Usually a nice place to visit. I went through the drive through to order breakfast today and the customer service wasn't too friendly. The lady didn't greet me, forgot my drink, and when I was still pleasant to her and said thank you, she just closed the window. Maybe preoccupied? Maybe having a bad morning? Who knows. But SMILE!

It's my 1st time at this location. I went through the drive-thru and ordered their Big Cheese combo for $8.99 coupon. It gives you a 1/4 size cheese burger with all the trimmings, regular order of fries, and regular soda. The customer service was good by the young lady. I found the cheeseburger perfectly grilled and season to perfection with fresh vegetables added. The fries were hot & crispy brown. I loved this deal and location.

I've been to some slow farmer boys throughout the years but this one takes the cake it took 30 minutes to get a farmer burger combo and let me tell you it was amazing well worth the wait great bacon and avocado will definitely be back. Just hope they speed it up. People got things to do and can't hangout waiting around for a half hour for a burger

The food and service have really improved over the past few months. I had taken about a 6 month break due to the food just not being up to par. Burgers seemed to be thrown together, zucchini were under cooked. But today the food was great! I just wish they would use shredded lettuce. 1 piece of lettuce on a burger is not good. Step your game up Farmer Boys!

I ordered a BLT and you would think that it is a simple sandwich but apparently not. The cook literally put a huge, hunk of lettuce on the sandwich. Please do better, this is ridiculous!

Food taste good, but I wish they would pay more attention and get my order right. I come to this Farmer Boys because it is close to home and the food taste good. However, I have ordered food to go on many occasions and more than three times had something missing. Twice was missing a burger, another time was missing fries and wrong sandwich. I recently stopped by and ordered to go. Upon arriving at my residence, I opened the kids meal to find the smallest patty I've ever seen (see picture) anywhere. McDonald's patties are thin but this one was obviously thinner. I've been to other Farmer Boys and they are nothing like this one, so I know that they can do better. To the owner and / or management, please look at the picture depicting your patty and tell me if that is acceptable. Small, thin and slightly on the burnt side. Would you make your child eat this?

I ordered the sourdough avocado chicken sandwich. Worst sandwich, bread was delicious but the chicken was overcooked and dry, too hard for me to eat. The avocado tasted bad, I was so hungry but I just couldn't eat more of it. I only ate a quarter of it and only because the first few bites where only bread with mayo.

I usually go to this Farmer Boys early in the morning for breakfast however, I went through the drive-thru after work at about 5:20 p.m. picked up a salad from the VIF menu app online, THE SALAD WAS NOT FRESH IT WAS A COBB SALAD WITH A SMALL DRINK THAT THEY ADVERTISE THE CHUNKS OF MEET WERE HARD AND STALE IT TASTED LIKE IT BEEN SITTING AROUND FOR A WHILE THE FRIES THAT I ORDERED WERE NEARLY COLD... THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED NOT TO MENTION THE PIECE OF HAIR I FOUND IN THE FRIES THAT I THOUGHT WERE SO GOOD, NOT TODAY OBVIOUSLY. HAVING SALADS SIT AROUND TO GET AHEAD IS NOT A GOOD IDEA THEY BECOME STALE IT'S BETTER WHEN YOU GUYS MAKE THEM FRESH I WAS VERY DISPLEASED, AND I'M A REGULAR CUSTOMER NOT ANYMORE.

Terrible customer service is all I can say. Just rude Latinas there that continue to eye down any Caucasian woman that comes into the resturant. I stop by there on my way from work some evenings and it just is a real shame. When I asked to get the contact number to their corporate office they gave me their number to their own resturant which is NOT the corporate office number. Me and my family will not be going back there EVER!

Had breakfast there Saturday, June 21, 2025 around 7:30 AM ordered the California omelette. My hashbrowns were stale and overcooked. The toast came out cold, and the omelette was nothing to brag about very dry on the inside with burnt bacon.I would not recommend their breakfast or this breakfast plate to anyone. The restaurant was not busy at the time of my visit. Hopefully the manager can determine by the date and time who the cook and preps were and have a talk with them about this one star review. I rate this establishment a one star for its cooking and food preparation. Farmer boys on Ramona Expressway one star.

Ordered Zucchini and they were soggy and droopy 5 min down the road and it made a hole through the paper bag and dropped the burgers ....awful experience luckily the burgers were wrapped and the kids ate but the Zucchini were a total loss they looked mooshy and unedible. I don't understand why they would serve it in the first place. Only reason we didn't drive back was because we tried to enjoy a day at the lake.

Nasty food. The fries undercooked , the zucchini was falling all a part, what happened to the farmers Boys cups now all white. The food had no flavor!! spent $28 on food not fit for human consumption!!!! P.s. writing this review in the restroom as the food got me sick!!!!

Half an hour in the drive thru with only three cars ahead. The manager Angelica was very rude when I called to complain about my food. This was not the first time the food was disgusting and customer service is horrible.
