Carole and her husband have created magic at Parchetto, wow!! The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is ridiculously delicious. For the owner to have another restaurant under her belt, and still make time to get to know me and share her story, that is what relationship building is all about! I can't wait to come back for their brunch. Please make it a point to visit this great establishment. I will return!
When you walk in you are welcomed with a beautiful atmosphere notably we gandered at the wide selection of drinks behind the bar displayed so well. Great Calimari good portions very light. Wonderful sauce. Ribs were so tender my fork cut right through them Excellent broccoli as well as banana pickles. Shout out to Taylor who made the experience feel extremely personal and one of a kind. I don't have one bad thing to say about this place other then it was packed with lovely people! A must hit if you are in Paso Robles!
Absolutely delicious! My wife and I were just walking around downtown and the server (Reese) happened to stop us and talk to us. We originally thought it was just a bar. We went in for dinner and were blown away by the flavors in the food. Omg, so good. We ordered each one of their "Small Plate Specials" and everything was so good; flavorful and appetizing. We loved it so much we went the next morning for Brunch. We met Rahul, an awesome, friendly, welcoming individual, who sat us right away and explained the menu to us. We brought our kids this time and they had the Waffles and Omelette. I got the French Toast and my wife the Benedict. Presentation of the dishes was superb, as was the flavors. Will definitely be coming over and over again.
Delicious food, yummy cocktails, great service. Highly recommend! The lamb fell right off the bone. The risotto was the perfect level of lemony and herby, not too salty. The dipping sauce for the calamari was so yummy, I could have eaten a bowl of it like soup!
Parchetto for Sunday Brunch is the place to be! They had live music, which was so nice. The prices are incredibly affordable for such a nice restaurant that is beautifully decorated and has a lovely ambiance. I had their caramelized apple and banana pancakes with eggs and bacon. It was the perfect amount of food and wonderful taste. I appreciated that the scrambled eggs were not dry and tasteless. We also ordered the waffles, and they were very tasty. Around $15 per plate, which is very reasonable today. We will definitely be back to try the dinner menu and brunch again!
The service was great!! The food was so delicious!! And the drinks hit!! I definitely recommend this place. The kind young guy at the door offered us to check out the inside as he saw us looking at the menu. We had already looked at the good reviews but his kind gesture convinced us to stay instead of checking out the other places. Glad we stayed!
Wow so good we came back two nights in a row. In fact we delayed our journey back home to San Francisco by a night just to enjoy more of this amazing food. Highly recommend the beet salad to start, the croquette's for appetizers were extremely meat forward and delicious. Make sure to ask for their specials because you won't be disappointed, the seafood soup with rice was incredible and the off the menu the pork saltimbocca has the best sauce I've ever tasted. For desert make sure to try the apple crisp, I'm pretty sure that's the flakiest most delicious tart pastry I've ever tasted. We don't drink but the wine menu looked incredible.
Parchetto is an absolute gem! The steak was hands down the best I’ve ever had perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The service was exceptional, with a staff that went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was flawless. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed!
10/10! I took a gamble being that it was New Year’s Eve but I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant had such a nice chill ambiance. We loved everything that we ordered and definitely finished it all. The grilled octopus and beet salad were delicious. The drinks looked so perfect and tasted delicious. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the service. We will definitely be returning.

Had a great experience this evening at Parchetto! Went with my better half for Mothers Day. Was looking forward to having dinner there..was not disappointed! Our server Jen was polite, friendly and professional. Actually from walking in to leaving all were friendly and attentive. Our meal...seared scallops and beet salad to start was delicious! Main course two pound ribeye cooked to perfection, a special for the evening, shared dish, fresh vegetables and mashed potatoes...phenomenal! Will with out a doubt be returning! Best part is we live literally 8 minutes from town. Bottom line..we highly suggest giving Parchetto a try. Enjoy!!

We had dinner at Parchetto's once and really enjoyed it. I'd heard they also serve a great Sunday brunch, so we decided to stop by one Sunday morning. The brunch menu had plenty of good options, plus some fun cocktails to choose from. We went with the Lamb Burger and the off-menu special, Chilaquiles--and of course, a few mimosas. My wife loved the Chilaquiles, everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, my order got mixed up and I was served a cheeseburger instead of the Lamb Burger. That said, the cheeseburger was still excellent, juicy, and well-seasoned, with crisp produce, a soft bun, and perfectly cooked fries. The waiter was very apologetic and offered to fix the mistake right away. I decided to just keep the cheeseburger, and as a courtesy, the owner kindly covered our cocktails. A classy gesture that was much appreciated. The restaurant itself is tastefully decorated, with friendly service and an inviting atmosphere. To top it off, a live jazz band was playing during brunch, which made the experience even better. I'm not sure how long they'll have live music on Sundays, but I definitely recommend checking this place out for a relaxed and enjoyable brunch. I'll certainly be back. Who knows, maybe I'll see you there.
So would have LOVED to give this place five stars!.....but the Steak was not up to par🤷♂️ If you love seafood, this place is amazing! I had a seafood special that gave me happy vibes all over! But the spouse's steak was on the top price level and the mediocre quality and preparation end, which dampered the otherwise great experience 🤷♂️ Go for the seafood...avoid the meat...and the place will be worth it🤗
We recently heard from a friend about the opening of a new restaurant in downtown Paso Robles. During a visit to the town for a potential winery acquisition, we decided to make a reservation for the evening. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated by a wonderful hostess, Dawn. Shortly after, our waitress Natalie introduced herself. The entire staff was fantastic and attentive. Given that it was only day three since the restaurant's opening, we were fully understanding of the typical teething issues. I ordered the peach salad as a starter, which intrigued me, but instead, I received a mixed salad with Parmesan shavings. For the main course, I ordered a medium-rare New York steak, which was seared wonderfully but cooked closer to medium than medium-rare. Unfortunately, everyone at our table experienced similar issues with their orders. Despite this, we were happy to overlook these minor hiccups, recognizing the challenges of a new opening. What really stood out during our evening was when the owner-manager came over to ask about our experience. We were more than forthcoming, expressing our love for the food and the staff. However, it was evident that she was not genuinely interested in our feedback. She seemed distracted, glancing at other tables, and then walked away in the middle of our conversation. Overall, while the staff and the food were delightful, the lack of genuine engagement from the management was quite noticeable and disappointing. We hope these issues are addressed as the restaurant settles in, as it has great potential.

Was there last night Valentine’s night. We ordered the calamari fritti as a starter. I love that it’s not fried too much! My husband ordered the Salmon and liked it but being Italian he complained about the bread being too soft. He likes good crusty bread! I ordered the Seafood Paella. It was chock full of shrimp, clams and octopus on a bed of flavorful rice. Overall it was delicious and service was amazing!!! My only complaint was our table, which was bar height with tall chairs! I had made our reservations a month in advance and hoped for a normal comfortable table!
I've been here a couple times and am writing a review for the first time. It's a head-scratcher to me. Party of three; two ordered the NY Steak ($51). Both stated it was fairly tough and slightly overcooked from the medium rare that was requested. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass for $46. Slightly larger than the size and thickness of a deck of cards. The menu description says it's "pan-seared in lobster sauce." This must translate to BUTTER. So much butter there was nothing else to taste. If one is ordering Sea Bass, we know that it's best served simply prepared with bright, fresh ingredients that highlight its delicacy. I would describe this as a soggy piece of buttered protein of...some kind. Service was fine enough, though we eventually had to wave someone down after sitting for more than five minutes without any greeting of any kind. We each had a cocktail, split one salad and three entrees. With tip it was more than $250. I am a Paso local and will not recommend this place to visiting guests unless they're going for a drink. Nice bar.
Lovely restaurant, maybe too dark for some, good service. Had a margarita and fried calamari, margarita was good, the calamari was a disappointment, undercooked inside, overcooked outside.

I really want to love this place! My first time and I have mixed feelings. Our apps of burrata, oysters and Carpaccio was really good but my steam I am super disappointed in. I ordered the ribeye and not only was it over cooked and dry it was salty. A $65 stick, that’s insane and so glad I didn’t order the 2 lb steak and shared with my husband for $145 but clearly they can’t cook steak properly and should have never sent that out. Another person at the table also ordered the ribeye like myself and hers was also over cooked! A steak steak at that price should be absolutely perfect and will say the $55 ribeye next four at fish gaucho a few days prior was outstanding both presentation, temperature cooked and flavor profile. I’m willing to give them another chance but Paso had a ton of great competition so I say don’t let anything like this leave your kitchen… bottom line that is not ok
Not great. Both the NY strip and filet were full of fat. Overly powered rosemary flavor (or at least what I'm qualifying as rosemary) Tiniest portion of "grilled veggies" you could possibly get. Literally one carrot, one squash, one zucchini slice. Mashed potatoes are quite literally instant potatoes. Service was sub-par, with it taking ten minutes to be acknowledged AT THE BAR. Steer clear.
Food was not good had the 16 oz ribeye and my wife got ill. We waited a long time for our food to be served. The small piece of potato was poor and the vegetables were minimal and sparse. The soup was ok but the overall it was a poor experience. The bill was also over $212.00 which did include drinks Two glasses of wine and two mixed drinks. Won’t be back and won’t recommend!
Staff was off-putting and blunt, not what Paso is known for. Food was seasoned poorly and had to be sent back. Atmosphere was okay but wouldn't come back based off overall value
We came here for our anniversary and ended up leaving mid-dinner. The empanadas were lukewarm. The pork chop was sent out completely raw in the center, like it barely touched heat. It was topped with melted white cheese with zero color or caramelization. It looked careless. I’m a chef, and this just shows a serious lack of attention and quality control from the cooks. At these prices, there’s no excuse. What made it worse, nothing was comped after sending out raw pork. Not anniversary worthy. Not worth the money.
