The service was great. Very helpful and kind. The slices were huge. We had just left a soccer game and we were looking for something hot to eat but quick. Marks pizzeria did not disappoint. They had several types of pizza ready by the slice. The chicken wing pizza was one of the best! They had it packaged and ready to go to get us back on the road in a flash!

First time i ate here. I got a stromboli. The flavors of the dough, and the freshness of it and the veggies in it were on point. The only thing that I was kind of sad about, i ordered ham, and there was not much meat in it at all. I would eat here again, but I would order extra meat. If you guys put a little more meat in there it would be perfect.

The pizza had been sitting around a while...it was not good. But from what I can tell, the crust is fluffy, so if you like that maybe ordering a whole pie would work. We got a slice of Buffalo chicken and pepperoni. The employee literally put in a brand new pizza right before we ordered and still gave us the old slices. 🤣 so....yeah.

So I live near this marks and my girl loves the pizza but we never have a issue order it once a week and always my order gets screwed up Tiffany has messed my order up several times and the young Asian dude has mixed my orders up and gave me the wrong items and I keep going back and they continue to screw my order up every time they also said that their manager a man took the order but it wasn’t it was Tiffany just bad service all around go to the cananandaigua one much better service only good worker their is their delivery driver steaphine and Cody you need to manage ur workers better point blank they are only screwing you by saying you screwed my order

Honestly this has to be one of the worst marks I have ever gotten I have now ordered three sheet pizzas expecting each one to be different and they have failed miserably I ordered a sweet and tangy chicken pizza and got maybe one chicken tender cut up around the whole pie I now drive past the other way to go to Geneva if I want marks

To Mark and his said “pizzeria”, you’re lucky I was hungry otherwise this atrocious, excuse of a pizza would’ve gone straight out the window on the highway hopefully landing in an area of the road where it would be easily run over by hundreds of cars.

I rarely leave reviews, and usually only if things are great. I have been eating Mark's for 30 years, and it's always been awesome. Probably have spent several grand on pizza from them. Not anymore. Ordered a sheet pizza with some toppings on it, and received a sheet pizza with only cheese instead. Called them back to explain the mistake, and they agreed to deliver a corrected order. Tipped the driver 15 bucks after he brought the"corrected" pizza, and opened the box to find the picture attached to this review. Another cheese only sheet pizza that was absolutely destroyed. No more Mark's for us from now on. We'll stick to "Y Knot" from here on out!

I called to order a delivery for our lake house, it is our first time trying to”Marks” as we are from Buffalo, and Cleveland. The service calling was horrible the girl who answered could not have been more rude. The food was cold and soggy. For now on we know better than to try “Rochester, NY food chains”. Very unhappy.

We are long time Cam’s customers, but received an email promotion from Mark’s. Add a topping, two sodas, their delivery fee (yes, they have a delivery fee) and trip for the driver and the total was $12 higher than Cam’s. The pizza was overly greasy, the crust had no taste and the pepperoni was burnt with puddles of grease pocketed in each slice of pepperoni. Ate one slice and threw it out. Never again. Waste of money.

Well my review of the chef salad went from 5 starts to 1. I took my order to my car, made sure it was correct, and to my surprise they changed the salad. My once excellent review, is gone. I liked ordering a salad from here when our family had pizza. Guess not anymore, very disappointed. Manager was quite cocky. Guess it's time to rethink a pizza place too. 🙄
