The service was good not going to lie very nice and polite clean service was great just surprised they didn't honor the mail in cupons other wise everything excellent!!

Service was good and the food was prepped well with the workers listening to the instructions. Pricing structure is the same as always, and its easy to get to. Parking is easy as well, and its a nice place to go after a date at the library.

Subway has discontinued the roast beef sandwich and its hard to find a franchise that has it in inventory. I ordered a chicken salad only to find out that there's no Italian dressing and no croutons. The food server was nice about the whole affair and smiled thru out even as I showed frustration.

This particular store doesn't offer the same options other stores do. I asked them to put some bbq sauce on my sandwich, which I always get in other stores, and the two ladies that work there asked another guy (I guess the manager) if there was an empty container to bring to the front with sauce. The guy said they didn't have it, then admitted they did have it, but since it's not on the "dressings menu" he wouldn't give it to me. Very rude.

To the owner, the host said they don’t accept coupons with an attitude when asked about if I could use a coupon. Took about 2 min for someone to get my order while another host was stocking chips she could have taken my order. I will not come back again.

This subway is horrible when it comes to accepting deals and coupons. On the subway app there is no option to order a footlong at this locations because they want you to pay more and not get any deals. The only option listed for every sandwich is the 6 inch. The option for a footlong is mysteriously gone on the app when I have had the option before. This place has some shady business moves. Its a shame cause the food is great. Its just the people behind the app removing the option for the footlong that just feels scummy.

They charged my card 3 times for the same transaction went back for refund and the 2 ladies there said mike steals from customers THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST SUBWAYS IN TOWN THE MORNING women IS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL SHE SERVED ME A SANDWICH TODAY AND WAS EATING FOOD AND DIDNT WASH HER HANDS BEFORE MAKING MY FOOD TODAY 01/18/2023 she over charged me and when I told her she told me the owner mike sood tells them to charge extra and rip off the customers that’s what subway does all subways steal from customers they put less meat on sandwich poor quality very rude employees never bring my family back here pleasee hire people that want to work The lady at this location is racist and has mental issues they steal from customers even when you pay extra they don’t like to put extra even if you pay be aware of this location for scams the lady in the morning told us that mike the owner tells them to put less meat on everybody and less vegetables

Bad, very bad service!! I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches.I've asked the lady server if there's any promo for the day. She says there's none. But I've checked the apps before ordering. there's 1 dollar off any footlong ordered. I was billed full amounts. I got my sandwiches with barely filling. Can't even taste the tuna I've ordered. I will never patronize this Subway branch again. So be warned.

This rating is for the awful customer service I received. First, I was not acknowledged by the lady and had to wait some time thinking she was busy doing something else until I realized she was just cleaning here and there. I went ahead and ordered my sandwich and was very dissapointed to see the POOR amount of chicken she served for a $7 sanwdich. I could not hear what she was saying and when done, she only left the bag on the counter didn't bother to say thank you.👎

Horrible customer service by Jacob. I walked in to order 6 subs. As it was time to pay I handed the cashier my coupon and was told this locations doesn’t accept coupons. There should be a sign on the door or be told at the time of ordering so many subs that this location doesn’t accept coupons. I asked Jacob if he can make honor this coupon today for not know and he said no so I told him that I walked in with the impression that I am allowed to use my coupons but he said I can just leave the food here. I was shocked especially with all this food shortage going on and the rise of prices on food that this worker would rather let this food go to the trash than honor my coupon so I did what any other person would do I purchase the food so it doesn’t go to waste. I hope the owner will put a sign outside the window or tell there employees at the time of ordering that they don’t allow coupons. By the way the app did take my coupons for this location but the store doesn’t allow it ? Doesn’t make any sense I would give it a 0 start but I’m not allowed to. I Need to speak to the owner

Today Jan 29 at 9.59 I got subway club. The employer who worked there doesnt know standards at all. Put 2 small tomatoes instead of 3. When I asked how many tomatoes should there be he answered with an attitude that it must be 2 only lol. What a joke. When I asked for avocado he started slicing avocado that was rotten lmao. This is my last time here. I would not recommend to anyone going to this subway cause they dont care about customer service, their food is questionably fresh and they dont know subway guidelines. 👎

WORST SUBWAY IVE EVER BEEN TOO, The employee was rude and out of line, he didn't even toast our bread right the sandwich is disgusting & soggy I ordered a number 6 a meatball sub and its terrible. Its bad when the drink is the best part of the meal. And we paid for the chips but they said we told them no I would we spend 44 dollars for no damn chips never coming here again .. Ratting it a one is being nice I wouldn't even rate it a negitve -5.

On July 8th, 2024 at 5:48pm. I went to this subway, attempted to order my usual - spicy Italian with marinara sauce. Leticia and Isabella were extremely rude and have terrible customer service because they gave me attitude and stated that I could only have marinara sauce if I ordered the meatball sub. They then started a match argument with me because I stated that I have always ordered this sub at this location and every other subway location with no problem. I also emphasize that subways slogan is “Have it your way”. They continue to argue with me So I asked for the owner or managers, name, and phone number. They stated that they could not disclose that information and told me show up the next day (again w/attitude). I walked away because i’m not giving my business to anyone who is going to argue with me about my order. I will never come here again and honestly, this business should be closed down. Unacceptable!!
