This is a lovely place to stop for breakfast. We stopped by around 10am on our way out of town and they had plenty of options that they make in-house for breakfast. We also had delicious drip coffee (but they do also have espresso varieties)! They are super friendly, we would definitely go back when passing through Navarro!
John served us with a warm smile and welcoming attitude. The panini sandwiches were delicious. The place is spotlessly clean, including the bathroom. It's now a must-stop place on our way to or from the coast.

Great store, we were so happy to find it. The owner was super nice, the food was great. We got coffee, breakfast, a muffin and a beautiful salad for lunch with some deviled eggs. Will definitely come back. A real oasis, very healthy food choices.
The Floodgate Store is perfectly located and easy to get in and out of. The owner is extremely nice and accommodating and the breakfast sandwiches are so good and exactly what I need on my roadtrips. I can't wait to try more foods and spend more time in this place.
The Floodgate Store is a great experience! Their salads are fresh and filling. Their paninis are amazing! We had the mozzarella Panini with added turkey, soooo good! It had pesto and sun-dried tomatoes. The bread they use is crunchy on the outside and so warm and gooey fresh on the inside. The staff was very helpful and friendly, it's very clean and spacious. We are happy customers!
The customer service was amazing and the food was the best!! They had rhubarb crumble made gluten free and the turkey pesto panini tasted awesome. It was made fresh and fast!! I will definitely be eating there again!!

The Floodgate caught my eye on our way back from Cosmo’s 🏕️ Camp on HWY 128. We originally passed it, but something inside me made me turn around and go back. So glad I did! Cinnamon is so friendly, kind, and attentive! Really excited to visit the Floodgate Store again very soon!
Wonderful place to grab coffee and a quick breakfast! Homemade delicious sandwiches are available as well as some necessities for camping. Would recommend stopping by if you can :)
