Shout out to the manager Loanna. Every time I go she is the only manger at nights. Personally I think they need more management at night. I’ve been there during there lunch rush times and well poor Loanna has double on her night shifts I’ve seen. Take care of your management that care. And the ladies in the drive thru are so unprofessional and rude. Employees like them will cause your good people to leave. To the GM .... you have a star of gold on your team. Acknowledge your stars or you will lose those whom bring in your customers. Loanna and for you ... Dont let them take your shine. Roxanne , Alexis, and the boy Caleb ..... YOU KIDS NEED TO ROW UP !!!’ Watch how you talk to to your customers and serve them thru the window. My option those 3 need to be terminated. For that one little lady spanish cook. She just ignores the crew and the manager when they call back foods. I’ve watched and she heard and sees them then goes check foods on table then goes back and makes things they don’t need. While drive thru is having to park and lobby having to wait as well. Why???? The manager and crew are hollering food they need ???? Where is the GM in this store why hasn’t it changed. It’s not right to work your good employees to the bone. GM get it together. Your reviews here are not good !!!! But my review is mainly for the little lady manager.
I love Panda! This location gets pretty busy around lunch and dinner time. The last time I went the drive-through window was closed. But it made me get out of my car to get my food which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The food always tastes delicious and fresh. Cashiers and servers are always kind and super helpful.
This review is partially for the food, but mostly for Daniela and her amazing customer service. I’ve always loved Panda Express and I love this location! Thank you Daniela for making eating here a great experience.

I've been running restaurants for about 8 years. I was very impressed today when the manager Josh came out and asked us how everything was. This is the FIRST time ever at a Panda Express location a manager has taken the time to come out and check on not just us but EVERY guest. Keep it up Josh!!! Great work!
My family and I came in about 30 minutes until close so some options for plates weren't being made anymore for the night but what we really liked was plenty. Customer service was good from everyone but one young lady stood out the most and her name was Destini. She was so sweet and kind. She even gave us a discount for our meal. It doesn't cost anything to be human and nice to servers and people in the hospitality industry. Their jobs can be taxiing so as a repeat patron of this restaurant chain I am always very pleased when cashier's etc... are kind. We will be back.
I had this years ago and just never went back. I'm happy to report that it had far exceeded my expectations. They have great options and they all seem to be made with good materials and meats, and made with no msg and less added sugar than other places. Glad I tried it again.
This is our second time ordered catering from Panda Express at Stonehill location for business meeting. Both times they are on time, freshly prepared and great customer services. They helped loading up in the car, and making sure every necessary items are included. Both times managers are very courteous with orders especially Ms. Ruby called and checked with me for early pick up time. Great service and highly recommend it!
Went in this evening, thirty minutes prior to closing. Our host was Laura. Rather than serving us the bottom of the bowls... she ordered fresh servings our broccoli beef and teriaki chicken, how refreshing. Laura was absolutely wonderful!! That simple act and her kindness were enough to warrant 5 stars and made our evening!! If you are in to the Pville location, see Laura. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Sometimes Pandas have some dry food or fried rice is like white rice. This location seems to be consistent. Always good and hits the spot!
Staff is very welcoming as soon as you enter. Food was made fresh. The work crew is very polite and attentive to our needs. It's a nice and clean location.

I use the drive thru. The staff is always cheerful at the drive thru widows. Panda Express is great for a week night meal. Fresh vegetables prepared right then. Great selections and reasonable prices. Would recommend.
Updated review: I'm changing my original review (shown below). For the last several months we've been waited on by Wei and Gabe. The service has been above and beyond what I would expect from a chain restaurant and the food has been awesome (great flavor, fresh and cooked well). If you've had trouble here in the past, try going when Wei is there. Original review,: Stella is a terrible waitress. She ignored my husband on one occasion. On totally different day she proceeded to argue with me and refused to scoop from the outside of the dish when wilting old green beans had just been added to the center of the dish. We left and went to a burger place. Just like she refused us, I'm refusing to pay for old food and bad service. I wish Gabe had been there. He's fantastic! Too bad Stella can't learn from him.
Excellent service, greeted, serving interaction, and quick checkout. Food was generously portioned, hot and delicious when we got home.
Quick dinner and delicious. Update 2-23-22: Ordered through the app for the first time tonight because of a fundraiser we wanted to participate for. Ordering was easy but I really didn't know where to pick up. App didn't say, nor did the email I got, and I went through the drive thru to pick it up. I was 10 minutes early and pulled around to wait. I was given my order and came home. It wasn't right. But when I called the restaurant to let them know the manager was apologetic and will be making it right. Mistakes are made do no big deal but I appreciate the willingness to correct the problem.

I mixed up my food order yesterday and Tetuss was extremely polite about it. We also weren't interested in any drinks, but he talked us into ordering some of the specialty drinks at the window. Great salesman without being too pushy, great personality, great customer service. Thanks Tetuss, me and my family will definitely be back!

I went to this location after having a horrible experience at the Panda Express on Palm Valley, where their staff tried really hard to convince me their orange chicken was not the spicy one. They were treating me like I was lying, but why would I come all the way back to remake it? Just admit you ran out. I was over it, still wanted panda and drove the 17 minutes to go to this location. This location is AMAZING. They got the order right, it was quick, hot, fresh and the staff was friendly. Oh, and their orange chicken wasnt spicy. It was the standard orange chicken. This place never disappoints
Update: came back again. This time Irma was my server. She was great. This Panda is the cleanest, friendliest Panda I've been in, in a long time. Previous visit: Came here tonight and had one of those orders where your family texts and adds things just as you wrap up the order. Y’all Gabe was so amazing. He always kept genuine smile and never showed frustration. He was fast and extremely personable.
Staff friendly and eager to please. Ambiance well lighted not crowded, comfortable and pleasant. Choices of Food on menu displayed invitingly. All of the four choices ordered we're tasty and we'll prepared, consumed completely. One serving of each dish was adequate for two. This was not a P F CHANG, but not expected either. My complements to the manager.

It's consistent. I've noticed over the years how more noodles or rice is packed in and less main course. Beef and shrimp are always a premium. The portions have become smaller but the taste is great. Efficient staff. Plenty of parking.
Everything was fresh and good. Tried giving us some older stuff, and noodles consisted of mainly veggies, but once asked for fresh made most of our large order fresh. Got the Super Greens has a side for 1st time, really good, cooked perfect, great portion. Waited 10 minutes for fresh stuff but well worth it.
Ordered online. Delivered two orders at one time. Bottom of bag had something sticky (orange sauce). We looked at our order, wrong order. Guy in car next to us was getting out with wrong order. We swapped orders. Started to leave and notice my order was chicken not the walnut shrimp. We turned back to get it fixed. They did fix it and apologized. Food was good.

We always loved Panda Express and visited this location many times in the past. The food is better than a typical day food place. However, today I have ordered Crisp Sesame Shrimp bowl and got only 3 shrimp in it and not much else save for the very good fried rice. I complained to the manager on duty to be rebuffed with "Yes, 3 shrimp is the norm for this menu item". It was tasty, but you just lost customer and you can probably see on the picture why.
NO NOT DO THE DRIVE THRU! I don't eat out often. I was disappointed to go to the drive-thru and spend 15 minutes wondering why it's taking so long just to get up with two people in front of me. There's now an automated box that takes your order. So when you make a mistake it takes 10 times as long. Then it does not allow you to speak to somebody to help you out. After finally being frustrated that my order cannot be corrected and the line getting longer. I finally pulled up to the window. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED Should I come back I'll definitely take the time the parking go inside. But I'll do my best to avoid here as there's a reason for the drive-thru. Food was was good no issue. Service is decent. The quality of their meats has gone down for sure but their prices have gone up. One thing tho, they don't put work into their rice. Their fried rice looks more like white rice, they just throw one or two pieces of carrots in there! on top of that, some of it is still hard and as you can see it's all balled up. The color you see on it is from soy sauce.
I didn't enjoy their Chinese jellof rice looks as though it was not well prepared, had no good taste and flavour like Chinese rice in fact one of the worst I have taken in the past 5 years. You can see the pix had some color mixture like real jellof and white mixed together. I guess they are less concerned about quality due to much customers and queue visiting this particular branch, there a lot malls around here so people visiting the malls do stop by and lots of new communities are close by just like 2 miles from the restaurant. Avalon, Black hawk, falcon pointe This particular branch is at FM1825 after Walmart I don't know about the quality of food prepared by other branches though.
This place seems like it’s operating in Disaster mode, honestly, you’re probably better off going some where else in the shopping center, there are many other options. The ice machine is out of order, so no cold drink, and the drinks you can get are flat. Apparently they’re also out of c02. They were out of noodles when I ordered, so fried rice for me. Edit: can confirm the ice machine has been out of order for at least a month. Seriously, the CEO needs to know about this situation.
Food quality was expected for Panda Express. When using the drive-thru, use caution when ordering the Bigger Plate. This is the fourth time in a few months that they have forgotten my third entree. Soda also tastes like the machines need to be cleaned.
I have been a long time customer of Panda. The Limestone location in Pflugerville has long lines and food is low stock. Most of the time, I have to wait for entree is made. Tonight was especially brutal. Ordered 3 items, 1 item was a 15 minute wait. Server still gather other 2 entrees and left on counter for the wait. Last entree was finally done and my food waiting was cold. Not impressed. Food is always good, love the Panda but truly disappointed on customer service.
I have never gotten what I ordered. Since the pandemic started I have gone here 3 times. The first 2 times I just stopped in the parking lot and went to the side for them to correct it. Today I was in a hurry to get home and my entire order was wrong. I'm not going to drive the 30 minutes back to have the correct it again. Do not leave the area without checking your food.
Great food, terrible service. Panda Express is my go-to quick fix for quick Chinese food. Unfortunately, this location continues to provide a sub-par drive-thru experience. We have gotten multiple orders wrong or incomplete. Most of the time, we don't even notice until we get home (15 minutes away). When we call back, the only recourse they give us is to go back and they'll complete the order. It's ok the first time, but not the second, third, and fourth. If you do go here, check your dive-thru order before you leave the place.
EVERYTIME I come here theres always a line in the drive thru that takes at least 25 mins to get thru. When you get up to the speaker they always tell you to hold on and its takes them 2-4 mins before they even start talking to you. Its like they were never trained to multitask. Maybe if they were trained properly the line wouldnt take forever. Food is good but just horrible service

My husband and I went in and ordered 2 entrees each with a side. My side was rice and his was noodles. We each decided to order an additional entree for $1.50. We were each charged for a big plate $11.30 each plus an additional $1.50 each. When we brought this to their attention, the Asian gentleman in charge who waited on us tried to rationalize the charge. Plain and simple, we were cheated. Not happy with that service and usually it is great, but not with that person.
Food is up to franchise standards. Staff woefully incompetent, too many people standing around doing nothing but chatting and avoiding customers. Long lines inside and out due to gross employee mismanagement. Fix please.
Up on entering I noticed that the restaurant was not clean I understand it was lunch hour but you had quite a few staff and they could have cleaned the tables off and swept the floors as I approached to order my food I'm asking questions about the Cub panda for the children without allowing me to complete my question it is as if they are rushing me to place my order I did not like that I proceed to ask them will they be having some fresh kung pao chicken and he states to me well you can wait I politely explain I can't wait so I'll go ahead and take what you have in there it was not a lot of meat and I was trying to explain to him that so the lady comes over and she snatches the box out of his hand which I thought was extremely rude and I'm trying to tell her what I was telling him she wants to hurry me up out of the restaurant as if I'm not a paying customer when I go to ask her about the amount of meat that is in my food she's trying to close my box I politely tell her don't worry you don't have to answer I will do a review the customer service is horrible. My ticket States I got a 16 oz drink no I did not you can see it in the pictures I've eaten at Panda Express for quite some time and the portions are better than what I received in this one
We ordered a few things to go so I can’t comment on the atmosphere, but over all I was not impressed. An entire entree of mine was MISSING! I ordered the plate (two entrees, two sides)…don’t judge lol. Well you can see in the picture below that there was an entire compartment just empty. I ordered the broccoli beef, and orange chicken with fried rice and chow mein. I got the broccoli beef and the sides…where was the orange chicken? 🤨🧐 That’s very strange to me. My boyfriend ordered a bowl with orange chicken…so I know they had some and hadn’t run out! Also we ordered two veggie spring rolls. Nothing against them really but they were not my favorite. Meh. I couldn’t finish it. I personally didn’t like the flavor but that has nothing to do with Panda. After all of this I didn’t call the restaurant or anything because they had already closed for the evening and it was a lot of food already. I was pretty bummed though. I mean it was very carb heavy and without the meat there was no reason to save the other half for lunch the next day. It just got tossed and was a waste of money. Seems like everyone should check their orders prior to leaving. I’m not the type to complain, but I am the type to hold someone accountable and I’m definitely not in the business of giving away money either. I would probably go back to this location. I would just order way less sides and more of the meat/entrees. Also just so everyone knows, checking the order prior to leaving wasn’t an option this time because I wasn’t the one picking it up. Lesson learned I suppose.
I keep trying to give this location one more chance but I'm about to give up, at least the drive thru. Every single time that I buy stuff through the drive thru there is either something wrong with the order, the portions come smaller than if I go order inside the restaurant or something is missing (because I know that, today, for example, I emphasized that I want sweet and sour sauce... guess what?? it wasn't there when I got home 😒). It is so frustrating.
I am not a fan of this Panda Express. I go because my daughter likes it. The meats are either to chewy or have to much gristle. The rice and noodles have always been too dry. I usually use a package of soy sauce to moisten them up and give them some flavor. Not sure why other locarions seem to have better food.
I went through the drive thru and they totally messed up my order. I got the kids meal for my grandson and asked for apple juice. They said it would be an upcharge because I didn’t want soda for him. Then when we got home they had given us tea mixed with lemonade! And he didn’t get the kids meal cookie either. Awful service.
7:50 PM, I ordered 1 panda bowl chow mein and orange chicken. The Hispanic female Manager (black Panda Express shirt) counted and placed 9 small pieces of Orange chicken on top of the noodles. An Hispanic male customer ordered the same 1 Panda bowl with Orange chicken. His Orange chicken was not counted and many pieces of Orange chicken was piled on top of his noodles. I took pictures of each bowl for documentation. The same Hispanic female Manager asked the other female employee, did he order a large or extra Orange Chicken, and the other female employee said NO. These Panda Express employees are all Hispanic and are very unfair and they do not treat all customers the same. They favor other Hispanics and does cater to them. I am not Hispanic. I have witness this treatment each time I buy from this Panda Express location. I do not like the Chow Mein noodles and do not like the Orange chicken. I buy for my child. I will share my experience over many social platforms buying meals from this Panic Express Location, 18600 Commercial Limestone Drive, Pflugerville Texas 78660.
Even though was told had to wait for some fresh mushrooms and chicken after getting it most of mushrooms was cold. Also, the noodles was cold as well. Plus a simple "thank you" goes a long way when someone comes visite your location.
If I could give a negative star, I would do it in a heartbeat! I came by around 9pm 07/21 to order 2x chicken teriyaki kids meals and 1x Beijing beef bowl. Super simple!! I had to wait 20 mins for all 3 entries to be ready when they original told me 12 mins. I was cool about it and just waited. They brought my food to my car w/ 4 eggs rolls to say that they were sorry about me having to wait. I get home without checking the order and guess what, it was incorrect! How do you mess up 3 entires, how?? I’m leaving in an hurry because my family is hungry and I come home to a damn argument because I didn’t double check. Even if this $20 meal was comp’ed, “to which they never presented” it wouldn’t make the horrible experience better! I understand no one is perfect and people make mistakes but when an order as small as ours and having to wait 20 mins for your order, you would’ve thought the order would’ve been correct! Everyone, please double check your order. Don’t trust the staff that your order is going to be correct!
I thought I was the one who had a bad experience. Many one star reviews simply confirm that this location is sub standard. The wait at the drive through was inordinate, the food was not edible.
I really need yall to do better. 3rd time giving this place a try n always rudest employees. None are knowledgeable. Always say theres no manager on duty. Then out of no where a guy comes by acting like a manager. But no knowledge either. How u have no teriyaki chicken. N then wait is 30 mins. U mean to tell me u didnt see it getting low. N then now noodles or white rice. N brown rice was almost white. Let other people know that was coming in whike we was leaving. They said sounds about right. Thats so sad.
How this restaurant fits the franchise standards is beyond me. Employees are like cattle here, rarely ever acknowledge customers. Suppose to be a quick dash order in and out. I have to stand around waiting for the young girl to help while the old lady was just going back and forth like, legit, a zombie. Pretty darn horrible experience, even for a fast food place. I know the bar is low but this is just horrid.
I will no longer be purchasing food from this franchise because I do not support the use of AI to replace genuine customer service. I refuse to support automated services such as these when there are real people that need jobs.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt...terrible! The food lacked the typical Panda Express flavor. The white rice was terrible. Ordered Broccoli & Beef I got more Broccoli than beef. Barely any 🤣 I wouldn't mind if the food would've had flavor.
The last two times I have eaten from here I have found hair in my food. We are talking months apart so most likely different staff. What are the odds? So that leaves me wondering how much hair did I actually consume that I didn’t see? I didn’t post a review on this issue for the first incident, because well let’s face it anyone can have a bad day, but twice back to back? This place obviously has an issue. Oh and it wasn’t my hair. I have very long red hair and the first time it was blond about 4 inches and this time brown about 2.5 to 3 inches.
I got really sick from eating a particular dish. I went back to discuss this with management and they acted like it wasn't their fault. Like I was making it up. I brought the leftover food back and my receipt. I wanted a refund. They said they can only give me a credit for another meal. So after being up most of the night with diarrhea, why would I want a credit towards another meal at that place 🤔?
Would be a zero today sadly. First online order and my order wasn't started until after pick up time and I was in the store. I waited 20 minutes past this time as I watched drive through and in-store customers being served. I was told "sorry" we had a rush and ran out of food. Our order literally sat with some of the food in the to-go for 20 minutes waiting on items. Then they added the hot food item to the sitting items so part of the food was cold and part hot. Likely, will not place another online order. Also, a doordash delivery driver had to wait on her order as well.
Ordered three plates online, went and picked up. Got all the way home and noticed there were only two. Called and ask them to deliver the last one. Nope. Asked for a refund for missing plate. Nope. Said I could only get the food or a refund if I came back myself. Went back and waited in line again for the third plate. Asked for an extra side for all my trouble. Nope. "We don't do that." Not so much as an apology. Will not be going here again.
check your receipt before you leave. I was asked if I wanted to donate to something, since it was so noisy I couldn't understand what I was donating to, so I said no. After getting home with my order and looking at my receipt I saw I was rounded up with the donation. One has to wonder if employees are under pressure to push these donations at all cost??? I won't return to this location.
My Worst dining experience, ever! I went into the drive through at about 9:40, by the time I got to the menu and speaker it was 9:50. Okay, no problem right? Nobody said anything to me, not a greeting not nothing. Eventually I said “hello?” And someone then said “Hi welcome to panda, I’ll be right with you.” I said “okay”... couple minutes later they said “hello how can I help you? We close soon so if you order anything from what we have, we’ll give it to you half priced, and if you order something we don’t have ready it’ll be a wait.” At this point I’m like, “okay... Well let’s see if you have what I want ready. Can I get a kids meal with half and half and the teriyaki’s chicken but sliced into square pieces. Then a plate with half and half and Shanghai angus steak and rangoons, let me get teriyaki sauce on the half and half.” She told me the Angus steak would be a wait of 10 minutes, I said I’d go to the window and she said okay. When I got to the window I asked if I could get a half off deal since I was going to wait, she said no you pay full price if you wait. I asked who the manager was and the girl then told the girl next to her (sonia) who then came to the window and said to me that the manager was off and she was in charge. I asked her the same thing, if I was gonna wait that If I could get some sort of discount as the food isn’t ready and she said that they’re getting ready to close and that’s why the food isn’t ready and that people have pulled up to wait 10 minutes and had to pay full price. I asked what the managers name was and they told me Daniela. I asked how many minutes it would be and they said 10, I said double check with the cook bc I’ve been in the line for some minutes. Sonia went to check then came back and said 6, I was okay, 6 minutes then. She said “pull up, thank you” and closed the window. I went to park, 8 minutes passed and somebody came by with my order, I checked inside the bag and the kids meals chicken was not in fact cut in squares like I’d asked, and my plate did not have sauce poured on the rice and chow Mein. I went inside, or tried to but they had already locked the doors, it was not 10 pm when they close the lobby! A worker opened the door and let me in. I went up to the register and unbagged my containers. A lady who’s tag read Daniela asked me what had happened and I explained how the girl had been rude and had told me that she said the manager wasn’t in, which was a lie. Daniela tried to justify her worker by saying that she had already spoken to sonia about her behavior. At the same time she was telling me that the steak took 10 minutes to make. This is where she had me f*cked up, I used to work here. At this location panda and I spent 3 years here. I know that the steak doesn’t take 10 minutes to make. It’s not teriyaki chicken. And I also know that you shouldn’t lock the lobby doors until 10 o clock. I know that you have to keep making food until 10:30 when you close the restaurant. Jaime the last manager was much better about handling these feuds with customers. At least he’d offer a free drink or a discount. And he wouldn’t permit workers to talk rudely to a customer. This place sucks and I will not be coming back. I will however be reaching out to corporate and making sure they are aware of this situation. And besides my experience with the establishment, the only thing they gave me fresh aaa the steak I waited for. They thought I didn’t know any better and gave me old teriyaki sauce that sits at room temperature next to the drive through window. And they put some chow mein noodles on top of leftover cabbage and lettuce from old chow mein. Once I ate the top of my noodles I found out vegetables and celery. Now I see why none of my old coworkers work here anymore.
fried rice was raw, hard, uncooked. service was horrible they used ai at the window then suddenly a human operator and couldnt hear and claimed I made a mistake when clearly they couldnt hear me SO THEY MADE THE MISTAKE and to top it off complained about it instead of just fixing it..
Came at 9:45 (on a day they close at 11) and they were out of over half their menu and said they don't want to make more, even though it was Friday night an they still had several customers waiting and over an hour before close. The lady wasn't outrightly rude but brushed off our questions saying her supervisor told them not to make anymore. Sounds like poor management and customer service skills from a supervisor. The lady at the window could use some customer service skills as well.
This location’s drive through makes me uncomfortable. I dread taking an order here because the robot talks to me for 2 minutes before a person will.
Last time I ordered through drive through wanted half rice half chow mein- they were mixed together. This time they weren’t but the kung pao was too spicey for Asian food, hello cook- it’s not a Mexican restaurant !! Don’t get me wrong, I like Mexican food! Had like 5peppers in one servings Quality of the food has gone way down!!
How are you going to charge me for something, I get home to eat dinner with my family to realize they have my order wrong and I’m missing a few things. I called and spoke to someone named Gabe, and he says they don’t offer refunds. All I wanted was for my money back for what I didn’t receive. How do you not offer refunds. That’s complete BS and horrible customer service.
Way to expensive 18.19 total. 11.30 for the 3 sides and Entree. Out of stir-fried rice and 1.50 more for walnut shrimp. 4.00 for only 6 cream Rangoon. tax 1.39 and no drink. For half this price I can get a burger, fries and a drink. Just crazy and you are hungry agine 1 hour later. I am just sick of the cost to get a crapy meal now days.
We normally come here a lot and we love the general manager but this experience was absolutely terrible. If I could give no stars I would. I understand they were busy but we were waiting behind a woman who had many kids and therefore lots of food and so it took a while and our food had gotten cold by the time we were able to pay for it. We asked if we could have some extra chicken because not only was the portion a little small (we would know with how often we come here) but the food was now cold. As the cashier sent one the boys in line to do it he gave us a dirty look and then the "manager" (or at least that's what she said she was when we asked for one later on) that it was the standard portion and we cant have anymore. We then had asked for the manager hoping the general manager that we love was there but unfortunately no. Just who I mentioned earlier. After we paid I was trying to get someone to give us some water cups and i clearly asked the cashier as she walked by if she could give us some and she ignored us. I had to them raise my voice to shout to get any attention from the employees for our water cups. After we sat down the employees kept looking our way and giving us dirty looks and I had to stop my spouse from going up there and saying something to them for how uncomfortable they make me feel. We fill out an online survey for them every time we come (which is at least once a week) and noramlly give them highly satisfied on everything and I'm sure that has greatly impacted their ratings and reviews. After this experience we honestly want nothing to do with this location again. At least not until there's new employees or the general manager is there.
We go to this location regularly since it’s my kids favorite. Quite often I’ve had parts of my order missing and just chalk it up to human error, and have never made a deal. I went today and had really realized how often items were missed off my order. I brought it up really just wanting the missing Rangoon order from last time. They put up a big fight over a $2 order of rangoons, and were very rude. I’ll make the extra drive to the RR location from now on. Providing good customer service isn’t that hard.
The people working the food line are terrible. Very hard to hear them and communicate with them. They’ve didn’t put 2 servings of orange chicken on the plates (so we paid for plates with only 1 serving- not even an option on the menu). The food was also dry and cold. Worst panda experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been to quite a few of them.
Decent food. But not as good as other Panda's. Service is where they are lacking the most. Employees are not responsive to requests. I've been going there regularly for about 6 months, I've told them about it. I've talked to managers. I've filled out survey after survey after survey and nothing changes. They simply don't care and make no effort to change anything. I won't go back anymore on principle. There is another one 10 minutes away and it's well worth the drive.
This store has given me food poisoning twice! I will never eat here again. Good luck if you do. 🤢
If you say you're open until 11, then stay open until 11...I went there at 10:30 and was met with locked doors and employees on the inside who were incredibly rude when I tried to ask (mime through the glass) why they were closed when the website says they're open
Feedback on Recent Experience with Rosario I am writing to share my experience with your ordering system and customer service during my recent visit. I have been a loyal customer, but I encountered some challenges that I believe should be addressed. The issue began with your voice monitor AI system. During a previous visit, I was charged double for items because the AI incorrectly added duplicate items to my order. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice this error until I arrived home. On my most recent visit, I again experienced issues with the AI system malfunctioning. When I asked to start my order over to ensure it was correct, an employee named Rosario came on the line. I was taken aback by how rude and dismissive she was when responding to my request. Her attitude made it clear that she was unwilling to assist, leading me to cancel my order entirely. It feels as though the heavy reliance on the AI system has made employees less willing to provide direct customer service. When the AI malfunctions, customers like me are left to deal with not only the inconvenience but also unkind treatment from staff. I strongly encourage your team to reevaluate the role of the AI system in your ordering process. While automation can be helpful, having courteous and engaged employees available to resolve issues is crucial to maintaining a positive customer experience. Thank you for taking the time to consider my concerns. I hope to see improvements in the ordering process and customer service in the future.
Truly hate the AI robot at the drive thru. Slow inaccurate and AI is a detriment to society for a whole slew of reasons. Disappointed in Panda Express as a company.
I was picking up an Uber Eats order, wasn’t even acknowledged for over 5 minutes when employees were walking past me. Then was given a bad review on Uber by because I had to get their attention due to their unprofessionalism and pettiness.
I am very disappointment. Why allow customer to add to an order condiments and quantity of the company will not fulfill the request. It is deceiving the customer when they expect everything ordered to be in the bag upon delivery. It is extremely unfortunate this is the level of service these days. 😩
BEWARE of this location unprofessional management. They tried to deny leaving hair in my food or act dumb like all the women there aren't wearing hair nets , unsanitary. Couldn't even process my refund for my messed up order, what's the point of management if you can't manage simple issues.
I just ordered through DoorDash (ordering delivery through the Panda Express App) and when I received my order I straight up got ONE portion of Spicy Orange Chicken. I ordered a PLATE- TWO entrees; Spicy Orange and Regular Orange Chicken. And on the side I ordered an Apple Pie Roll. I didn’t get my two entrees and now these people won’t answer their phone to hear my complaint. I don’t know why you guys have such a hard time reading the ticket or even following basic rules. I used to work for Panda Express. It’s not that hard to read the ticket.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PANDA EXPRESS!!(18600 Limestone Commercial Dr. ) Pflugerville, TX 78660 Awful food, horrible customer service and rude employees. No managers are on-site whenever you have an issue with your order. I have had several issues with this location and everytime I was told that they would share my concerns with the district manager and they will contact me. I've never been contacted about any of my concerns!! As of recent, I went to this location and they were out of teriyaki chicken, but would be done in 5 to 10 minutes. Somehow it was "done" within 1minute. After they packed up my order I looked at the chicken and saw it was undercooked. I asked for a manager to get a refund because the food wasn't done. I showed the "manager" the undercooked chicken and she told me that Panda Express doesn't do refunds. All I was offered was to remake my order with the same undercooked chicken. Once again, poor customer service! Also, they had no concern for the health of the customers who ordered this product even after I showed them it was undercooked! Stay away from this place!!
I will never go back again. The customer service is terrible! I stood in line with 3 other people behind me with no acknowledgment ... there was no ill be right there, hello or someone will be with you. We watched people go back and forth until the young lady finally came. I told her what I wanted and I saw her make 1 plate when I asked for 2. I reminder her and She then said with an attitude "I know I'm gonna wait on lo mein and fix it" I said " oh,ok. " We live in Round Rock so we didn't eat immediately. I was super unhappy because my lo mein taste like half cooked spaghetti. The noodles were sticking together and if you cook you know that means they are NOT DONE. 1 of my sides(mushroom and chicken) also looked undone... looked like canned dog food, same color and all. Had I not made it home before preparing to eat, I would have taken it back! ONCE AGAIN, I'LL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD FOOD
