery. Tonight, however, we got burned. Pizza was a little late but the worst part was that the pizza was almost cold. Not even room temperature. Supposedly it was brought in a hot bag, but either the bag failed, or the pizza sat around a while after it was made and so it went into the hot bag not so hot. Lukewarm pizza may be good the day after, but when you order it for dinner and it is not even mildly hot, not so good. Then, we had ordered extra cheese, but the pizza had NO extra cheese, and the ham, bacon and pineapple (which we can no longer order as a Hawaiian Luau pizza- have to custom order it as it is no longer a speciality) were very sparse. What a disappointment! It will be quite a while (if ever) before we order ANYTHING from them again! Pizza Hut has a whole new menu but nothing looks appetizing and so why bother? I called them and complained and they did offer to make a new pizza and deliver it, but our company couldn't stay and wait for another pizza to arrive, nor did we feel like dishing out another tip to the deliverer. Sorry, Pizza Hut, but you have lost our business.

Selfish and greedy franchisee corporation that nickle-and-dimes the customers by overcharging over national prices, and tacking on a fake service charge on top of other fees. They have a near monopoly on Pizza Huts in the area, so they know they can get away with it. Absolute trash. The employees are nice.

Used STOLEN credit card information and charged us 100$ and delivered pizzas to some scammer. Would not investigate, nor would they issue refund! Kept telling our bank they would "take care of us" then told us we need to take care of it through our bank. They didn't even verify the credit card when they delivered the pizza to a scammer!

Absolutely horrible management and service. I ordered a large pizza from here and received a pathetic excuse of a pizza. Barely any toppings, cheese, and sauce. I asked them if I could have it remade and the manager complied. I waited 20 minutes for a new pizza and it ended up looking exactly the same. I'd probably get more for less by walking to the Walmart and just buying some DiGiorno. I've worked in the pizza industry before and I know for a fact that they're not topping the pizzas the way they're supposed to. This is because the manager will end up getting a bonus depending on how much food they have to restock. Less wasted means more money being saved and the industry rewards them for it. If I wanted trash pizza I'd go back to middle school and wait for pizza day.

If there was a way I could take my star away I would. I ordered some food my food came up to 20.39 cents. When the delivery driver arrived and he told me my order was 23.98 cents so I gave him 25 dollars thinking my order was 23.98. I called pizza hut so they had a many discussion with the driver and he told them that he told me how much my food was which he did but HE LIED! They then told me well since you closed the door it's a done deal and theres nothing that we can do about it. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN LET ALONE ANOTHER PIZZA HUT BECAUSE IM VERY DISAPPOINTED. Pizza hut is my favorite pizza place and this one experience just messed it all up. They acted like they didnt care about how I felt about the situation 3kept taking the employee side. What's so crazy about it is that I planned on tipping the driver. Smh I would never recommend this store to NO ONE!!!!!!! I said hi and my name and I'm here for a pickup, then she went to grab the box of pizza and put it on the counter and resumed reading the recipes lol. I even had my debit card and ID for verification, it was insane, I could of just randomly guessed the right name. The 2nd time she said something in Spanish, I don't speak Spanish but I said hi I'm here for so and so and then she became very serious, completely dropped the smile and did the same exact thing. Grabbed the pizza box not looking at my face and put it on the counter. Without any warmness or care for the customer at all. The other experiences I had were pretty bad also. 2nd pizza was very dry, most likely they were lazy and gave me old Pizza someone never picked up. Then at 12:50am a month later at night, 10 minutes before they were closing, the driver delivered my pizza to me and had me sign a paper. He seemed friendly but then when I opened the box, it was horrible. It was an old Pizza that had been sitting out for 8 hours. It looked disgusting and was completely inedible for $22! It was the worst Pizza Hut experienced I have ever had in 12 years. When I called the store and spoke with Jackie at 10AM she literally just instantly offer me credits. I mean credits are fine but I could of at least just explained what happened. Jesus. The last thing was today 2.15.22 10:20PM, the pizza was absolutely undercooked. The bread was moist and almost wet from lack of being cooked and then my stomach began to experience serious diarrhea. I went to the bathroom after and said enough. You guys deserve 1 star. I've seen other young men here who were the same, very serious. No smiles, terrible customer service. Everyone seems tired and no one honestly cares about their job which is sad. No one here seems to have hope or pride in their work. It's like they are all broken and made so many mistakes and heard so many complains they literally don't care anymore. I'm almost 100% confident the store manager and franchise owners here have terrible training and really bad communication. I've seen terrible places like this that the owners only care for the money. In contrast little Caesars Pizza by my house tastes more fresher and cooked very nicely with much lesser mistakes with 60% to 70% less of the price. I will never go here again. I think you should never go here either. At my job, customer service is our number one priority and we have insane quality control. My mangers and leaders push us hard, our training is excellent and our communication is excellent. This place is a disaster.

Go to trader's Joe's - get a decent/great steak (1lb = $15), couple of large organic potatoes, few bacon bits, some sour cream, even some mushrooms - and you have 2 GREAT dinners for the same money, plus - made in your CLEAN kitchen, healthy and really tasty (easy to make, no effort at all). Make your own pizza - for $25 - you can have 3-4 SUPERB pizza's made - again, clean, healthy, much, much better than anything. EAT LESS - but eat the best food you can buy. Avoid these chains if you have any self-respect or self-preservation in you.
